I stayed here for a concert at Tokyo Dome last time, and this time for a live show at the Japan National Stadium. It’s close to the nearest station, and there is also a shopping complex with restaurants and convenience stores on the way from the station to the Hotel, which is very convenient. I was also happy to have a ReFa hair dryer in the ladies’ room. Breakfast was very delicious.

I also appreciated having plenty of hangers in the Room. The large public bath is a good size, well equipped, and clean. The water temperature is well managed—truly all you need. The only disappointment was that the sauna starts at 6:00 PM; I wanted to freshen up before head

I stayed here as a Hotel for a fan trip. Thank you for upgrading my stay. It was helpful, as fewer Hotels offer smoking Rooms these days. The Room was spacious and nice. However, the lighting was warm-toned, which made doing my makeup difficult. I wish there had been a white light near the mirror. I ended up opening the curtains and using natural light while doing my makeup. I understand it’s a Hotel, but the hair dryer airflow was also weak, so it would be helpful if guests could choose a stronger one for an additional fee. The location is good—one stop from Tokyo Dome and close to the station. But I wouldn’t really say it’s within walking distance from Tokyo Dome.

I can’t share the details of my request, but I would like to express my sincere gratitude to that staff member. This is an excellent Hotel with outstanding staff. I planned to thank them in person the next day, but I didn’t see them, so I’m reaching out through this Review instea

I have stayed here many times. The Room is clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and high-quality amenities such as face masks and bath salts are fully provided. The slippers are also of good quality. There is also a compact massage device in the Room, which is excellent.

I stayed here for an exam, and thanks to the thoughtful attention to detail and flexible support, I was able to face the day fully prepared. The warm hospitality of the staff and the delicious breakfast left a lasting impression, and I would love to stay here again.

It was a clean Hotel. It’s close to the station, but it was a little hard to find. I mistakenly went to another Hotel in the same chain nearby. At the wrong Hotel, an international front desk staff member kindly guided me to the correct location. The staff at the front desk upon arrival also explained everything politely, and they were very pleasant. I would like to stay here again when attending an event.

It was an amazing two days. The greenery in the Room—and above all, the bath facilities—were wonderful. The open-air bath, the spacious sauna, and the soothing high-frequency music playing in the background helped me truly relax. I would love to stay again.

I stayed for 7 nights for a training seminar.\nThe location was excellent, with a convenience store on the first floor and Starbucks and Tully’s nearby, so the surroundings were great and I had no inconvenience. The cleaning was thorough, and the staff were pleasant, so I had a comfortable 7-day stay. The TV could stream YouTube and more, and the Room was comfortable. Everything was clean and pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, especially the shishamo. I would have liked tomato juice.

Although it was my first visit, I was satisfied with how clean the Room was. I had a very comfortable stay. Access from the station is also convenient, and this is a Hotel I would recommend.

I stayed here for a concert at Budokan. Although the property was under construction, the staff were very kind and helpful. It was disappointing to find the bathroom drain clogged with hair from a previous guest, but otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. Since this Hotel is located in Jimbocho, it was also great to be able to fully enjoy the area! I would like to stay again.

It was very good! As a couple who smokes, the best thing was that there was a smoking Room. I think it was the smoking Room floor, but the hallway from the elevator to the Room didn’t strongly smell of cigarettes (non-smokers might feel it does...), and even inside the Room there wasn’t an odor that bothered us as smokers. The front desk staff were pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. At check-in, there was a recommended breakfast guide on the front desk machine, so we bought breakfast vouchers and used them the next morning. The service was good, and we were able to spend our morning time efficiently. Maybe because it was Sunday morning?! but we could choose between Japanese or Western style; I would have been happier if the Japanese set felt a bit more traditionally Japanese. When we visit Tokyo again, I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

The staff were very friendly, and the bed was spacious, soft, and comfortable. The hairdryer is powerful.

I had a night shift that day, but I had errands in central Tokyo in the morning, and it was a hassle to go back home, so I used the hotel for day use from 11:00. It’s also easy to reach from Ochanomizu Station—just cross two traffic lights. It was extremely hot that day, but I arrived 10 minutes early and sat on a sofa in the air-conditioned lobby. About five minutes before check-in time, staff told me, “Your Room is ready,” and I was able to check in. The Room is indeed small, but it was kept clean and had everything I needed. I took a shower and napped until evening, which helped me prepare for my night shift.

During the extreme heat, the location right outside Akihabara Station was especially appreciated. The Room was spacious and bright, and I was satisfied to be able to enjoy the night view. It was a bit disappointing that the skincare set is only provided if you ask at the front desk. Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay again.

This was my second stay. This time I was able to check in during the free snack hours, so I had a “chocolate chunk cookie.” It was delicious with the complimentary coffee. I had made a Reservation for a single, but since there were vacancies, they upgraded me for free. The Room felt slightly small, but it’s more than enough for business use. I also liked that the loungewear and hair dryer were neatly placed together in a basket. Having a foldable mirror on the (small) desk in the Room was also very helpful. The bathroom is a typical size for a Business Hotel, but the shower head was ReFa, and the shower curtain rail curves outward, which makes it feel more spacious when showering. Also, since there are stoppers at both ends of the curtain rail, as long as you set the hooks (rings?) properly on both sides, you don’t have to worry about the curtain sliding open while using it. I used breakfast as well. At first glance it may seem like there aren’t many main items, but for breakfast it’s sufficient. The automatic pancake machine (I’ve never seen one anywhere else) is fun! The size is just right, and best of all you can enjoy freshly baked pancakes! The cherry sauce for the pancakes was tasty, and the other breads were good too. That said, I think it would be nice if there were knives with the cutlery. Overall, this is a Hotel with a very good impression. The staff (front desk and restaurant) were kind and helpful, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I probably will.

The stay was stress-free as always. There was no crowd at the reception during check-in or check-out, and we rarely encountered other guests in the elevator. As a family with children, choosing a Hotel with fewer points to worry about is important for us. Thank you for providing champagne and organic orange juice in the refrigerator. The access was excellent since there was an event at Tokyo Dome again. We look forward to staying here next time as well!

I had wanted to stay here for some time, and on this occasion I came up to Tokyo from a cooler area for my son’s engagement ceremony. The front desk staff were efficient and very helpful, which made me feel at ease. The Room was convenient and comfortable, but even with the air conditioning on, it felt quite humid and a bit uncomfortable. Even so, considering my overall impression of APA Hotel and the excellent service from the staff, I would like to stay again.

I’d been wanting to stay here for a long time, but the price was usually quite high, so I never had the chance. This time I was able to make a Reservation at a fairly reasonable rate at just the right moment—my wish finally came true! There’s a stylish Hotel tucked one alley off the lively streets of Akihabara. At first I couldn’t figure out how to get to the front desk, so I asked the staff at the restaurant reception right after entering, and they kindly escorted me all the way to the elevator. The front desk staff also left an impression of being friendly and cheerful. They mentioned that about 90% of guests are from overseas, which made perfect sense! Even after check-in, they guided me to the elevator as well—their thoughtful and attentive service is still memorable. The Room was very clean, and each Facility felt stylishly designed. The bathroom had only a shower booth, but it was spacious enough and more than sufficient. I absolutely loved the OSAJI shampoo! (I regret not buying it when I saw it for sale…) Both the restaurant’s chic, international vibe and the Hotel’s calm atmosphere were wonderful spaces. It’s definitely a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. Thank you so much for all your kindness during check-in!
