There were a few minor issues, but they actually increased my positive impression of the Hotel. The staff handled everything very politely, and I was even impressed—if something was removed and accidentally not put back, that’s proof it gets replaced each time! In this season especially, I really appreciate being offered a welcome drink at check-in and being provided with a chilled hand towel. Whenever there’s a concert at Tokyo Dome, I stay here every time as long as I can make a Reservation, and I would definitely like to continue using this Hotel in the future.

All the staff were very kind, and it was a comfortable stay. I stayed to relax, and I truly was able to unwind. It was also nice that we could go to the hot bath Facility in yukata and slippers. Breakfast took a bit too long, which was slightly disappointing, but otherwise I was satisfied.

It was my first time using the lounge, and the food was excellent as expected. I felt completely satisfied, both physically and mentally. Above all, the bed on the Zen floor was perfect for me, making my stay at the Hotel even more enjoyable. The bottled amenities in the Room were also easy to use. Thank you very much to all the staff for your courteous service.

Stayed here to visit Jingu Stadium. It’s conveniently located near the station—Akasaka-mitsuke Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line is within a 10-minute walk, and it’s just two stops to Gaienmae! The top-floor panoramic bath isn’t very large, but it was nice to be able to stretch out and relax. There was a mistake in settling the Accommodation fee at the front desk, which was a bit concerning. The parking was also inexpensive at 1,000 yen per night, which I appreciated.

I stayed here to attend a two-day live show at Tokyo Dome. It’s close to the nearest station, and because the price was reasonable I expected something like a Business Hotel, but it was actually a very impressive Hotel—so much so that it even has a wedding venue. While it does feel a bit older, everything was kept clean, and the staff were extremely kind and courteous, making it a very comfortable stay. Check-in was at 2:00 PM, so I could rest in my Room before heading to the concert, which was great. It’s also only two stops from Suidobashi Station, which was really convenient. I stayed in a twin Room with my daughter, and the bathroom had a separate washing area, so we could relax in the tub after the show. Having the toilet and bath separated was also much appreciated. There are many restaurants and drugstores around the Hotel as well, which came in handy. I’d definitely like to stay here again if I have another chance!!

We chose a Japanese-style room for our family stay. The room was well cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. As it was on the top floor, the night view was beautiful. We would like to stay here again next time.

Close to Yotsuya Station, with excellent service, and I didn’t feel inconvenienced even though the bathroom and toilet are shared. I would definitely stay again.

I had errands in Shinjuku, so I stayed at this Hotel in Akebonobashi. It was easy to find—just a short walk from Akebonobashi Station through the shopping street. The staff were also kind. We stayed in a triple room, and even though it’s a Business Hotel in central Tokyo, it was spacious with enough room to open our suitcases, which was great. Although we didn’t use them, there were convenience stores and restaurants along the shopping street, which seemed very convenient. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Shinjuku for work.

I used the Hotel for a day stay due to work. It is conveniently located close not only to Hanzomon Station on the subway, but also to Kojimachi Station. The Room was quiet, so I was able to work at a relaxed pace, which was very helpful. It was also convenient to have a wired LAN connection, which is becoming less common in recent Business Hotels, as it provides stable internet access.

The Room amenities were very well equipped, and the bed was larger than expected, allowing for a comfortable night’s sleep. I also enjoyed the tea in the lounge. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a meeting in central Tokyo. It’s very close to Yotsuya Station and faces Shinjuku-dori Avenue, making transportation extremely convenient. Despite the location, there isn’t much traffic noise, so you can spend your time quietly. The touchscreen check-in process can be a bit confusing at first, but it’s not a major issue. The desk is spacious, and working with a laptop is easy. It was also appreciated that wired LAN is available, which has become less common recently.

I chose Tokyo for a summer vacation and was looking for a place where the whole family could stay in one room with children, and this accommodation came up. It was my first time staying somewhere other than a hotel, so I wasn't familiar with the procedures. I emailed several times to confirm the rules, and I received prompt responses, allowing me to use the accommodation without any worries. When we arrived, the room was lit, and the air conditioning was on, making it very cool when coming in from the hot and humid outside, which showed great consideration. The place was so spacious that there was a room we didn't even use, allowing us to relax comfortably.
