My spouse and I (both in our late 40s) stayed here. All of the staff were incredibly kind, and we truly appreciated it. We stayed in a special Room, and there was a beer server on our floor. After check-in, we took a bath and enjoyed some beer, then had kaiseki dinner delivered to our Room. We had a wonderful time—thank you very much. The bath is small, but the water was excellent, so we went in four times. We’d love to visit again when we can make time to relax. We fully enjoyed the benefits of the all-inclusive plan.

We stayed here for a special anniversary. Luckily, we had great weather and could see a beautiful horizon from our Room. We enjoyed the lounge beer and other offerings, but we missed a few due to timing, so we’d be happy if the lounge hours could be a bit longer. We were also very pleased to feel your thoughtful attention to detail during meals and throughout our stay. There were some senior staff members as well, and everyone seemed energetic and genuinely happy—we found ourselves cheering you on. Thank you for explaining the dishes (haha). Poko, the resident dog, was calm and adorable. The two of us decided we’ll come back again for a relaxing visit. Thank you very much!

The hot spring quality was excellent, and the view from the open-air bath was wonderful. The staff’s hospitality was also very satisfying. The food was delicious, and I think this Accommodation offers great value for money. In January, I’d like to come to Hokkaido for a Multiple Night Stay.

I stayed for one night with breakfast included. The staff were courteous and welcoming. The Onsen suited me well, and I was able to bathe comfortably without any adverse effects. The sauna was clean with a pleasant atmosphere, making it enjoyable to use. The guest room was also well maintained, and I had a relaxing stay. Breakfast offered three individually served dishes in addition to a buffet with a wide variety of options, all delicious and very satisfying. Overall, it was a calming trip, and this is an Onsen Hotel I would like to visit again.

Following last year, we stayed again this year in the West Wing corner suite. It’s our favorite Room—I couldn’t help saying, “I’m home.” Above all, this Ryokan’s Onsen in the large public bath has exceptional water quality, making it a place you’ll definitely want to return to. The “Takimoto Gozen” breakfast is very filling, and the welcome sweets are also delicious. We’ll be back next year as well, in a different season.

Although we stayed for only one night, both the large public bath and the open-air bath in our Room were excellent. In particular, the open-air bath at the large public bath was very relaxing. What impressed us most about the bath in our Room was that Onsen water was continuously added little by little, keeping it at a comfortable temperature at all times.

From the warm welcome at the entrance to the private in-Room dining and all the way through departure, everything was outstanding. Beyond the excellent hospitality, having a private stone sauna and an in-Room Onsen bath felt truly luxurious, and it soothed both my mind and body. I wished I could stay here forever. I will definitely return.

I’ve often stayed at compact, functional Hotels lately, but I was truly impressed to stay at a full-fledged Onsen Hotel again after a long time. The spaciousness throughout and the fresh flower arrangements displayed along the long corridors made me feel genuinely warm and welcomed. The buffet dishes were also creative and thoughtfully prepared, making for an enjoyable time. Needless to say, the large public bath was outstanding.

Eight of us stayed as a family in a standard Japanese-Western Room and a Japanese-Western Room with a private Onsen and sauna. The Rooms were very spacious, and even my parent with physical difficulties said the in-room Onsen and sauna were wonderful. As for the meals, I initially wondered if there would be enough, but the taste, quality, and portion size were all very satisfying. However, at the large public bath, some foreign guests were swimming in the tub and washing their faces there, and in the changing area they were using their smartphones pointed in our direction, which made me very uncomfortable (I don’t know whether they were taking photos). This is not the Hotel’s fault, but I would appreciate it if staff could make regular rounds to check and provide guidance. Even so, everyone in our family was very happy with our stay. We would definitely like to visit again.

I was supposed to bring the Room towels to the Onsen, but a staff member who happened to be checking the water kindly brought me towels, so I could relax in the hot water and feel refreshed. The dinner was also delicious.

The hot spring water was wonderfully silky. The bath area was clean and spacious, and from the open-air bath we could see a sky full of stars—I could have stayed in forever. We only had breakfast, but it was delicious and very filling. I think this is a lovely Accommodation where you can relax and feel at ease.

I have visited Noboribetsu several times, but this Hotel surprised me with its spacious Room! It was very relaxing. The Onsen was great, and I felt refreshed. It would be nice if there were wider yukatas available for fuller-figured guests.

I’ve stayed here many times back when it was Takimoto Inn, and the Room has been renovated and was very comfortable. I come mainly for Takimoto’s baths, but the indoor bath has also been refurbished, with wonderfully hot water. A luxurious Onsen getaway—I can’t wait to return. Next time, I might try breakfast at the café!

As last year, I stayed at Sekisuitei with a friend. My friend, who lives outside Hokkaido, stayed here last year and it seems to have become a favorite Hotel. They especially liked that the dinner buffet includes Jingisukan, and that while the Onsen isn’t particularly large, it has an open-air bath and several different baths. (Each one is set to a different temperature.) At the Hotel, we enjoyed soaking in the Onsen many times. From our Room, we could hear the sound of a nearby river (or maybe a small stream), which was very relaxing. We used the Shuttle Service bus, and thanks to the driver’s polite service and careful driving, we felt safe throughout. If possible, I would like the Sapporo departure time to be 1:00 PM. With a 2:00 PM departure, arrival at the Hotel is around 4:00 PM, and by the time you get into your Room and settle in, it’s already about 5:00 PM. It’s disappointing not being able to do any sightseeing around Noboribetsu town.

I’ve stayed here many times, and I’m always very satisfied. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. However, this time there was one thing: the open-air bath was too hot, so I couldn’t relax and enjoy it. I’ll be back again.
