和平公園 (長崎縣) 周邊 × 溫泉 × 餐飲評價高的飯店·日式旅館

I really like the location and facilities, so this was my fourth stay. Once again, I had a very comfortable time. One thing concerned me: several guests were using their smartphones in the changing room. Checking email might be understandable, but even when it was crowded, some people sat on the chairs in front of the sinks watching videos or typing on their phones. I hadn’t seen this on previous visits—has it become normal now? There was a sign saying that smartphone use is prohibited indoors, but it doesn’t seem effective. Could you please also inform guests verbally at check-in that smartphone use is not allowed?

This was my first stay, and I was satisfied with everything. I also appreciated the upgrade to a stadium-view Room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, even without the upgrade, the Room was spacious, the Hotel as a whole felt simple and very clean, and the hospitality and service were polished—overall, a truly wonderful Hotel. Since I don’t visit Nagasaki often, I feel I had a genuinely great time with both sightseeing and my stay. Thank you very much. Please continue to maintain this level of quality and keep being such a lovely Hotel. If I have the chance to visit Nagasaki again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The price was reasonable, the night view from the Room was amazing, and the large Onsen bath was great, so we were very satisfied. Breakfast used local ingredients and tasted excellent—no complaints at all. The entrance and exit to the underground parking are a bit narrow, so those who aren’t confident drivers should be careful.

We stayed as a family. The view of Nagasaki from the window was beautiful. There is a lounge available to all guests, and we could easily drop in when we arrived at the Accommodation or after taking a bath. The selection was plentiful, including alcoholic drinks. At night, the lighting is dimmed and it becomes a cozy, atmospheric space, so we enjoyed Nagasaki’s night view while relaxing there. For the dinner buffet, you can choose from three time slots; we picked the earliest one at 5:00 PM, and it was less crowded—highly recommended. Every dish was delicious. I know buffets can be hit or miss, but we were very satisfied. We enjoyed sashimi, sushi, steak, and more. We were also happy that the ice cream was Häagen-Dazs. The baths alternated between men’s and women’s hours, but we especially liked the 11th-floor panoramic bath with its great views. We’ve stayed at many Hotels, but overall everything here was satisfying and it became a wonderful memory. If I had to mention one thing: my preference is for towels to be provided in the bath area so you can borrow them there and return them afterward.
