This was our family’s third stay. Thank you again for taking such great care of us. As always, the property was very clean and we had a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the complimentary drink bar, which we could use freely; the selection changes between morning and evening, so there was plenty to choose from and we could relax and enjoy it. At dinner, we were surprised by how large the abalone was, and we truly enjoyed such a luxurious meal. Our whole family had a wonderful time again, and we were very satisfied. We would love to visit again with our family. Thank you for another lovely stay!

Thank you for taking care of our family. We visit Izu, which we love, several times a year, but in recent years it has been difficult for all of us to travel together. This time, our two children brought us to Gyokusui, a place I had been saying for a long time that I wanted to visit. Since we live in a landlocked prefecture, we tend to choose an Accommodation near the sea, but choosing Gyokusui this time was absolutely the right decision. It rained lightly on and off over the two days, but it was truly a fulfilling stay at the Accommodation. The greenery outside the window was so vivid, and everything—the private baths, large public bath, and open-air bath—was at just the right temperature and spotlessly clean and beautiful throughout. As there were five adults this time, instead of a Room with an open-air bath, we chose a Room with a footbath and a spacious terrace with great views. We relaxed while looking out at the garden and chatting. The meals were beautiful to look at and delicious as well—we all ate too much at both breakfast and dinner. No matter where you are in the Accommodation, it’s soothing. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

This was our second stay following our visit in March. Every time, both the meals and the hospitality leave us fully satisfied in both heart and stomach. The open view of Sagami Bay stretching across the entire window was also outstanding. From the spacious open-air 전망露天風呂 in our Room, we could even see the horizon, which was truly soothing. It was such a fulfilling stay that it hardly felt like just one night and two days. We would definitely like to visit again.

The powerful sound of the ocean waves and the amazing sea view with Izu Oshima right in front of you are simply outstanding. On top of that, there’s a pool and an Onsen, and at night you can see a beautiful moon—just perfect. The buffet dining was enjoyable, and the staff were very attentive. Our trip with our dog was also comfortable. I never knew my first visit to Atagawa would be such a wonderful place!! This is a Hotel that makes adults, kids, and even dogs?! want to come back!

We visited as a couple to relax and enjoy the Onsen at a leisurely pace. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the station to the Accommodation. You can request pick-up, but we chose to walk and soak in the atmosphere. The Room was spacious enough for two, and you can enjoy views including the sea through the large window. The in-room Onsen bath was more than sufficient, but we also reserved a private bath so we could have a large Onsen all to ourselves. It happened to be firefly-viewing season, so we enjoyed it with Shuttle Service included. The meals were incredibly delicious—an extensive menu centered on seafood, vegetables, and mountain produce. The sashimi was outstanding, and breakfast deserves special mention: miso soup made with broth from the spiny lobster shells from dinner and black rice were exceptional. This is a small Accommodation with attentive staff—perfect for enjoying the Onsen, nearby walks, and great food. We had a truly luxurious one-night stay. P.S. For those considering staying: due to structural reasons, loud noises in neighboring Rooms can be heard, and any loud noise you make will likely carry as well. If that doesn’t bother you, you’ll be able to enjoy a relaxing stay in a quiet environment away from tourist areas with few people around.

Although we arrived much later than our scheduled check-in time, the staff kindly assisted us without any sign of displeasure. We are truly grateful. The three of us stayed, and the price per person was very affordable. Despite the low cost, it was a comfortable and wonderful Accommodation. We would definitely like to stay again next time. I had long wanted to visit Akazawa Guest House, and this time I was able to stay there with my son and his wife. The exterior is wonderful, but once inside, I was amazed to see platinum used throughout the walls and other details. It was a beautiful space with clear attention paid to every element. The pampas grass in the courtyard was especially memorable, and we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful break from everyday life while feeling the charm of the season. Everything—the Room, the meals, and the atmosphere throughout the Accommodation—was of course excellent, but what stayed with me most was the warm hospitality of all the staff. My daughter-in-law is pregnant, and they kindly accommodated our requests in advance with great care. They prepared extra pillows in our Room and thoughtfully adjusted her meals as well, which we truly appreciated. In particular, the staff member who served our meals had such a lovely smile. Their service was both attentive and genuinely warm, which made us feel very at ease. The staff member who took photos for us also went beyond what we asked for, discreetly looking out for us so we could enjoy ourselves even more. Their thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. Of course it is an exceptional space with a sense of luxury, but even more than that, I felt that the detailed and heartfelt hospitality of everyone working there makes this Accommodation even more special. I am truly happy that we were able to spend such precious family time at Akazawa Guest House. On our way home, my son’s family and I said to each other, “Let’s come again.” Thank you very much for giving us such a memorable stay. We would love to visit again.

The view from the in-room open-air bath was truly breathtaking. It seemed to be the night of a full moon, and the moonlight reflecting on the water was wonderfully dreamlike. Soaking in the tub and gazing at it for a while, I almost lost track of time. The meals were creative and delicious, and the staff were cheerful, always smiling, and thoughtfully attentive throughout our stay—we had a truly wonderful time. A lovely Accommodation I would love to visit again.

Great location and amazing views. The Onsen was also excellent. The bath area was spacious, and having both a sauna and a cold plunge made it perfect. All the staff were wonderful as well. We had a very relaxing stay. Thank you.

Since we traveled by train, we really appreciated the Shuttle Service to Izu-Kogen Station. The Room was spacious, well cleaned, and very comfortable. The large public bath was also clean, and we were happy to enjoy the free-flowing Onsen. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style. The taste was average, but there was a good variety, and we enjoyed local specialties such as sashimi, simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), and Shizuoka oden. The bread at breakfast was especially delicious. There were plenty of popular manga available at the front desk, which we could borrow and read in our Room. All staff were kind, and with thorough cleaning and well-stocked amenities, we felt their thoughtful attention to detail throughout our stay. We would like to stay again if we have the chance.

At first, the exterior made me wonder, “Is this really the place?” but once inside, it was incredibly spacious and wonderful! For two adults, there were more than enough Rooms and futons. I’m not good with insects, so the moths on the balcony were a bit scary, but in the Room we only saw ants and a few tiny bugs. The Room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the open-air bath had an amazing view. On the first day it was cloudy and rainy so we couldn’t see much, but the next day it cleared up and we could see islands—it was beautiful. They also provided dog pee pads and diapers, so we were very satisfied with this Accommodation! On our way home we visited Izu Animal Kingdom as well and had a great time. Our dog seemed happy too—thank you very much!
