I stayed for one night. The Hotel and the Room were very clean, with thorough cleaning down to every detail, so I was able to spend my time comfortably. The Room was also spacious and very easy to relax in! All of the staff were warm and courteous, and I was very satisfied. The meals were delicious, and I could take my time enjoying them while chatting with friends. Thank you as well for accommodating ingredients I’m not comfortable with. Overall, it was a wonderful Hotel where I felt at ease and truly refreshed both physically and mentally. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nara.

It was the best stay. The hospitality was better than any Hotel I have stayed at, and the staff were truly wonderful. We enjoyed hearing various stories during the Shuttle Service ride. We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, amenities, and minibar. The view from the Room was absolutely breathtaking, and we were able to spend a truly happy day. Of course, the food was also very satisfying. The main dishes—venison and sweetfish—were incredibly delicious and made us want to come back again.

I have stayed here several times, and I am always satisfied with the Hotel staff, the Room, and the breakfast. The cakes and bread at the lobby lounge & boutique “Fountain” are reasonably priced yet very delicious, and taking them back to my Room to enjoy is something I look forward to every time.

Since I arrived by train, the direct connection to the station was perfect. I could also see the Onomichi sea from the Room and had a wonderful time. The high ceiling made the Room feel more spacious than it actually was. The Room only had a shower, which was a downside, but overall it was a very good stay. I left relatively early the next day as well, and since it is directly connected to the Hotel, it was very convenient.

I stayed here on a solo trip. Everyone at the Accommodation was incredibly kind and helpful! The meals at the Accommodation were beautifully presented and delicious—I was very satisfied. I was surprised that the drinks in the Room were free! I enjoyed having alcohol on the terrace to cool off in the evening, and drinking oolong tea after a bath, haha. In the morning, I made drip coffee using hot water from the water dispenser and spent my time feeling refreshed. The Room was also very clean, and the in-room bath was an Onsen. There wasn’t any mold at all in the bathroom. The grout was spotless, the faucets were shiny, and even the drain was clean. The large public bath was great too—the design is lovely. This time my goal for the next day was visiting shrines, so I went to Ishigami-san, Hikodaki Daimyojin, and Isawa Shrine. They kindly explained nearby roads and how to get around, which helped a lot. What’s more, even after I had checked out, they actually ran after me just to give me a taxi company phone number. Thanks to that, I could take a taxi when traveling from Hikodaki Daimyojin to Isawa Shrine and arrived an hour earlier! They also recommended a very kind taxi company, so the driver told me what preparations I needed for visiting Isawa Shrine as well—and I made it up safely! It turned into such a wonderful trip! I’d definitely love to stay again!

I stayed around April for a live concert trip. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and attentive, and the hospitality was excellent. They kindly agreed to store my luggage, which was a great help. I believe I chose the lowest-grade Room, but it was very spacious, spotless throughout, and comfortable. When I visit the Kansai area again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The cuisine was outstanding and truly moving. Each dish reflected careful selection of fresh local ingredients and meticulous preparation. Given the location, I expected excellent seafood, but the vegetables were beyond anything I imagined. This Accommodation is well worth going out of your way for.

We stayed for two nights in a private annex with three families to celebrate the golden wedding anniversaries of my parents and my wife’s parents. The villa’s facilities, the staff’s thoughtful hospitality, and the view from the villa were all outstanding—everything was perfect. It’s a place we’d love to return to. The surroundings are very quiet, and at night the starry sky is breathtaking when you look up.

This was our third stay, and the free-flowing Onsen with no added water is outstanding. One of the highlights is being able to relax together as a couple in the private bath. Breakfast was delicious both to look at and to eat, and we were completely full. The parking lot is spacious, the location is great, and we love the views from the Room—Shirarahama Beach, sunsets, and more. We’d like to visit again when we can find the time.

It was a wonderful trip—100% perfect. Of course, I would 100% recommend it to friends and acquaintances. The Room had an ocean view, and it felt like looking at a painted seascape. I requested Japanese-style meals, and everything was truly satisfying. The bath was great, the meals were great, the amenities were well stocked, and the Room was excellent. Since I informed you in advance that I have a disability, I was also able to park properly in the Hotel parking lot. It really was 100%. Thank you very much. I stayed on the club floor at Hotel Hankyu International during my time in Osaka, and it was an exceptionally satisfying stay. The front desk staff were extremely courteous, answering my questions warmly and attentively with genuine smiles. I felt truly welcomed. While the hotel has the elegance you’d expect from a luxury Hotel, it never felt stiff—service was delivered with a comfortable sense of distance that left a great impression. My club-floor room was spacious, with upscale furniture and furnishings throughout. The view of Osaka from the window was especially breathtaking. Through the large windows, Umeda’s night skyline spread out before me in full. Simply taking in the view felt like pure luxury. The club lounge also exceeded my expectations. I could relax in a calm atmosphere, and the staff were consistently thoughtful and attentive. The view from the window seats was wonderful as well—I lost track of time while unwinding there. The drinks and light bites were high quality, making this an excellent choice for anyone who wants to truly enjoy their Hotel stay. Most memorable of all was breakfast. The Japanese set included soft-shelled turtle rice porridge (suppon zosui), which was surprisingly delicious and made for an indulgent start to the day. The refined, deeply flavorful broth soaked into me with every sip, bringing happiness with each bite. There was none of the gaminess often associated with suppon—just a gentle taste at a level that hardly seemed like breakfast food. Every side dish was carefully prepared too, leaving me completely satisfied. From the room and night views to the club lounge, breakfast, and staff service—everything met an impressively high standard. It’s a Hotel that made me think, “I will definitely stay here again.” For anyone seeking a special stay in Osaka’s Umeda area, I can confidently recommend it. When I visit Osaka next time, I would absolutely choose the club floor again—it was a wonderful Hotel stay that let me fully enjoy an extraordinary escape from everyday life.

I stayed at Bettei Koshinosato for two nights. It was my first stay in seven years. [Baths] Back then, I remember there wasn’t a shared bathhouse in the annex, so I went to the large public bath in the main building. I thought I probably wouldn’t use the annex’s large public bath, but after trying it, I ended up using only this one (laugh). It wasn’t crowded or noisy, and the complimentary drinks were provided in plastic bottles. The amenities—like toothbrushes and hair dryers—were also a step up from those in the main building. It’s nice that they’re clearly differentiated. As for the open-air bath attached to the Room not being an Onsen, I understand there are practical reasons such as water sourcing, so I simply enjoyed it as something special for photos. [Meals] I’m grateful that you accommodated our requests with flexibility. Bringing our own alcohol was also allowed (for a fee), and we felt consideration throughout. [Hospitality & Service] As always, each and every staff member provided wonderful service. The warm and charming proprietress—busy from early morning at breakfast while still taking time to chat with each guest—is surely one of the reasons why Kaho is regarded as one of Japan’s finest Onsen Accommodations.

I stayed for two nights to attend a concert at Ecopa (one night was booked through another site). Everyone at the front desk was kind and courteous, and I truly appreciated how supportive they were. The late-night noodles, several kinds of ice cream and dairy drinks, and the breakfast were better than I expected. (Even late at night, the staff serving the noodles greeted me with a warm smile and attentive service.) Breakfast was more than sufficient for a Business Hotel—small side dishes, egg dishes, fried shrimp, and fried chicken were all great. I was also surprised by the wide variety of dressings and sauces. Although my Plan did not include breakfast, I ended up adding it on both days. Just one thing: the Room had been renovated and was very clean, but the shower and toilet seemed older, with some mold that couldn’t be fully removed. I think it would be even better if those areas were renovated as well. I had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again. Thank you very much.
