I thought it would be difficult to get there without a car, but there was a free Shuttle Service bus, so it was easy to reach by train as well. There was also a Shuttle Service to Sukayu Onsen, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy an Onsen with different water quality from the Hotel’s. The meals were all carefully prepared using local ingredients. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and everything was delicious. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, due to heavy rain and wind on both days, we couldn’t use the Hakkoda Ropeway, but we were able to relax at the Hotel until it was time. We had a wonderfully relaxing summer vacation. Thank you very much.

The guest room was very clean and beautiful. The hiba wood bath smelled wonderful and was amazing. The atmosphere of the building was also great. And the food was incredibly delicious!! The sashimi at dinner was so fresh it was hard to believe we were staying at an Accommodation in the mountains. For breakfast, we were very satisfied to enjoy many local dishes such as Aomori’s famous ika-menchi and Towada barayaki. Most impressive of all was the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. Since we had a small child with us, thank you very much for all your consideration. In particular, the staff member who assisted us at dinner welcomed us with a wonderful smile, creating a memorable experience that will stay with us. Thank you very much. We visited as a large group, and everyone praised it as an outstanding Accommodation. We would definitely love to visit again in another season. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I stayed in the hot-spring therapy Accommodation. The meals were also hot-spring therapy style, but very delicious—the seafood miso soup was outstanding. The staff were friendly and provided thorough explanations, and I was able to fully enjoy the Sennin Bath. I’d like to visit again in winter.

I stayed here during the Nebuta Festival. While looking for an Accommodation at the last minute, everywhere was charging “Nebuta Festival” rates, but I was able to find this place and stay here. Surrounded by nature and in cool weather, I was able to relax and enjoy a slow pace of time. To my surprise, the owner is from my hometown and was very friendly and easy to talk to. The Shuttle Service to the Nebuta venue was also greatly appreciated. Whether it’s during the Nebuta Festival or not, I will definitely recommend this place to friends planning a trip to Aomori. I stayed here while sightseeing around Mt. Hakkoda and Lake Towada. Dinner offered plenty of local specialties, such as senbei-jiru soup and grilled Aomori beef. The view of the Hakkoda mountain range from the window is also wonderful. The Facility feels a bit dated, but I appreciated the staff’s friendly check-ins, could relax in the large public bath, and everything was well cleaned—overall a very good Accommodation. The only downside was that the Room felt dry; it would be even better with a humidifier. I go to bed early so it wasn’t an issue for me, but if you want to drink in your Room late, note that the shop is open only until 10:00 PM and there are no convenience stores nearby, so it’s best to buy what you need in advance. I also learned there’s a ski resort right in front, so I’d like to come back for skiing next time.
