It's quite far to come from Tokyo by Shinkansen without a rental car, but the Facility was a wonderful home with a tatami room, four beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The price for two nights was appreciated. I was so reluctant to leave that I wanted to extend my stay. The only

It felt as if we were floating in the forest, and spending time surrounded by nature was an unforgettable experience. The staff were also wonderful—so attentive and courteous that we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. We visited with our dog this time, and it was trul

There were Jenga and playing cards provided as well, and it was surprisingly fun to enjoy them in such a special setting! The morning bath surrounded by greenery was also wonderful—every moment was truly delightful. Our daughter was thrilled and said she wants to stay here again

On the top floor, you can relax in the large public bath while taking in beautiful mountain views. The sauna and cold plunge pool are particularly refreshing and perfect for soothing tired muscles after skiing. This time I used the Hotel partner package for Takamine Mountain Pa

The Room was more spacious than expected, with a great layout and very comfortable. The unit bath was also easy to use. There is an Onsen Facility on the first floor, and it was incredibly relaxing! It’s very clean, and the water temperature felt just right. They even had

The large public bath was refreshing both at night and in the morning, helping to relieve my fatigue. I had breakfast early and secured a seat without waiting. The miso soup with plenty of ingredients was particularly delicious. The staff's hospitality and cleanliness made my sta

I have stayed here many times before, and although it had been a while since my last visit, I was satisfied to find the same excellent level of comfort as always. The large public bath is spacious and very relaxing. If I had to mention one thing, I noticed that the shower water p

I continued to use this Hotel since last year. The staff were cheerful and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, the bath was spacious enough to stretch your legs and kept very clean. The parking lot is free, they froze ice packs for me, and I could use the washing machine with

It was great that the hotel offered a variety of Onsen facilities such as a jacuzzi, open-air bath, and sauna for day-use. The room was a twin on the 9th floor with a nice view of Mount Asama. The plan included breakfast, and we could enjoy a welcome drink and a ramen night snack

Even though there are only a few Rooms, we were able to use the golf course bath, so it felt almost private. The staff provided outstanding hospitality. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious, with carefully crafted flavors. There are too many great things to list—an excellent

Although it's a bit far from Karuizawa, it's quiet, the large bath is relaxing, and the simple yet comfortable Room is delightful. Both my friend and I are usually short sleepers, but for some reason, we slept deeply during our stay at Aqua Hotel and enjoyed a delicious breakfast

The Facility was very clean and the whole family was pleased. The attention to detail, such as amenities and indoor play equipment, was impressive. The only disappointment was the noticeable dirt in two places: the blinds in the bathroom and the dirt on the air conditioner in
