I’ve stayed here several times during the peak of the summer holidays, and each time I was tired of the long check-in lines.
This time, the check-in start time had been moved earlier, and it felt like the waiting time was significantly shorter. That alone was a huge help since I was already exhausted. Given the location and overlapping events, I really appreciate being able to check in smoothly even with so many guests.
I understand there are a lot of guests, but could something be done about the breakfast buffet?
Even after going to the venue, trays—along with glasses, spoons, etc.—and even food refills couldn’t keep up.
The staff were running around nonstop, so I can imagine how hard they were working, but it seems like there simply isn’t enough manpower. I honestly felt sorry for staff members who were being individually confronted by guests with complaints.
On top of that, from 8:30 a.m. it became “Reservation priority,” a rule we weren’t told about at check-in, leaving many people waiting. And although breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:00 a.m., starting cleanup around 9:30 a.m. doesn’t seem right. I hope you will reconsider the balance between the number of guests and the capacity of the venue.
