We have stayed here for three consecutive years while visiting the Tomonotsu Museum—two years in “Kai,” and this time in the newly opened “RiSA.” In the past, we served ourselves at dinner and would set everything out on the table at once while checking the menu. This time, each dish was explained to us in the dining room, and we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace, which made us very satisfied. We truly appreciated the attentive service. We’ll be back again next year.

Conveniently located near the station. The Room amenities were easy to use, and I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also delicious. I was especially impressed by the sea bream chazuke.

We stayed here to celebrate a proposal—one of life’s most important milestones. What impressed us most during our stay was the thoughtful attention from everyone, especially the person in charge. For the surprise proposal, they handled everything flexibly to match the situation, including preparing and handing over the cake and bouquet, which allowed me to feel at ease on the day. Thanks to that support, it became an unforgettable, truly wonderful time. Every dish was genuinely delicious, and the explanations were perfectly paced—not too long or too short—so we could enjoy not only the flavors but also the dining experience itself. The atmosphere inside the Accommodation and the views were also outstanding, and we were able to relax from the heart. Above all, we were so happy that their desire to make our stay memorable came through in every interaction. Thanks to them, both my partner and I naturally found ourselves saying, “Let’s definitely come back for anniversaries,” and it became two irreplaceable days for us. I am truly grateful that we could welcome such an important moment of our lives at this Accommodation. This is a wonderful Accommodation I can confidently recommend to anyone who wants to spend special time with someone important—whether for a proposal or a wedding anniversary. Next time we visit, I hope we can return as husband and wife.

This Hotel offers an excellent, comfortable large public bath, and the breakfast is also very varied—with desserts as well—making it a place you can truly enjoy.

This was my first stay at Vessel Hotel Inn Fukuyama Station North Exit, but Vessel Hotel is one of my favorite Hotels. I had another comfortable stay this time as well. The Room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant, and I was completely satisfied with the breakfast! The staff were kind and welcoming too. Fukuyama Castle as seen from the Room was wonderful both during the day and at night. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

The view from the window of the renovated Room is like a painting. We thoroughly enjoyed the in-room bath in complete privacy. Dinner was just the right amount, and we also enjoyed the sea bream rice at the end. The Shuttle Service from Fukuyama Station was also very helpful for those traveling by Shinkansen. We would love to stay again in a different season.

I stayed for one night, and my Room was upgraded to a suite. The Room was wonderful and comfortable, with a close-up view of Fukuyama Castle beautifully illuminated at night, making it an exceptional stay. All the Hotel staff were kind, and although it was my first time staying in Fukuyama, my wife and I were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed here with my son while preparing for his school enrollment. As it was a weekday, it wasn’t crowded and we were able to relax. Check-in was done in person, so it was easy and reassuring. For check-out, you simply return the key card to the holder. Both the Room and the large public bath were very clean, and we were satisfied with breakfast as well. The price was so reasonable that I almost felt bad paying so little. I would like to stay here again.

Although I checked in late at night, thank you for your prompt and efficient assistance at the front desk. I’m still not used to the rain shower, but it was part of the fun. I used the breakfast buffet for the first time the next morning, and every dish was carefully prepared—it really gave me energy to start the day. The staff were all so welcoming with wonderful smiles that it made me smile too. Thank you for a delicious meal. I’ll be sure to stay with you again when I visit Fukuyama. Thank you very much.

We had a very comfortable stay. The Room we stayed in was the Comfort Extra Twin. Within its compact size, it features a bathroom with a washing area, a separate toilet, and a washbasin. Shoes are not allowed on the floor inside the Room. It was perfect for those who don’t need a large, luxurious Room and want to keep costs down, but still want to relax in the bath and use the toilet without feeling self-conscious. One small note: since there is only a curtain separating the beds from the washbasin area (i.e., the changing space), some guests may find it bothersome. For us, as a family traveling with small children, it didn’t bother us at all. Other nice perks included borrowing manga to read, an on-site coin laundry, welcome drinks, and good value benefits.

We stayed in the penthouse for two nights as a family. It was a stylish Hotel, and the Room was clean, so we could relax and enjoy our time. The breakfast hot dogs and coffee were delicious. All of the staff were kind and helpful. We also appreciated having a water dispenser. Thanks to that, we really enjoyed sightseeing in Hiroshima and made wonderful memories. If we visit Hiroshima again, we would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much.

We had a very comfortable stay. The parking lot was full, but the staff responded promptly. The view from the window was great, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The service during check-in and throughout our stay was excellent.

The location is excellent—close to the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. However, if it’s your first time, the parking area may be a bit hard to find. Guests who are very particular may feel dissatisfied. The staff were kind and helpful, which was great. I would like to stay here again.

Whenever I travel to Fukuyama on business, this is my regular Accommodation. No matter when I stay, the front desk staff are kind, and the Room is clean, so I can stay with peace of mind. This time I was too busy to have breakfast, but next time I would definitely like to enjoy it again.

This was my first stay here. I made a Reservation for a Room with a shared bathroom. Since it was inexpensive and included breakfast, I didn’t expect much, but when I arrived at the Hotel they upgraded me to a newly renovated Room with a private bathroom. When I entered the Room, I was surprised at how clean it was—there wasn’t even any dust. The breakfast was also very delicious. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

Not only is the Room very clean, but the service from all staff—including the front desk, dining area, and housekeeping—is pleasant and welcoming. The free coffee in the lobby is truly delicious. I think it’s a wonderful Hotel.

We stayed with our dogs. Since it was a single room for two people, the bed was too small, but the Room was relatively spacious for a Business Hotel and more than large enough for two small dogs. We appreciated that they provided two sets of a toilet tray, water and food bowls, and pee pads. There is paid parking next door, and the station is nearby, which was convenient.

Breakfast was delicious. Since I checked in late, I’d like to stay next time with a Plan that includes dinner.

It’s about a 10-minute walk west along the south side of the railway tracks from the station.\nThe bathroom was clean. The Room is also clean, but has a retro Showa-era feel.\nSound carries easily, so you may hear some noise.\nThere is a coin laundry on the first floor, which is convenient for a Multiple Night Stay.
