We stayed here again this year following last year. The Room was clean, equipped with necessary amenities and comfortable yukata, and there is even a small but satisfying public bath. The izakaya next door is very convenient for dinner. This time, we were especially moved when we opened the Room door after check-in and saw the stunning sunset through the window.

I stayed at this Hotel in Kyoto during my summer vacation with my girlfriend. It was calm and relaxing, without any noisy crowds. The staff provided attentive, composed service, which made our stay very comfortable. The Room was also clean. Above all, the breakfast was excellent—delicious! This was my first stay, and I was satisfied with everything. I also appreciated the upgrade to a stadium-view Room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was spacious and very clean, with a great view. The meals were delicious, and since the restaurant is large, even at the buffet there was no congestion when serving food, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. The Onsen was wonderful, the Shuttle Service was courteous, and all the staff were kind with excellent hospitality. It’s also great value for money, so we were very satisfied. This was my first stay. Our Room was on the second floor of the main building. We could see the ocean a little, which was nice. The Room was clean and well maintained. One disappointing point was that we could hear the sound of doors opening and closing from the neighboring and opposite Rooms. Would it be possible to post a request on the inner door? It bothered us a little. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. There was plenty of crab at dinner, and we really enjoyed it (lol). Breakfast also had salmon roe, sashimi, and standard items like bread, so we ate until we were full. There were no small side plates—only larger plates for serving—so it would have been nice to have small plates if possible. The bath was an Onsen and very nice, but there were only four washing stations, so it felt a bit cramped. All of the staff from overseas were kind and worked very hard, which I thought was wonderful. Please take care of yourselves and keep up the great work. The other staff members were also kind and courteous, which made our trip enjoyable. If I have another opportunity, I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

It was a truly wonderful Hotel. The Room was clean and had a calm atmosphere, making it very comfortable to stay in. All the staff were kind, and their attentive care and warm hospitality left a strong impression. I stayed here on my first trip to Hokkaido in a while. I was extremely satisfied with the outstanding location, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the exceptional hospitality of everyone at the Hotel. Although it is a bit far from Hakata Station and Tenjin, the free Shuttle Service to the subway and Nishitetsu train stations was convenient. The view from the Room is great, and it is quiet. The Onsen in the large public bath also felt smooth on the skin. Next time, I would definitely like to dine here.

This was my first stay here (visit date: August 17), and it turned into a truly wonderful experience that far exceeded my expectations. I arrived around 4:00 PM, and the staff welcomed me warmly with smiles. From the moment before check-in, I could already feel their outstanding hospitality. When showing me to my Room, they even told me the sunset time for that day—such thoughtful attention to detail. I took a walk along the beach right in front of the Accommodation before sunset, and the pleasant sea breeze was incredibly refreshing. After the walk, I enjoyed a bath in my Room with a beach view. The sunset over the Genkai Sea from there was simply breathtaking—an unforgettable panorama! I also bathed at night and again in the morning; spending time surrounded by clear ocean views and soothing waves was pure relaxation at its best. The sushi kaiseki dinner “MURASAKI” was exceptional from start to finish, filled with care and craftsmanship throughout. Every dish made wonderful use of seasonal ingredients—such as lightly seared locally caught grunt fish from Genkai, steamed longtooth grouper custard-style, and overnight-dried sweetfish whose charcoal aroma stood out beautifully. The main course of Saga beef grilled on magnolia leaves with miso was superb, as were the three-tuna tasting and tilefish served with citrus vinegar. Even dessert—from Karatsu milk and cheese pudding—was deeply satisfying; it was an outstanding course overall. Breakfast surprised me even more. Beautifully arranged dishes were presented in a two-tiered jubako box; everything tasted amazing, with a level of luxury and quality far beyond what you would expect from “breakfast.” Thanks to the staff’s attentive yet comfortable service throughout, I started my day feeling truly happy and fulfilled. The location, spectacular baths with incredible views, exquisite cuisine, and warm hospitality—all of it is perfect at this exceptional Accommodation. I will definitely be back again.

While Tokyo was experiencing relentless extreme heat every day, we thoroughly enjoyed the coolness of the highlands. Early in the morning, we could see Mt. Fuji from our Room. Perhaps because it is under the Tokyu Harvest brand, many guests were on the older side, and maybe by chance there were no inbound tour groups, so it was quiet and relaxing overall in both the restaurant and the baths. The front desk staff were also very friendly and pleasant, which we really appreciated. The Facility itself may not be new, but it has been renovated and felt clean, so there were no issues at all. Although it is located at an altitude of 700 m and takes a bit of time to reach from lower areas, we would definitely like to visit again.

I first stayed here in January 2026, and this was my second visit. This time I returned in the season of fresh greenery, and along the several dozen meters from the accommodation building to the separate Onsen building, white citrus blossoms were in full bloom. I was able to enjoy their sweet fragrance while soaking in the Onsen. It’s wonderful that each season brings new discoveries. The meals were consistently high quality, and I was satisfied with both the taste and portion size.

From check-in until our car left the Ryokan, the staff naturally came outside to welcome and see us off. I think there are very few Ryokan or Hotels that do this. The preparation of the futon bedding and in-Room dining was pleasant, and it made for a wonderful stay. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were very satisfying. If I had one request, I would be happy if there were a bit more local vegetables—especially for guests in their 50s like us. This may be a matter of preference, but I felt the miso soup would have been even better if it were served a little hotter. Similarly, I would have preferred the water in the large public bath to be slightly hotter. What impressed me most was how thoroughly everything was cleaned. Even at expensive Hotels or Ryokan, you often notice dust in hidden areas or peeling wallpaper and small flaws here and there, but everything visible was very clean. Precisely because it isn’t brand-new, it felt especially comfortable. It was my first stay here, but I feel like I got great value. My only concern is that many of the staff seemed to be around my age or a bit older, so I hope this Ryokan will continue for many years and be passed on to the next generation so guests can keep enjoying it. I debated for a long time whether to write a Review, but I decided to do so. The food was excellent, and I was satisfied with the bath. However, there were several shortcomings in how my comments entered at the time of Reservation via IKYU were handled, which left me disappointed.

I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!
