Above all, it felt like a luxury to have Tokyo Tower—an iconic symbol of Showa-era Tokyo—so close, almost all to ourselves. We were also very satisfied with the staff’s hospitality. A couple of suggestions: 1) We’d love separate (two-piece) loungewear. 2) We’d love to see

For a brief moment, it feels like an extraordinary blissful experience for which I'm truly grateful. Not only were the front desk staff excellent as always but also the restaurant staff and those who keep my room impeccably clean—I deeply appreciate all your efforts. I'm conside

The Room is simple yet stylish, with comfortable bed firmness that ensures a pleasant stay. If I could make one request, it would be to include cosmetic amenities in the Room offerings. My husband and I were able to refresh ourselves during this stay as well. We look forward to s

We thoroughly enjoyed an open-air bath with night views, saunas, and daily changing Onsen options. The women’s bath also had excellent security measures that made it safe to use comfortably. It became a memorable trip for us—thank you so much! We look forward to staying again!

No matter which hotel I stay at, I always receive excellent service and guidance, making my experience very pleasant. This time happened to coincide with my birthday, and there was a gift prepared on the table, which made me extremely happy. Your thoughtful attention is truly i

The Room was new, clean, and stylish. I had a comfortable stay. There is a sliding door between the bedroom and the living & dining area, giving it a feeling of having two separate spaces—perfect if one person wants to stay up late or sleep in. The Room also included an oven mic

In the midst of the recent surge in hotel prices that feels almost insane, this is "relatively" reasonable. Considering the location and the size of the room, it is quite satisfactory. The entrance is a bit hard to find, and if you get a low-floor room on the street side, it can

The amenities were excellent, and a staff member at the front desk even handed me bath salts with a kind gesture saying, "Please enjoy these as well." After traveling from out of town with tired feet, I was delighted to find foot massage essence provided—it was perfect! I had a r

I use this hotel for business trips around Hamamatsucho and Daimon. It’s about a 10-minute walk from either station. Head from the Daimon intersection toward Shimbashi and turn onto a side street; since it’s not on a main road, it’s relatively quiet. It’s best to eat near the s

It would be nice if it could open even about 10 cm. One concern was that when nearby guests closed their doors, my door also made a loud rattling sound. I woke up from an evening nap because of it. During my previous stay, the window could be opened slightly and there was no door

That's how well I slept—thank you so much. The meals were delicious. If there were a few more options, it would have been perfect. The almond tofu was especially tasty. There’s a convenience store next door where you can easily grab some snacks—very convenient! The station is n

The area has everything you need, with many shops open late or 24 hours. Ginza is about a 10-minute walk away, making it a great location for both shopping and dining. The Room is small, so a suitcase of around 50L (for 2–3 nights) is recommended. The Hotel breakfast offers

Since it was a warm day, I wanted to have a cold drink in the Room, but there were no glasses—only mugs. I would appreciate it if you could also provide drinking glasses. Also, loungewear is picked up from the elevator hall; I would like it if each size could be packaged separate
