I often use Route Inn for both business trips and personal travel because it offers great value for money.
Another reason I trust it is that, unlike some Hotels, it doesn’t drastically raise prices during peak seasons or right before holidays.
I had assumed the experience would be the same anywhere in Japan, but during this stay I realized that the staff service here was far more polished and higher in quality than at other Route Inn locations. Even when busy, they never stopped smiling, and every staff member provided refreshingly pleasant service.
This likely reflects the character of those at the top and their attentive guidance. It may also be because each employee has a strong sense of professionalism.
