It was truly wonderful. Everything was impeccably clean. The location was perfect, and we were able to relax and unwind. The amenities were well stocked and stylish. The robes were fluffy, too. It was great that pajamas and a light jacket for the sauna were provided! I also appreciated having a hair iron! Although dinner isn’t provided, there’s a Chef Garden within walking distance, so we took a stroll and picked up food there. You can enjoy alcohol as well, and the drink service was excellent—this price offers outstanding value for money.

The ocean-view location was wonderful. Every dish was delicious, and we were blown away by the lavish and outstanding sashimi platter.

The Room’s open-air bath was wonderful. The meals were more than enough for women; men might find them a bit light, but for those who drink alcohol, I felt they were sufficient. I think it would be better if breakfast times were staggered. The staff’s sense of distance also felt very comfortable to me. Sorry to mention this at the end. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family. The family-type room with a bed and sofa was spacious and comfortable, especially with small children. However, the water stains on the walls and floor of the bathroom were quite noticeable. Since we specifically chose a separate toilet and bath type instead of a unit bath, we had higher expectations for cleanliness, which was disappointing. Although we were curious about the restaurant, we didn’t use it this time but hope to try it when our children are older!

From the open-air bath, we could see cherry blossoms in full bloom so close they felt within reach, and both of us were very satisfied. 　For dinner, it was delicious—and a first-time experience—to pick shiitake mushrooms ourselves from a cultivation kit, grill them, and eat them. We also enjoyed having dessert in the lobby after moving to a different spot. The staff were very attentive as well. 　The only downside was that the Facility felt a bit old, but overall it was a great Hotel.

When I made my Reservation and shared my Room preferences, you kindly arranged a high-floor Room with an ocean view, just as requested. Thank you very much. Also, when my schedule changed due to the typhoon, the front desk staff responded flexibly—thank you sincerely. I will definitely stay at Smile Hotel again next time. Thank you very much.

I chose this Accommodation because I was planning to stay near Cape Irago for a motorcycle event. As others have written, the food is unquestionably delicious and plentiful. I was especially satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the sashimi. They served many other dishes as well, but I still felt full from the Iekei ramen I had for lunch, so I couldn’t finish the simmered fish or the hot pot—and that was truly disappointing because everything tasted so good. Next time I stay, I think I should skip lunch. Since we were leaving early the next day, I couldn’t eat breakfast, which was a shame, but the rice balls they prepared for us were very tasty—so it made me think breakfast must have been great too... The bath was out of order, so we used a day-use bath at a Hotel about a 10-minute walk away. I was tired and would have preferred using the Accommodation’s bath, but the Hotel’s large public bath felt great as well, so overall it balanced out and I gave 4 stars. I heard our Room would be on the third floor and thought climbing stairs might be tough, but there was an elevator, which was reassuring. The Room being a Japanese-style room felt comfortable for me. The toilet and sink area seemed to have been renovated; they were bright and clean—and of course there was a washlet toilet seat. Since we’re coming from Kyushu, it’s not easy to visit without a motorcycle event, but if there’s another opportunity, I’d like to stay again.

We stayed here as our Accommodation for the Chirihama Sunset Touring trip. We had informed them that we would return after sunset for dinner, and when we went to the dining area, everything was already prepared; we enjoyed a delicious meal along with the beer we ordered. The Room was compact and clean, and the Simmons bed soothed our tired bodies after the motorcycle tour. Excellent value for money.

I stayed for one night with my parents and we were able to relax in a quiet, peaceful setting. Because my parents are elderly, we chose the small-portion meal Plan, and it was delicious and very satisfying.

It was disappointing that the onions in the onion gratin soup at the teppanyaki restaurant were burnt and didn’t taste good. The steak was delicious, though. Also, voices on the dining floor echoed and made it noisy, so I think it would be better to replace the ceiling with sound-absorbing materials.

I have used this Hotel before, and it is a good one. The breakfast is delicious, especially the wide variety of tasty bread options.

The accommodation facilities are new and very clean, providing a comfortable stay. Each guest receives two bath towels and one large towel for their room use; additionally, fresh large towels are available every time you visit the public bathhouse. In the open-air bath of the pub

This was my first stay here. The staff were very courteous, and the meals offered a wide variety of dishes. Being served in the Room allowed us to relax and take our time. I did notice some dark staining on the shower hose and floor in the bathing area, but there were many types of facial cleansers and serums available, as well as horse oil shampoo, which left both my skin and hair feeling great. Early in the morning by the sea, I went fishing at a spot I was shown and caught plenty of good-sized whiting. Because of the heat, it was a short trip, but I was very satisfied with the catch. Next time, I’ll visit during a cooler season. Overall, I was extremely satisfied—especially with the meals! Thank you again, and I look forward to staying with you again.

I stayed with No Meals Included. There were no particular issues. It was nice and close to the airport.

Due to an approaching typhoon, we couldn’t see the sunset over Mutsu Bay, but the view of Yunoshima from the open-air bath was absolutely wonderful. The meals were also very satisfying, and it became a fun summer memory!!

I took time off work to stay one night at Hyatt Regency Kyoto. At the front desk, the restaurant, and throughout the Hotel, I truly felt the pride of a first-class Hotel in the outstanding hospitality shown to guests. I was especially moved by the warm service from the staff at Cafe 33. Thank you very much. Despite closing due to aging facilities, the lobby and guest room were beautiful and impeccably clean. I am highly sensitive—especially to sound—but there were no footsteps or everyday noises from other guests in my room, and I was able to experience exceptional quiet. I strongly hope to stay again before it closes. Thank you.

This was my second stay. Breakfast was a buffet of bread and salad, plus a choice of one main dish from three options, and it was delicious. Since the Accommodation is a renovated warehouse, the Room is a little on the dark side, but very clean. I would like to stay here again when I visit Onomichi. Thank you very much.
