Because I had informed them in advance that this stay was for a birthday celebration, they congratulated me at check-in. Even though I arrived early, they quickly prepared the room, and it was decorated with celebratory balloons—and they even provided a cake, fruit, and wine. I was truly touched by such a wonderful surprise! Breakfast lived up to its reputation: everything was delicious. The selection isn’t huge, but the quality really stands out. The staff service was also excellent and very satisfying. Many of the staff are non-Japanese, and some do not speak Japanese; however, since about 80% of the guests are international travelers, that seems perfectly fine. At times I almost forgot I was staying at a hotel in Japan.
It was a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.
By the way, there is a convenience store nearby. It’s just over a 10-minute walk to Osaka Station through the underground shopping area. By taxi, you can get there for under 1,000 yen.
