The building is new and very clean. Even though it was the summer off-season, it was a great deal to get dinner included at this price. The Room was clean and spacious, with a clear view of Mt. Yotei, and we were even able to see a sea of clouds in the morning. Dinner was delicious, and the portion size was just right—not too much. The large public bath is compact, but there are several types, so we were satisfied. I accidentally left something behind in the Room, but when I contacted them they responded immediately and sent it to my home. This is a Hotel that makes me want to stay here again if I visit Niseko.

This was the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. I was able to spend a truly luxurious, relaxing time while gazing at Mt. Yotei right in front of me. Having a clean washing machine in the room was also very helpful since we were staying multiple nights. The meals were delicious, made with fresh local vegetables, seafood, and meat. The staff’s warm smiles and attentive service were truly soothing. I will definitely visit again.

This was my first stay at Setsu Niseko on a parent-and-children trip with my two daughters. When we arrived, I couldn’t find the parking area and was unsure what to do at the entrance, but a staff member immediately approached us and kindly guided us. From check-in to assistance throughout the property, not only the front desk team but every staff member was truly welcoming and attentive, making our stay extremely satisfying. The entire facility was spotless, our room was spacious and very relaxing, and the mountain view from the room was wonderful—an experience that made me want to return again.

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.

Conveniently located between JR Station and the Otaru Canal, about a 10-minute walk to either. The Room isn’t large, but it’s comfortable enough. The refrigerator is on the small side. The large public bath and open-air bath were great with well-stocked amenities, but bath towels and hand towels are not provided there, so bring them from your Room or request extras at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with each item carefully prepared. Reasonably priced and great value for money.

I stay here every June. The bamboo shoots at dinner and the omelet at breakfast are delicious! Thank you to all the staff for always welcoming me so warmly.

We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Our child was thrilled with the towel bear and fruit that welcomed us in the Room. They quickly came to set up a bed guard, and when I mentioned I was pregnant, they kindly replaced the welcome gift wine with something else. When we were about to go out to Pure, a staff member asked about our child’s height and said, “There may not be much for them to enjoy…,” then suggested an alternative—the gondola that was operating. At both dinner and breakfast, everyone spoke warmly to our child and showed such kindness, and it seemed to spark our child’s interest in English. Our child said this Hotel was the most fun of all, so we plan to join Hilton Club and definitely return in the winter season! Although most of the staff were from overseas and we communicated mainly in English, this Hotel had the best hospitality of any we stayed at during our time in Hokkaido. I initially imagined a simple stay due to the Vacation Rental concept, but it turned out to be a very warm and lovely Hotel. The staff greeted us with smiles at the entrance, making the start of our trip pleasant. The Room had slightly simple flooring that echoed footsteps, but even with four family members using the beds, it felt surprisingly spacious without any sense of being cramped. The placement and size of the TV were perfect, naturally bringing our family together to enjoy quality time. Breakfast was served in a semi-buffet style with freshly baked baguettes and savory bacon that were absolutely delicious. The accompanying mayonnaise sauce and grilled vegetables were carefully prepared, making for a delightful morning meal. They also offer hamburgers and have evening service during winter. My husband commented that it was "a breakfast truly fitting for concluding our trip," looking very satisfied. We stayed during an Obon family trip, and the price was extremely reasonable, providing excellent value for money. It was an entirely satisfying stay in every aspect. We look forward to visiting again to enjoy that delicious breakfast once more. Thank you!

The rooms are spacious, and the decor and furniture are tasteful, making it a very relaxing Hotel. Many of the staff members are from overseas, but they are extremely kind, attentive, and pleasant. Even those who aren't fluent in Japanese make an effort to communicate warmly. The Hotel's cozy size gives it a charming atmosphere that feels like being in a small town abroad. It was an enjoyable experience. The food is delicious but lacks delicacy; its dynamic style adds to the international vibe and makes it even more fun. I would love to stay here again!

Six of us stayed at Number 2 this time. With Mt. Yotei right in front of us, it was a wonderful cottage with a calm atmosphere where we could relax and unwind. The Room was very clean, and the Facility was well equipped. We accidentally tripped the breaker, and when we contacted them, they responded quickly—we truly appreciated it.

We stayed in the Standard Yotei View Room on the 3rd floor. Mt. Yotei filled the entire large window, and the overwhelming view truly moved us. On the 2nd floor, I don’t think you can see Mt. Yotei’s foothills. The kitchen was more than adequate, with an IH cooktop and a dishwasher. The Room only has a small shower room, but we were able to use the large public bath at miru niseko where we checked in. The Onsen there has a pleasantly silky texture, and the open-air bath while listening to cuckoos and Japanese bush warblers was absolutely amazing. I think this is the best value in Niseko for a Hotel Room with a front-facing view of Mt. Yotei. There are many luxury condominiums like this in Niseko and Okinawa, but I sincerely hope they spread across The whole country!

We stayed for 7 nights in July as a couple. The condominium was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen featured a Miele convection oven range, which made cooking even more enjoyable. In recent years, we’ve often chosen Airbnb for long stays, but this property stood out with its luxurious design, professional management and service, all at a very reasonable cost. We will definitely consider this as our first choice when staying in Niseko again. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

On a return visit after a while, we had a Multiple Night Stay and were satisfied. There were a few minor points: even though the Room’s open-air Onsen bath and the shower booth are separate, there was only one bath mat; and there is no temperature control for the Room’s open-air bath. Still, the Room, the staff service, and the Onsen were all wonderful. Valet parking had a 3,000 yen charge, but they always responded quickly. Overall, we were satisfied. The food, service, and wine selection at the main dining venue HITO by TAKUBO were also excellent. When I mentioned that breakfast drinks didn’t include tomato juice and I was disappointed, they kindly brought it for me even though it wasn’t on the list. I would be even happier if it were available from the start. We would like to visit again.

The Room was extremely comfortable, and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay—it was wonderful! Our children were also very happy! We made the best family memories during our summer vacation! Thank you so much!! We would love to come again next year!

We were upgraded to a spacious Room as it was just before the summer season. The kitchen was clean, well-equipped, and easy to use, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to stay at a lovely Hotel in Niseko during the quiet and peaceful summer, different from the busy winter peak season.

Since it’s a dog-friendly Hotel, I was worried about dog odors, but it was very clean and quiet at night, and I was able to relax. For reference, we were also traveling with our dog. I had set my navigation system, but it pointed to a slightly off location at first, so I drove around the area for a while. (Yahoo Car Navigation) The staff kindly gave me detailed directions, which left a great impression.\nThere is also a kitchen and living room, so we bought ingredients and were able to spend a relaxing and enjoyable time with the family. Next time, I’d like to visit again in winter.

Everything was wonderful. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were always smiling and did their best to help, which made my stay very comfortable. The meals were delicious, but the rice at breakfast was too firm for me to eat... I think it’s just a matter of preference, but I ended up leaving some (sorry). If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
