泉國際高爾夫俱樂部 周邊 × 溫泉 × 滿意度評價高的飯店·日式旅館

This was a long-awaited stay, and everything was outstanding. In particular, the meals were perfect in every way—the quality, portion size, timing of each course, and even the attentive service—truly living up to its top reputation in Akiu. If I had to mention just two wishes: First, the private open-air bath felt somewhat enclosed by partition walls and bamboo blinds, so the sense of openness was reduced (this would be resolved by upgrading the room). Second, as I am in my late senior years, it was difficult for me to stand up from the tatami floor and futon; having a bed would have been even better. (Regarding the futon: I understand it is laid out during dinner as expected, but since it was also put away during breakfast, I would have appreciated being informed beforehand.)

A wide variety of drinks were available—the gin was delicious, and there was also a great selection of wines—so it was perfect for me as someone who enjoys alcohol. The room wasn’t on the mountain side, but I was able to relax in the open space on the first floor, read a book, and enjoy the complimentary coffee service. The open-air bath is set in nature, and I used it several times. Next time, I’m thinking of coming with my daughter.

Overall, it was a compact Accommodation, but perhaps because it is new, it was very clean and comfortable. Although it is a new Facility, the in-room TV was not a smart TV, so I’m deducting one star; however, the breakfast was delicious, and Nono is wonderful as always.

We stayed as a family of four. Breakfast was very delicious, and the beef tongue in particular was excellent. The staff at the breakfast venue were also very friendly.

When I made the reservation, I wrote that we were staying for our wedding anniversary and wanted to treat ourselves a little. At dinner, they prepared a celebratory plate and took a commemorative photo for us, which made it a wonderful anniversary. Both dinner and breakfast offered such a wide variety of dishes that we wondered if we had eaten too much. In the morning, we especially enjoyed bite-sized ohagi, shiratama with zunda (sweet edamame paste), French toast, and more—everything was delicious. The staff were also very attentive, and we had a comfortable stay. The building does show its age in places, but the spacious lobby, hot springs, and meals were all very satisfying. It was a little early for the autumn leaves, but next time we would like to visit again with our grandchildren.

The spacious, comfortable lobby and the nearby parking lot made parking very convenient. The Room was clean, with a wide range of yukata sizes available, and I really enjoyed the view from the window. Dinner and breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, including sushi and rice balls made by the chefs, steak, and more. Everything was delicious, and there was also an excellent selection of desserts.

This was our family’s first trip to Sendai. It was also our first time staying here, and it had a charm that felt different from international hotel chains. The staff were extremely courteous, which made us feel at ease throughout our stay. Our child is no longer an infant, but we were impressed that the baby food service was properly divided into stages. If I come to Sendai again for work, I would like to stay here again.

This was the finest Hotel I have ever stayed at. The room, the private open-air bath, the hospitality, the meals, and the service were all exceptional. I was able to relax and enjoy a truly unhurried stay. Unfortunately, my partner felt a bit unwell, so we could only enjoy the meals with our eyes, which was very disappointing. That’s why we definitely want to come back for a retry. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

I always choose this Hotel to enjoy a relaxing bath. However, this time, I experienced something unusual. It seemed that someone had washed their body in the bath, and when I tried to take a second bath late at night, there was a large amount of scum floating on the surface. I tried to scoop some out myself, but there was too much to handle. Feeling cold, I reluctantly used the cleaner side where water was flowing for a short time. When I reported this issue to the front desk, they responded promptly. The next morning when I went back to the bath, it had been cleaned thoroughly. It seems they checked and cleaned it several times during the night because by morning it was spotless and I could enjoy soaking comfortably again. Additionally, perhaps due to my distress over the situation, I completely forgot my glasses in the bath and couldn’t see well enough without them. When I mentioned this at reception, they kindly helped me search for them until we found them together—I truly appreciated their help as I'd almost given up hope of finding them. Thank you so much! This experience reminded me how important proper bathing manners are among guests. I look forward to staying here again!

Like many Hotels, having only two elevators can feel inconvenient during busy times. Even if you want to take the stairs for health reasons, the doors are closed, so it seems they are not recommended and you end up spending time looking for them. Breakfast was delicious. The salad was placed at the very back, after the rice and drinks; if possible, I would prefer it to be at the beginning or at the end of the line, since I plan my portions. Overall, I had a comfortable stay with no major issues.

The Room and bathroom were very clean. I used the laundry facilities, and they were bright and well maintained. I would like to stay here again.

There were thoughtful touches throughout, such as a basket for carrying towels and a change of clothes to the bath, and tabi socks provided for use inside the property. The food was also delicious.

The rooms and bath facilities were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, and we ended up eating more than we expected. The staff were also wonderful. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed here with friends. The bath was spacious, and the room was comfortable and relaxing—excellent overall. We only used the breakfast buffet, but we enjoyed local specialties such as zunda mochi and shabu-shabu made with Miyagi’s branded pork. Both check-in and check-out times were generous, which made it very convenient. Considering the price, it was a perfect 10/10! If I visit Akiu Onsen again, I will definitely stay here again!!

A historic hot spring ryokan that blends traditional culture with modern style. Hitenkan Stay: Newly designed Japanese-Western rooms with panoramic views of the Akiu townscape. Five bathing areas: a natural riverside hot spring, a traditional hinoki cypress bath, and a modern, luxurious large public bath—each with its own unique character and an excellent soaking experience. Both the evening kaiseki dinner and the breakfast buffet are high quality. The lobby features a garden-style landscape and koi pond, and the nighttime light show is especially memorable. The on-site history museum displays artifacts you can view to learn about the ryokan’s heritage.

Whenever I visit Sendai, I will stay at this Hotel. The staff were kind and attentive, and I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on the day of a live concert in Miyagi. The bath was great, the breakfast was delicious, and there were various pillows to choose from, so I really enjoyed the Hotel. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it in time for the free drinks, so I couldn’t try them. At breakfast, there were many people who had probably come for the concert as well, and I was able to enjoy that lingering afterglow.

The private hot spring water was incredibly soothing, and I could really feel it ease my tired body—I went in many times. As reputed, both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The service was pleasant and attentive, and thanks to their kind consideration I had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sendai. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I made a Reservation with breakfast included, and it was delicious and very satisfying. The Room and the bathroom were clean, which was great.

We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were courteous and attentive. The meals were all delicious, but the portions felt a bit too large.
