We stayed here with four generations of our family. Because our 93-year-old grandmother has become more self-conscious around others and rarely goes out to eat, we chose a Room with a private Onsen. She was truly delighted, and we are so glad we chose this Room. Since it was a trip with four generations, we wanted a space where everyone could relax at their own pace, so we made a Reservation for the Wakakusa Room. Thanks to the spacious Room, everyone in the family was able to spend time comfortably and freely without any stress. We usually live in Mie, so it’s rare for our whole family to travel together. This time, traveling with our 3-year-old son and 93-year-old grandmother, we were able to create wonderful memories as a family. We hope we can all visit again while our grandmother is still doing well. Thank you very much for such an unforgettable stay.

Especially the meals—everything from the seasoning to the freshness was on another level. The only slight disappointment was the tartar sauce, but overall it was incredibly delicious.

This was my first time staying at this kind of Hotel, so I was a little nervous, but it turned out to be a truly wonderful stay! The property was clean and comfortable, and I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. The owner was kind and attentive, which made the experience even more pleasant. In particular, the location—where you can really feel Unzen’s nature—and the spacious setting were very appealing. The Facility amenities were also well equipped, and I had a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Unzen. I was completely satisfied with my stay, and if I have the chance to come back to Unzen, I will definitely stay here again.
