We stayed with my uncle and aunt and enjoyed a great deal with the Iwate discount. It was our first visit in two years. The interior had been updated beautifully, and we enjoyed the welcome drink. There was a wide variety of food. We savored Iwate’s three famous noodle dishes from the morning, and the selection of sweets was excellent as well. The Onsen offered not only a large public bath but also a Jomon-style bath. My husband was especially delighted with the free karaoke. We were very happy to spend such an enjoyable time together as a group of four. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again.

As I was traveling without a car, easy access from the station was essential. The deciding factors for my stay at this Hotel were the shuttle bus service and the excellent Reviews of the Onsen. My Room was on a high floor with a great view, and I was truly impressed by the scenery from the window! The free-flowing natural hot spring water was also wonderful. Dinner was kaiseki plus a half buffet, and they kindly accommodated changes for ingredients I can’t eat. I honestly didn’t expect much from the Sansa Odori show, but it was thoughtfully put together—and I ended up completely captivated. It was fantastic. I even bought a Sansa Odori tenugui towel in town... One disappointing point: I don’t think the steam sauna was turned on. Please check!

My spouse and I stayed here with our parents, booking two separate buildings. After reading Reviews saying things like “the meals aren’t great for the price,” we honestly didn’t expect much—but there were no issues at all. The portions were more than enough (and you can order extra if needed), everything was delicious, and we had nothing to complain about. Of course, the bath was amazing. Unfortunately, we happened to be there during a typhoon and couldn’t see the stars at night, so we will definitely return—next time, I’d love to soak in the bath while looking up at a sky full of stars. One point: there was a mismatch between the breakfast time we thought we had communicated and the time the Accommodation had on record (it was later), which affected our morning departure time and plans afterward. To avoid any misunderstandings about who said what, it would be helpful if you could leave a written note confirming the requested times for dinner and breakfast.

Overall, we had a very satisfying stay. A clean property, a buffet, and a large bath! We enjoyed our reserved table tennis, and afterward you kindly extended our karaoke time by an extra 30 minutes. Thanks to the thoughtful hospitality of the Hotel staff, my children in their second year of working life were able to forget their daily stress and smile more. Thank you for a truly wonderful day.
