This villa is run by a couple, and they were both very welcoming. Everything was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. You can’t see Mt. Fuji from the Room, but from the terrace in the backyard you can enjoy a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji in all its grandeur. We had dinner at the adjacent restaurant run by the same couple; every dish was high quality and we were very satisfied.

We stayed during Golden Week. Even though all the other Rooms were fully booked, we could hardly hear any noise from nearby, and we were able to spend a peaceful time surrounded by the quiet forest. Perhaps it was a season with very few insects, as they didn’t bother us at all, and the Facility was clean and very comfortable. Even the shampoo in the bath had a forest-like scent, and we felt that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Thank you very much. After reading through all of the Room booklet again, I realized that shared Facilities such as the washing machine were located elsewhere, and I wasn’t sure how to clean up properly after using the campfire. It would be reassuring if you could add a short note on the red paper that was originally inside the fire pit grill saying that cleanup instructions are written in the booklet. Also, since it seemed to assume everything should be returned to its original state, I wasn’t sure how far we needed to go in putting things back—such as dishcloths or used towels. It would feel even more reassuring if there were a note like: “Please place used cloths and towels in the laundry basket.” We would love to stay again. We made wonderful memories with our family.

We stayed in the Bridge Building, and it was an excellent Accommodation with abundant nature, well-equipped Facilities, and a spacious, clean bathroom. In the Front Building, there was complimentary ice cream as well as free-to-borrow cooking oil and seasonings. The staff were very friendly—when it was raining at check-in, they brought an umbrella out to our car, and at check-out several of them waved us off. It’s an Accommodation we would love to visit again if we have the chance.

We stayed for one night with a family of five and a small dog. Although the signal near the facility was weak, there was Wi-Fi available, and when we contacted them with questions during check-in, they responded promptly, which we greatly appreciated. The room was very spacious with large windows that provided an open atmosphere, and we could enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji from the room. When we entered the room in the evening and turned on the air conditioning, it took some time to warm up; having a heater would have been helpful. On the other hand, from morning to midday, sunlight came through the upper windows making it very hot; blinds for those windows would be nice. We prepared our own ingredients for cooking but enjoyed using well-equipped kitchen tools and appliances like a microwave oven. The drinks and snacks provided were thoughtful touches that made us happy. The hinoki bath filled the bathroom with its soothing aroma, creating a relaxing space—it was absolutely wonderful! Although this stay was only for one night, it made us want to stay longer at this facility. We hope there will be discounts for Multiple Night Stays in the future as we'd love to come back again! The cottage is equipped with high-quality cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. Parking right next to the cottage made luggage transport very convenient. I would love to visit again in the summer!

My spouse, our daughters, and our grandchild stayed here and were very well taken care of. Twin-bed Japanese-Western Room with breakfast and dinner included Separate bath and toilet, two TVs The Room was very spacious and comfortable. You make your own futon. Dinner was prepared in the Room. We were able to eat together at a relaxed pace. Steamed pork and lots of vegetables in a bamboo steamer Rice, three small side dishes, and bite-sized dessert (kuzumochi). Miso soup and tea were brought in a pot. For our grandchild: omurice, potato soup, and vanilla ice cream. There was a slightly larger fridge (freezer on top, refrigerator below), so even guests without meals could stock ingredients for cooking. Cooking utensils and plastic wrap were provided. There were separate trash bins for bottles/cans and burnable waste. There was a DVD player, and many DVDs were available to borrow in the lobby. On the balcony there were chairs and an ashtray. The women’s bath had four washing stations. Shampoo etc. were provided. Hair dryers were available (Dyson and ReFa). There is also a water dispenser. Breakfast was delicious too: Bread, rice, curry, scones, yogurt, dashi ochazuke, etc. On the 1st floor there is the dining area, baths, laundry area, ice machine, vending machines, table tennis, massage chairs— all free to use. There was also a kids’ room. Our grandchild played on the day we arrived and played plenty until check-out the next day. There was a large TV and lots of Yogibo cushions/beanbags. It was our first time staying at this type of Accommodation, but it was really great. Some guests were having BBQs in the garden as well. We’d like to come again. However, maybe because the elevator doors are slightly misaligned, they made an extremely loud roaring noise every time they opened or closed. It made us a bit worried. I stayed in a tent, but having a bath at the front desk was very helpful for freshening up. I will use it again. The deck site was too large for solo use, but the flat floor and protection from the rain were great.

As other Reviews mention, it is true that the property is a bit old. However, in an area where many places charge foreigner prices, the value for money here is excellent and I have no complaints. The variety of dishes may not be ultra-luxury cuisine, but it was more than sufficient and everything was very delicious. The foreign staff who assisted us were also very pleasant, and I wanted to support them. I believe this Facility still has plenty of life left in it, and I look forward to its continued growth and success.

I stayed at the cottage with capsule beds again this year, just like last year. I like the atmosphere, and the capsule beds were spacious and comfortable, so I decided to make a reservation at the same place again. Last year, the cottage was not heated before check-in, and since it is a container, even with two air conditioners and a fan heater running at full capacity, it was cold and the room did not warm up easily. The bed was too cold, and I couldn't sleep well, so this time I brought blankets and a light down comforter, and I was able to sleep comfortably! This year, the room was warm at check-in, and despite being told it was a cold wave, it felt less cold than last year, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The bath is also interesting, as it is styled like a Goemon bath. In winter, you need to fill it with the highest temperature water, or it will be too cold to enter. The location and scenery are very good. In February, you can also see the fireworks at Lake Kawaguchi, so it's quite nice! There are no amenities like towels or toothbrushes, so your luggage will increase when staying, but considering the indoor atmosphere, novelty, location, and scenery, it's a very good place. For those who are sensitive to cold, cold weather protection is essential! I will use it again!

We stayed for one night as a family of five. From the beginning, the staff provided courteous service when we informed them about our late check-in. After purchasing ingredients, we enjoyed a barbecue upon arrival, and they even helped us (almost entirely) with lighting the charcoal. We were given freshly picked vegetables from that morning, which were incredibly fresh and delicious. When we ran out of ice and planned to buy more, they quickly went out of their way to get it for us. The facility was stylish and exceptional, with cleanliness maintained to perfection. From arrival to check-out, their attentive service and hospitality left us deeply impressed—undoubtedly the best accommodation we've ever stayed at! Above all, the warmth and kindness of the staff stood out most. I can confidently recommend this place to others!

It was a very stylish Accommodation. We initially had trouble unlocking the door, but they handled it politely and promptly. Overall, it was a spacious and comfortable Accommodation, and we were very satisfied with our stay. This is a minor point, but since the place prioritizes style, I’d recommend it to those who value that—however, I felt some functionality may have been sacrificed, so I’ll note a few things for anyone who might care: - The bedroom lighting cannot be dimmed. It looked like it could be done with the remote, but it didn’t work. - The bathroom is not very user-friendly: there’s nowhere to put items and no chair/stool. We also couldn’t figure out how to use the ceiling shower. - There aren’t enough towels provided for a Multiple Night Stay. We used a coin laundry every day along with other laundry, but some people may find this inconvenient. That said, these are small issues. We were able to relax as a family without worrying about others around us, and we had a fulfilling time using it as our base for sightseeing around Golden Week. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family of five, and the place was spacious with plenty of Rooms, and there was enough bedding for everyone to sleep comfortably. Overall, it was very clean and well maintained, the price was reasonable, and we were extremely satisfied in every way. We truly hope to stay again.

We stayed here for one night during our trip to visit Fuji-Q Highland, Lake Kawaguchi, and Lake Yamanaka. It was very reasonably priced and clean, and in the morning we opened the blinds and could see the summit of Mt. Fuji—it was wonderful.
