My first trip to Fukui, and my first time driving on snowy roads. I headed there feeling anxious because a heavy snow warning was in effect, but I’m truly glad I went. We stayed for one night and two days to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The snowy scenery was so beautiful—I could have watched it forever—and we had such a wonderful time. At night, we snuggled up with an electric blanket and slept warmly. In the morning, we played in the snow together, and the jacuzzi was so amazing that we used it twice! We didn’t use the meal service; instead, we shopped near the station, brought everything back, and cooked for ourselves. There were plenty of seasonings available too, so we really enjoyed cooking together. No Meals Included is highly recommended. It was such a wonderful Accommodation that I almost didn’t want anyone else to know about it. The staff member Mima was very kind—by morning they had cleared the snow off our car and even shoveled snow for us—so we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We’d love to visit again. Thank you very much!!

The moment we stepped inside, the ocean view beyond the lawn garden burst into sight through the large living room windows. We had the breathtaking sea view from the hilltop all to ourselves. We enjoyed a BBQ while watching the sunset, and after dark we had drinks on the spacious terrace under a sky full of stars. We could hear the sound of the waves all night long. The next morning, as soon as we entered the living room again, we were moved by that ocean view once more—truly one of a kind. Our dog was in great spirits too, running around happily both in the garden and in our Room. The location was also very convenient—we couldn’t believe such an amazing place existed. It was an unforgettable stay. We did have some rainy weather, but it was great that we could still enjoy a BBQ even in the rain. The Accommodation’s Facilities and amenities were perfect; even arriving empty-handed, we lacked nothing at all. Everything was spotless, and we were able to relax comfortably. At checkout, the staff kindly saw us off with warm hospitality. If we have time, we’d love to return again soon.

It was my first time visiting the Oki Islands, and their advice on sightseeing routes was very helpful. The Hotel was within walking distance from where we parked the rental car. There was also complimentary coffee and tea service on the first floor, so we could relax and take our time.

It’s a new Hotel, so of course it was spotless, and I really enjoyed the buffet meals both for breakfast and dinner! The bed was spacious and the springs were excellent! If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again!

It seems that lunch service and the online shop are still on hold, but I would be happy if things could gradually return to how they were. The view of the sea remains just as beautiful as ever. We were blessed with great weather and were able to enjoy sunsets, sunrises, and even

I stayed for one night this time. The building exudes a full sense of a white resort, and the interior was very comfortable. It was a unique experience at the Hotel, with villas nestled in the forest and a terrace offering views of the sea through the garden. White peacocks appeared in the garden, which was truly impressive. The meals were exceptionally delicious, clearly showcasing attention to quality ingredients. I would love to visit again.

Winter crab, early-summer white squid, and the salt-kiln-grilled abalone we always request as an optional add-on. At Waraku, you can enjoy seasonal delicacies throughout the year, but this time we tried their limited-time wild tiger pufferfish course for the first time, available only around Golden Week. We were truly impressed by the depth of Yuhigaura’s seafood. The beautifully presented sashimi platter (tessa) had a pleasantly chewy texture and was so delicious it ranks No. 1 among all the meals we’ve had at accommodations! The grilled milt was also exceptionally large, plump, and rich—perfect with Waraku’s own-label Junmai Daiginjo sake. And in this season especially, the private garden by the detached guest room feels at its most beautiful, with blooming flowers and vivid green moss. Whenever we’re worn out from everyday life and want to relax and feel restored, we always visit Waraku to Clear our minds.

I made a Reservation based on reviews saying it’s close to the sea and the sunsets are beautiful, but it rained from the morning on the day, so we couldn’t see the sunset. We also planned to walk along the beach with our dog, but it was too cold and we had to cancel. The Room was very clean and beautiful, and we were satisfied, but it was disappointing that we couldn’t do what we had hoped for.

The Facility is quite old, but the Room we stayed in had been refurbished, there were no noticeable odors at all, and we had a comfortable stay. The Room only has shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a toothbrush set, but we didn’t need anything else so it wasn’t an issue. Dinner was a set meal featuring Agu pork grilled on a ceramic plate; it was delicious, and it was convenient not having to go out. We would stay here again when visiting northern Okinawa.

Conveniently located near the ferry terminal, we were able to relax without worrying about time. The Room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Meals were served in a quiet setting and flexibly adjusted to our pace, allowing us to enjoy everything deliciously. It was a Hotel we would love to stay at again.

Smooth handling of a same-day online reservation. The facility near Lake Biwa was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a pleasant stay. After a long journey by land from Kyushu, I was able to relax and feel rejuvenated at the accommodation. Thank you very much.

Being a public accommodation, the price for two meals included is exceptional. The food is delicious, and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset nearby, making it very satisfying. Next time, I look forward to enjoying the restored onsen and staying here again.

This Hotel is highly recommended for anyone considering a stay around Lake Yamanaka near Mt. Fuji. What I appreciated most was the free Shuttle Service from the Fujisan-Yamanakako bus stop to the Hotel. It is available between 15:00 and 17:00, and being taken directly to the Hotel after getting off the bus made me feel very comfortable even on my first visit. If you plan to use it, be sure to make a Reservation in advance online or by phone. The location is also excellent, and Rooms on the Mt. Fuji side offer a stunning view of Mt. Fuji right from the window—truly a highlight. Being able to relax in your Room while enjoying that view feels special. All of the staff were very kind, and it was impressive how attentive and pleasant everyone was, regardless of nationality. The overall atmosphere was warm, and I felt at ease throughout my stay. Before staying, I had seen in a Review that “the shower room is a bit small,” which made me slightly concerned, but in reality it was a unit-bath style setup and personally felt like an appropriate size. It was easier to use than I expected, with no inconvenience at all. I also added meals on-site, and the eel course was excellent—I was very satisfied. There were plenty of dishes included, which was especially enjoyable for an eel lover like me. With great views, location, service, and dining all well balanced, this is a Hotel I would happily choose again.

The room was neither too spacious nor too small, just the right size for two adults. The room was also clean (though I noticed a long hair on the robe, which concerned me slightly). The bath was an open-air one, and while there were houses a bit further away that made me wonder if they could see in, there were adjustable automatic shutters. When fully lowered, they completely blocked the view from outside and kept out the cold air. Despite snow remaining from the previous day, we could enjoy a warm soak without feeling chilly. The temperature of the bath was just right for relaxing. Concerns: We chose a plan with in-room dining for our meals. However, after grilling meat during dinner, its smell lingered throughout the room until bedtime. While it might have been our oversight as well, future guests opting for this plan might want to keep their bedroom doors closed during meals to avoid this issue. It would be considerate if staff could mention this when serving meals or perhaps provide additional amenities like room sprays alongside air purifiers to enhance comfort further. That said, the meat was tender and delicious; other dishes were also very tasty with portions that felt just right. With free beer dispensers, ice cream machines, drinks in the fridge available at no extra cost, and even foot baths provided—this is overall a wonderful accommodation! Next time I’d love to visit again with my mother. Thank you for your hospitality!

Enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset over the ocean, and make the most of the sauna. The Room is clean, equipped with modern kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. Meals, such as shabu-shabu for dinner and hot sandwiches for breakfast, were absolutely delicious. In the evening, we watched two movies in the living room. We had a wonderful time unwinding and enjoying this lovely Room to its fullest. Our family even said, "We want to live here; we’re not going back," which shows just how comfortable our stay was. It’s such an amazing place that it makes us want to try staying in another building next time!

We stayed here after visiting Universal Studios Japan. 4 adults: 69,000 yen. No BBQ, breakfast only. Since the park was open past 10 pm, we arrived at 11 pm and basically just slept. The place was spacious and the heating was warm (there were three heaters, but we only needed one). It was also nice to have two sinks. A few small issues: we found hair on the bedding in two spots, and although there were four adults, there were only three coffee packets provided. (There were about ten packets of sugar and creamer… compared to just three coffees.) I also wish there had been tea bags. Not everyone drinks coffee, so it would be nice to have a drink option for both morning and night. As for breakfast, the hamburger was very filling—honestly a bit too heavy for older guests. Also, some people can’t eat meat, so it would be great to have non-meat options. The juice choice was apple juice only. Maybe because of the heating, the futons felt quite thin. We brought our own blankets, so it worked out. It was pitch-dark at night, but when we woke up in the morning, the view was beautiful. Overall we were satisfied. It felt like a waste to stay somewhere this nice just to sleep—next time we’d like to try the BBQ as well. Thank you very much.

This was our first time visiting Oga, and we stayed at Kiraraka. The spacious Room with a private bath was very clean, and our family of five (with three children) could stay comfortably and with peace of mind. We enjoyed a relaxing bath together in the in-room bath, and every meal we had at the dining venue with its wonderful views was delicious—both body and mind were refreshed, and we had a truly lovely time! We hope to come again around summer for our second son’s birthday. Thank you very much.

We always enjoy staying here. It’s close to both the beach and the station, making it a very convenient base for sightseeing. The nearest convenience store is a bit of a walk, so it’s a good idea to stock up when you find one. This time, it was a little strange that there was only one set of amenities even though we were five people, but since everything was properly provided last time, we don’t think it will be an issue. As soon as we stepped inside, we were amazed by the gorgeous interior and how much closer the ocean was than we had imagined. The ocean view was truly breathtaking—an experience you don’t often get. The welcome drinks at check-in came in many varieties, which made it feel special and was perfect hospitality on a hot day. Both dinner and breakfast were prepared at the time we requested, so we could relax. For dinner, the BBQ included local meats, seafood, vegetables, and more, with explanations provided for each item. It was our first time using this type of grill, but the staff kindly showed us how to use it, so even beginners could grill everything deliciously with confidence. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and we were very satisfied with dinner. We usually have to prepare everything ourselves for a BBQ (including cleanup), so it was great that the Hotel took care of everything. After dinner, we enjoyed coffee while watching the sunset. Three types of coffee beans and an electric grinder were provided, along with instructions on how to use the grinder and recommended grind sizes—so we could enjoy freshly brewed coffee and spend a truly special time. There was a jacuzzi on the terrace bath area, and our kids were thrilled since it was their first time. The amenities for children included cute dolphin toothbrushes and sponges, which they loved. For adults, there were ReFa shower heads as well as a hair dryer, hair iron/curling iron tools? , hair oil? etc., leaving our hair smoother than usual—we were delighted. The croissants and roast beef at breakfast were also delicious. We would definitely like to stay again.
