The property was very clean and excellent. Even without dinner, the complimentary drinks, snacks, and late-night meal were more than enough. The hot spring was wonderful—perfect when you want to relax and unwind.

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to visit Mihama Beach and it was conveniently located, but I was amazed by the incredible hospitality. The proprietress was like sunshine, and all the other staff were so pleasant—truly a wonderful Accommodation. The young woman who served dinner even picked up on our small conversation and celebrated my husband’s birthday, which we hadn’t mentioned. The Room cushions were unbelievably thick and fluffy—so much so that I almost hesitated to sit on them. Since I was traveling with my elderly father, they were very considerate of him, and he was in great spirits as well. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a warm Accommodation. Thank you very much!

It was my first stay in a while, and the ocean view from the Room and the perfectly comfortable temperature of the bath in the Room soothed my tired body. I also appreciated that extra bath towels were provided in the Room. The luxurious, carefully prepared dishes—featuring Japanese spider crab and fresh seafood—were as delicious as ever, and we enjoyed plenty at both breakfast and dinner. Thank you for kindly accommodating our request for a birthday cake for our child. I’m also interested in your other renovated Rooms, so we’ll be back again.

The fresh fish sashimi was outstanding. The meat dishes were also delicious, and we were very satisfied. The service was courteous and attentive. I think this Accommodation would be comfortable with no issues for guests up to their 60s. As Tokiwaya is a traditional Ryokan, I felt there are many challenges in terms of accessibility. I stayed with my 95-year-old mother, so I made a Reservation for a Room with a private bath, but there were many steps inside the Room and the bathtub was deep (my mother was able to step over it), which unfortunately made it difficult to use.

The room was very clean, and the view was amazing. All the staff were very polite and kind. We booked a plan with breakfast included. We enjoyed a relaxing meal in the dining area with a great view, and everything was delicious. We would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.
