We thoroughly enjoyed everything—the large public bath, the private bath, drinks in the lobby, snacks, dinner, and beverages. The only disappointment was that I dozed off after dinner again this time and couldn’t try the curry. We will stay again. Thank you very much.

My grandchild is a picky eater, so we always struggle when dining out, but you accommodated us individually. My grandchild was very happy, and we are truly grateful. The hospitality and service were excellent, the Room was spacious, and the food was delicious, so we had a very comfortable stay. I would have liked a bit more sashimi at dinner, but the deep-sea fish miso soup at breakfast was truly delicious. It was a little disappointing that the Facility is starting to feel a bit old and that we couldn’t see the outside view from the bath, but overall we were satisfied.

From welcome to farewell, the service was attentive and truly impressive. No matter where we were in the building, the staff noticed everything and took excellent care of us.\nOcean views from every Facility—the Room, the large public bath, and the lounge with complimentary drinks.\nWe also recommend taking a walk down the hill to Mihama Cape.\nThe ocean view from the outdoor lounge was in a perfect location. The fresh fish sashimi was outstanding. The meat dishes were also delicious, and we were very satisfied. The service was courteous and attentive. I think this Accommodation would be comfortable with no issues for guests up to their 60s. As Tokiwaya is a traditional Ryokan, I felt there are many challenges in terms of accessibility. I stayed with my 95-year-old mother, so I made a Reservation for a Room with a private bath, but there were many steps inside the Room and the bathtub was deep (my mother was able to step over it), which unfortunately made it difficult to use.

My stay at “Fuji Seiran” in Toda Onsen was truly special and left a lasting impression. What struck me first was the location. From the guest rooms and many areas throughout the property, you can enjoy luxurious views of Mt. Fuji, a UNESCO World Heritage site, creating a wonderful sense of being one with nature. On the day I visited, the sky had cleared after a typhoon, and the air was astonishingly crisp—Mt. Fuji’s silhouette stood out sharply in the distance. At sunset, the beauty of the sky was simply beyond words. The room featured a refined modern Japanese design that balanced calm comfort with an upscale feel. Sitting by the window and taking in the scenery at leisure was a truly indulgent moment that made me forget everyday noise and stress. The Onsen was also excellent—gentle on the skin, and afterward I could feel warmth reaching deep into my body. Dinner left an especially strong impression. Using abundant local ingredients from Izu, each dish showcased what makes this area unique: fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables prepared with great care one by one. Everything was beautifully presented, delighting not only my palate but also my eyes. The cuisine brought out the best of local ingredients and made my trip even more satisfying. The staff were exceptionally courteous, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout my stay. In particular, Ms./Mr. S not only explained details about the Accommodation but also shared knowledge about local highlights and ingredients—and our conversations were genuinely enjoyable as well. Thank you very much. From check-in to check-out, I felt comfortable at every moment thanks to this high level of hospitality. With nature, views, cuisine, and relaxation all coming together perfectly, Fuji Seiran is an Accommodation I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an extraordinary getaway. It was a memorable stay that made me sincerely want to return again someday.

We stayed here for a four-generation family trip. The Room was clean and spacious just as shown in the photos, and the Facility was flawless. We also ordered a sashimi platter for an additional fee, and both the taste and portion size were excellent. If I had to mention anything, the mountain road on the way to the Accommodation is quite steep, and it’s an environment where insects are likely to appear.

The Facility is old, but the staff are kind and you can have a comfortable stay. The view from the dining hall is amazing! Dinner at 18:00, breakfast at 8:00. They also lent us a fishing rod, but the line was short—bringing your own rod is a must. You can borrow a bucket too, but there’s no rope, so you can’t scoop up water?! (lol) The nearby tackle shop closes at 16:00, so be sure to get bait in advance. Chokujinja Shrine is close by and has an excellent location, so I recommend it.

It was the best stay. The hospitality was better than any Hotel I have stayed at, and the staff were truly wonderful. We enjoyed hearing various stories during the Shuttle Service ride. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, amenities, and minibar. The view from the Room was absolutely breathtaking, and we were able to spend a truly happy day. Of course, the food was also very satisfying. The main dishes—venison and sweetfish—were incredibly delicious and made us want to come back again.

It was disappointing that it was so cloudy we couldn’t see the sunset or Mt. Fuji, but we were satisfied with the Hotel. If there was any issue, it was the squeaking sound of the glass door when entering the bathroom area from the Room, and the air purifier attached to the latest air conditioner was quite loud. The cleanliness of the Room, the campfire, the meals, unlimited beer and soft drinks, and other thoughtful small services were all excellent.
