On a midsummer night, I arrived exhausted from the heat and work. As soon as I stepped into the new, sophisticated entrance, it was cool, pleasantly scented, and calming—I felt relieved. After check-in, a staff member explained the Facility and amenities. Their gentle service was perfect for guests who just want to sleep. There were several types of bath salts available, and the basic skincare set was Sekkisei. When I entered the Room, I could clearly see the well-maintained lawn in front of the station and the trains through the window. Watching the nighttime scene outside from a clean, cool Room made me sleepy little by little. I was also happy to find Chill Out and chocolate in the refrigerator. The shower head was ReFa, and the hair dryer was Dyson. It was comfortable and I slept very well. This is a new, clean, modern Hotel where you can sleep comfortably in an urban setting. The staff were calm, gentle, and wonderful as well. I will stay here again.

I stayed here while reuniting with an old friend. As soon as I entered the Room, fireworks at Marine Stadium went off, making it feel like a warm welcome. The check-in and guidance were very courteous, and breakfast the next morning was truly delicious. My friend who traveled from far away was also very happy. I will stay here again. I stayed for an event, and thanks to a complimentary Room upgrade, I was able to relax and enjoy my time. The Room was spacious and comfortable—I even stepped out of the event to come back and unwind. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and the meals changed each day, so I truly enjoyed them. If I’m ever in Makuhari again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I stay here about once a month. The staff and everyone I meet at the Hotel are very kind, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay in the Room.

I stayed here for shopping. Just across the road is an outlet mall, and the Accommodation rate was very reasonable, so I was able to spend more on shopping and dining! Kaihin-Makuhari is close enough for a day trip from home, but at this price range, I’d definitely like to stay here again.

This time, my 17-year-old daughter came along on my business trip, and we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel together! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we were very satisfied. There was a great variety of dishes, and the omelet was especially fluffy—absolutely fantastic! Next time, I’d love to bring my wife as well!!

Although it was the day before a typhoon, we had a very comfortable stay. The cute duck in the bathroom was very soothing. We would love to stay again.

I’ve stayed here several times during the peak of the summer holidays, and each time I was tired of the long check-in lines. This time, the check-in start time had been moved earlier, and it felt like the waiting time was significantly shorter. That alone was a huge help since I was already exhausted. Given the location and overlapping events, I really appreciate being able to check in smoothly even with so many guests. I understand there are a lot of guests, but could something be done about the breakfast buffet? Even after going to the venue, trays—along with glasses, spoons, etc.—and even food refills couldn’t keep up. The staff were running around nonstop, so I can imagine how hard they were working, but it seems like there simply isn’t enough manpower. I honestly felt sorry for staff members who were being individually confronted by guests with complaints. On top of that, from 8:30 a.m. it became “Reservation priority,” a rule we weren’t told about at check-in, leaving many people waiting. And although breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:00 a.m., starting cleanup around 9:30 a.m. doesn’t seem right. I hope you will reconsider the balance between the number of guests and the capacity of the venue.

It was wonderful. It’s close to Shin-Narashino Station, and Makuhari Messe is just two stops away. It also seemed like many guests were visiting TDR. Despite that, it was very affordable, and I was able to stay in a clean Room. After a standing concert, it was such a pleasure to soak in the warm large public bath. Since space is limited it does get crowded, but even back in the Room there wasn’t a weak hair dryer—there was the same type as in the large public bath. Even though I washed my hair quickly to free up the washing area sooner, it dried smooth and silky right away. The front desk staff were kind, and although I’m sure it was simply because availability allowed, I really appreciated being assigned a Room on the same floor as the large public bath—such thoughtful attention to detail. Having separate floors for men’s and women’s baths also made me feel safe. This is a Hotel I would definitely stay at again if I visit Makuhari Messe.

We stayed on a Plan with breakfast included. There were children’s toys, and the dog characters seemed fun for our child to look at. It’s very close to the outlet mall, and the view from the breakfast venue was wonderful with the ocean in sight. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to visit again.

I stayed for one night during an event at Makuhari Messe. While it isn’t the newest, it felt relaxing and comfortable, and stepping outside I could immediately enjoy the greenery of a nearby park. The Room was very clean, and I was completely satisfied. The shower had great water pressure, making my stay even more pleasant. Thank you very much!

Thanks to a last-minute price drop, I was able to stay here. I wanted to go to Makuhari Messe early in the morning, so the location was perfect. The Hotel staff were very courteous, and the twin room was more spacious than expected, making for a very comfortable stay. Thank you. The meals also looked delicious, so if I have the chance, I’d like to enjoy them next time as well.

I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. It is also conveniently located just a short walk from the station. Best of all, the food was excellent. Dinner was stylish and very delicious. Breakfast was also delicious. I will come again. Thank you very much.

The rooftop restaurant at Hotel Fammy Inn Makuhari was delicious and surprisingly affordable!! Their “quick drink set” came with 5–6 appetizers plus a beer for an unbelievable 1,300 yen!! I was amazed when they served things like gyoza, simmered konjac balls, and fried items. Such a great deal!! I also tried some rice bowls—the chashu pork bowl and the teriyaki chicken bowl were both really tasty. And the owner is incredibly handsome!! Since this handsome owner prepares everything one after another by himself, it can take a little time, but I was very satisfied with both the taste and the price. It seems you can use the restaurant even if you’re not staying overnight, as long as you visit for day-use bathing at the large public bath on the rooftop floor. The large public bath is also fantastic—you get a great view over Makuhari from up high. I didn’t try it myself, but I heard their sashimi set meal is also rich and delicious!! And the Japanese breakfast on the first floor is great too. The grandmothers work hard to cook and warmly take care of guests. The front desk staff are kind, and it looks like they also offer Shuttle Service by bus. It’s a bit old in places, but they take great care of you overall—I’d like to stay again.

The cleaning is thorough, and there are no negatives. The Wi‑Fi is stable, and I like being able to watch YouTube on the Room TV. The front desk staff provide great service, so I also stay here politely. It may depend on the single Room, but having a sofa (sofa bed?) in addition to the bed and desk makes it feel relaxing. I’ve stayed many times, but this was the first time I realized you can change the showerhead spray settings. The mist-like setting felt great—I wish I’d noticed sooner! There’s a drugstore nearby that opens at 9:00 a.m., so it’s reassuring even if you start feeling unwell due to fatigue.

The price was reasonable, and the location was great, with plenty of convenience stores and places to eat nearby, so it was very comfortable. The Room felt clean, and the bathtub was large, so I could stretch out and relax. If I had one request, having a sofa, a microwave, or a small table would have been convenient for breakfast.
