In contrast to the cramped feel of the city, the building is spacious throughout, and I was able to stretch out and sleep comfortably on futons in a Japanese-style room. The thick beams and pillars that evoke a sense of history gave me the solid presence of a traditional house, and it offered a rich experience quite different from staying at a Hotel. The staff who assisted us were friendly, and we enjoyed lively conversations about local topics that people from other prefectures would never know. Not just at mealtimes—I found myself wanting to talk more and learn even more about Iwate. We stayed with only family members, but it was also nice not having to worry about disturbing others. It seems perfect for an overnight get-together with close friends or even a BBQ with your company team. Recommended for anyone who wants to fully enjoy time in nature!
