Ernesto Zanpa is a spacious former foreign residence, so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The place was thoroughly cleaned, and although we received an explanation at check-in, the staff member was very pleasant. They also provided towels for going to the beach, which we gratefully used. We stayed for two nights and were very comfortable. We would like to stay again.

Enjoy delightful conversations with the friendly owner and spend time with adorable cats. Such a charming accommodation is truly rare! The carefully prepared breakfast, both Japanese and Western styles, was absolutely delicious and impressive! The room was comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to use the hammock this time, but next time I’d love to relax on the terrace or stargaze. I will definitely visit again! Thank you so much!

It was a wonderful place. The cleaning was thorough in every corner. We often stay at rental villas because we have a dog, but while the rooms are usually clean, many places have gardens overgrown with weeds, making it hard to let our dog play outside. However, this accommodation had a well-maintained lawn in the garden, which was perfect. The staff were very kind and made us feel at ease. They even gave our dog a toy as a gift—such thoughtful hospitality! For those who enjoy fishing, there is also a fishing port nearby, so I highly recommend it. The BBQ area has a roof, so you can enjoy it without worry. The stars visible from the facility were incredibly beautiful as well. We would love to stay here again in the future. We used this place for our family’s first glamping trip. The dome-shaped tent was beautiful with an ocean view, and it came with a shower and toilet. We also enjoyed the Onsen, and the kids were thrilled. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was our first overnight trip as a family after childbirth, so we chose this private accommodation considering factors like crying. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset due to cloudy weather, but the room was beautifully renovated and incredibly spacious for just the three of us. We would love to stay here again next time with our parents included.

There were several flies in the Room, and the shower drainage was slow, which was a bit concerning. It would have been better if insect repellent was placed in an easily noticeable spot! The atmosphere and location were excellent. Sunset Beach was breathtaking. The terrace bathtub kept the kids entertained, while adults could enjoy a relaxing BBQ. The large BBQ grill was very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I forgot my pot, but you helped me look for it, and thanks to that I was able to make a delicious tuna curry as my daughter requested. For a barbecue, almost everything you need is provided, so you only have to bring the ingredients—no need to bring any equipment.

We visited as a group of six: a family of four with two brothers (an older brother in kindergarten and a younger brother who will soon turn 2), plus grandpa and grandma. Our younger child is at an age where he can’t sit still, so even eating out is usually a bit challenging. That’s why we chose this Accommodation, where we could relax without worrying about others. It turned out to be truly wonderful. At a regular park you have to constantly worry about kids running off, but here the area is enclosed, which was such a relief! Some of the play equipment was still a bit advanced for our 1-year-old, but there was also a swing and plenty of outdoor toys, so I think he had an amazing time. They also had various toys prepared indoors, so we didn’t have any “I don’t want to go inside!!” tantrums either. We were grateful they even provided bath bombs! Our kids were thrilled with Thomas toys, drawing on the windows, and the night lights too. Our plan was to arrive around noon to play outside and then start BBQ when check-in time came—but around noon it was still drizzling. After seeing the yard, the kids went straight into “we want to play anyway” mode and played while getting a little wet. When the rain got heavier partway through, we headed to a nearby supermarket for a while. By the way, bringing sneakers, sandals, and rain boots for this trip turned out to be the right choice! On our stay date it stopped raining during BBQ time so it worked out fine, but we did find ourselves wishing there were more cover extending over where the tables are set up. Of course there’s some effort involved in preparing most things ourselves, but having energetic kids and not needing to worry about other guests’ eyes made it genuinely stress-free. This was the most relaxing and enjoyable trip with children we’ve ever had!

I booked because of the visual appeal of the Seiko crab dinner, but the breakfast was so delicious that I couldn't help having a second serving of rice. Since it is located by the seaside, you can enjoy an unlimited view of the ocean from your Room.

I stayed in a mixed dormitory Room with bunk beds. In addition to the front lobby, there were other spaces where I could relax, and every interior had a stylish atmosphere—staying only one night felt like a waste. Thanks to that, I was able to see Mt. Fuji at sunset. The staff—a kind handsome man and a cute woman—were very attentive, and it was an Accommodation where I felt safe even as a solo traveler. Thank you very much. If I may be greedy, it would be nice to have an electric fan in the shared washbasin area outside the shower room—just my personal thought. Overall, I was very satisfied with this Accommodation.

You’ll head in through a surprisingly narrow passageway that makes you wonder, “Are we really going in here!?”—but the location is very convenient, just a short walk from Kanzanji, with an eel restaurant nearby, making the stay very comfortable. The Room was also very clean. However, compared to the Facility’s stated capacity, there were far too few dining chairs—only six. Since we stayed with seven people, it was quite inconvenient. The Goemon-style bath was interesting, but there wasn’t much firewood, and it still felt insufficient for seven people. That said, the Goemon-style bath, the movable hanging tent, and the view were all incredibly fun. We also enjoyed watching the tides come in and out. There is a bedroom on the second floor, but since there’s no sink or similar amenities up there, it wasn’t very convenient to use.

This was our second stay, following our visit in March this year. With a spacious living room with beautiful sunset views, a comfortable kitchen, a relaxing massage chair, and a sauna, our whole family was very satisfied and able to unwind. The grandchildren were delighted with the morning harvest experience in the owner’s garden. The caretaker was also very pleasant—this is an Accommodation we’d love to return to.

My children stayed at the Accommodation with their father for the first time. They said the food was delicious and their stay was comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and they couldn’t set off the fireworks they had been looking forward to, but it still seems to have become a wonderful memory. If we have the opportunity, we would love to visit again.

Although we stayed only one night, we had a very comfortable time. Even though we arrived a little early, the staff kindly accommodated us and lent us snorkeling gear and a pop-up tent free of charge. We enjoyed spending time until evening at the nearest beach, which was beautiful, quiet, and calm. The Facility was well cleaned, and thanks to the peaceful surroundings we were able to relax. The Ishigaki beef burger the next morning was also delicious—I’d like to try making it at home.

Even though we eat a lot, the portion size was very satisfying. Everything was delicious! We’d love to visit again during crab season!

We stayed as a family, and honestly, the level of satisfaction was so high that it deserves to be much more popular. The trailer house was spotless—so clean it still had that “new build” smell. It was almost too pristine, to the point where I felt guilty about making even normal-use messes. This time we cooked both dinner and breakfast ourselves, and there were more than enough cooking tools and tableware provided. In particular, the standard gas grill was incredible. We used it for steaks and pizza and were extremely satisfied. My wife was also thrilled with how well-stocked the amenities were. It has definitely become one of the Accommodations we want to return to. The only disappointment was that we didn’t notice there was a Discount Coupon for the famous nearby bakery, Cocolade Miyota Branch, and only found out about it after buying. It’s a bit selfish of me, but if we’d known about the coupon from the start, we wouldn’t have felt like we missed out (lol).

This Hotel is located at the top of a narrow mountain road. It was very quiet, and the soothing music playing throughout the Hotel made it even more relaxing. Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but if there hadn’t been any fog, we would have been able to see the horizon from our Room and enjoy an even more wonderful view. 　The meals were carefully prepared, and both the fish and roast beef were served with vegetables that paired perfectly with each dish—everything was delicious. The dessert was a yogurt mousse (I’m not sure if that’s correct), but it was excellent. We stayed as a family of four, including our son in his 20s, and everyone left feeling full—though we did ask for extra bread. 　We were told they host only three groups per day, and we were able to use the spacious private family bath as well. It was a stay that freed us from everyday busyness and truly felt like an escape. 　The interior furnishings throughout the Hotel were also thoughtfully arranged and had an elegant feel. 　If we have the chance, we would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here with my elderly mother, and she was very satisfied because it was so comfortable. We were lucky with the weather, so relaxing in the Room while looking out at the blue ocean with a panoramic view was the best. There were no amenities like cleansing oil or face wash, but I felt that items such as toothbrushes were good quality and well provided. The bed in particular was very comfortable, and my back felt better when I woke up. We could also use separate bedrooms, which made it very relaxing. This time we stayed for two nights, but my mother and I are saying that next time we’d like to stay for about a week! Because my mother has trouble walking, it would have been 120 points if there had been a chair in the bathroom. As for the “cemetery view” mentioned in other Reviews, we were on the 4th floor so it didn’t bother me at all. Self check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. It has become one of the villas I’d like to visit again. Thank you.

[Note: Room Condition] I stayed for a 4-night Multiple Night Stay in a 15-tatami Japanese-style Room with No Meals Included. It felt like using a futon set up in a small banquet hall of a day-use Onsen Facility. I was initially concerned that there was no toilet in the Room, but it was clean and I didn’t run into anyone during my stay, so it wasn’t an issue. Fresh towels, amenities, and very tasty tea snacks were delivered every day. For dinner, I could freely choose depending on my mood—warming up convenience-store food in the microwave or having meals delivered from the dining hall. If I asked, they brought cups and ice as well, and all the staff were pleasant, which made it very relaxing. I love traveling and have stayed at many Accommodations, but this became one of my favorites.

Everyone was incredibly kind and took great care of us. My grandchild ate too much pineapple we had brought with us, and their tongue started hurting, which caused quite a commotion. I thought drinking milk might help, so I asked if there was any, but there wasn’t. Since we had been drinking, we couldn’t go out to buy anything and were about to give up, but they kindly went out of their way to buy pudding and yogurt for us. We were truly grateful. Thanks to that, my grandchild’s pain seemed to ease and they calmed down. It’s rare to find a place that would do this much for guests. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back.
