This was a return visit. It was raining, but the covered walkway from the station to the Hotel meant I didn’t need an umbrella. The Room is refined and simply furnished. This time, there was live jazz in front of the reception area at night, which gave me a similar sense of satisfaction to when I stayed at Mesm Tokyo. The staff also provide wonderful hospitality, taking pride in working at Metropolitan Kawasaki.

It was my first Multiple Night Stay at Dormy Inn Kawasaki in a while, and I had a very comfortable stay. The bath was clean and well maintained, and it wasn’t too crowded, so I could relax and unwind. There are three massage chairs; you may have to wait a little, but they provide a wonderfully relaxing experience. If I have the chance next time, I would definitely stay again.

It was a very stylish Hotel and felt clean, and as soon as I entered the lobby it felt open and spacious—somehow it was very comfortable. There is also a free Shuttle Service, and the location is excellent. A design Hotel where every detail feels different from others. The exposed concrete walls created a great atmosphere.

Thank you very much for a comfortable stay the other day. The Room was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. I was extremely satisfied and would love to stay again. There is just one point I noticed. The TV in the guest Room seems to have a maximum volume limit set at 25, which was perfectly fine for regular TV broadcasts. However, when playing streaming services such as Netflix, the audio is relatively quiet to begin with, so even at the maximum of 25 it did not become loud enough, and I found it difficult to hear clearly. I understand that setting a volume limit is likely out of consideration for other Rooms, so I think it is generally fine as it is. That said, if a guest requests to watch streaming content, allowing the volume limit to be raised slightly only during that stay (if possible) might make things more comfortable for many guests. This is just one suggestion, but I would appreciate your consideration. Although there was one small concern regarding the Facility equipment, overall it was still a very satisfying stay. This was my first time staying at Mets. It was easy to access via Shinagawa, and on the way back I stopped by Gotanda, so transferring to the Tokyu Line was also convenient. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western set meals, so you can enjoy whatever suits your mood.

I stayed at this Hotel to visit my son and his wife who live in Yokohama, and to meet friends in Ikebukuro. It was very convenient, close to the station and easy to get to Tokyo as well as Shin-Yokohama and Yokohama. Although I arrived early, I was shown to my Room as it was already prepared. It was a single Room, but spacious and spotlessly clean, with a wide bed that made my stay very comfortable. Amenities were available for pickup on the front desk floor and were well stocked. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and everything was delicious. I would like to stay at this Hotel again on my next trip to the Kanto area.

The amenities are well stocked, so you can stay without bringing anything. I really appreciated that they even provided face masks. The Room was clean, and they also offered loaner air purifiers and fans. The bathroom is small and narrow, but there were several types of bath salts; I enjoyed a relaxing bubble bath. Because it’s close to the station, you may notice train noise, but earplugs were included in the amenities, so it shouldn’t be too much of an issue. Since it’s near the station, there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff were kind, and I’d like to stay here again next time.

It was a wonderful stay. The exterior is charming, and the interior—including the Room—was very clean and well maintained overall. The bed had just the right firmness, and I slept very well. Having an on-site restaurant was also very convenient. And the food was delicious. The location is excellent, and we had no inconveniences at all. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. I would love to stay again.

I stayed at this hotel to visit the Pokémon Observatory ~Sagamihara City Museum~. Although I was initially confused about access from Musashi-Kosugi, it became easy to travel back and forth afterward. The natural onsen, which is one of my key points when choosing accommodation, was great, and the selection of pillows was also nice. Breakfast was delicious! Since it was an unmanned reception system, I deducted one star as I couldn't evaluate that aspect (though I didn't feel any inconvenience). I would like to stay here again if given the chance (I really liked the town of Musashi-Kosugi).

The Room and bathroom were clean, and I was able to relax comfortably. Checkout is at 11:00, and there was a coffee machine in the Room, so I was happy to enjoy my morning coffee at my own pace. However, I’m not sure if it was cleaning after checkout or other guests, but the noise from around 8:00 a.m. woke me up. It’s conveniently located near Kawasaki Station and convenience stores, so I’d like to stay again if I have another chance to visit Kawasaki.

I had a very comfortable stay. First of all, the wide variety of welcome drinks and how easy they are to use was excellent. They also had miso soup and wakame soup, which I enjoyed for breakfast. Each floor has a microwave, a water dispenser, and a shampoo/conditioner lending corner, and next to the microwave there are even disposable chopsticks and spoons. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this is the first time I’ve seen one so well stocked on every floor. Most Hotels only offer these amenities on certain floors at best—having them on every floor was incredibly convenient. I stayed here to attend a live show at CLUB CITTA’, and it was just a short walk to the venue, which was very convenient. However, it’s a bit far from the station, which may be a drawback—especially in bad weather. Also, since it’s close to the Keikyu railway tracks, you can hear some train noise. Some people may find that bothersome. Even so, I think it’s a Hotel where you can stay very comfortably overall. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

Visited for sightseeing. The convenient location near Keikyu Kawasaki Station and JR Kawasaki Station, along with the quiet and clean Room, allowed for a relaxing stay. The warm and cheerful greeting from the front desk staff upon entering the Hotel (even from quite a distance) left a lasting impression of being warmly welcomed.

This was my first stay here! The front desk staff were very kind, and the Room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

I thought it might be an old Hotel, but the entire building has been renovated and was very clean!! The unit bath was also very clean, and the shower curtain was hygienic with no unpleasant musty odor. It was also nice that most of the in-room Facility items were from Japanese brands. For reference, the hair dryer was Panasonic, the electric kettle was Zojirushi, and the mug cup was Narumi. The front desk staff were Japanese, and check-in/out service was smooth. I was also impressed by how delicious the complimentary breakfast was. You can choose a main fish such as salmon, hokke (Atka mackerel), or sanma (Pacific saury). You can choose three small side dishes from several options. It came with rice, miso soup, and pickles—an ideal Japanese breakfast. I would like to stay here again.

I don’t often stay in Kawasaki, but I thought this place was great. It’s clean. There are plenty of convenience stores and places to eat nearby, and it’s also directly connected to the station, which is nice. It wasn’t too far from the JR lines either, so it was really convenient for work. The free coffee at the entrance was appreciated as well.\nI had a hard time finding the elevator that leads to the entrance, but everything else was fine.\nIn any case, I was most surprised by how much cleaner and nicer Kawasaki’s streets have become.

We also rented a parking space, and we really appreciated being able to park for 2 nights and 3 days with no additional charge for the middle day. The large public bath is compact, but depending on the time of day it was almost private, so we could relax. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The amenities were excellent. They seemed to have changed from before, but I really liked the body wash—it lathered well. The body towel was just the right softness, and I enjoyed a very comfortable bath time. The toothbrush was also soft and made it easy to brush my teeth. For breakfast, you choose one main dish, and items like salad, bread, and rice are served buffet-style. I also liked the previous style of choosing either a Japanese or Western set breakfast, but with the buffet I could enjoy as much of what I like as I want, which was great. I will visit again. A great location—just a 6-minute brisk walk from Kawasaki Station. I always stay here when traveling for business. The breakfast selection is limited, but I appreciate that it’s free. I’ll definitely stay again next time.

Because the Room was ready before check-in, I was able to enter early and head to my destination (the concert venue). Thank you very much. I usually stay near Shinagawa Station, but this Hotel is also close to Keikyu Kawasaki Station and offers convenient access to Haneda Airport, which was very helpful. I also appreciate the front desk staff’s service. I would like to stay again in the future.

As usual, after reading lots of Reviews, I was worried because opinions were extremely divided, but for me this was a very good Hotel. It’s not like many newer city-center Hotels these days—new but very small. The Facility may feel a bit old (for example, the faucets are separate for cold and hot water), but it has been renovated and is clean. The furniture and atmosphere somehow evoke the Showa era, and above all, the rooms are a little more spacious, which makes you feel relaxed and enriched. I really love this atmosphere. When I was about to go for breakfast, I asked at the front desk where I could get breakfast starting at that time. They told me there was a Doutor nearby, so I went right away—but on weekends it opens from 8:00, so I couldn’t get in (on weekdays it’s 7:00). Because of that, I deducted one star.
