The Accommodation was located on the shores of Lake Yamanaka and offered a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji. The showers and toilets were shared, but they were well cleaned, and combined with the affordable rate, it was not an issue at all. I was also able to sleep soundly.

Located about 20 minutes by car from the city center. The property is barrier-free and well-maintained. There were many dead insects, possibly due to a long period of non-use since our last visit, but other than that, there were no issues. If the Room remains unused for an extended period, a quick cleaning (even just vacuuming) would make it even better. This time, we borrowed a vacuum cleaner from the laundry Room and cleaned it ourselves. There were sprays provided as well, which we used, but they didn’t seem very effective... It might be helpful to analyze why insects are getting in. (Since the place is kept clean otherwise, it’s unfortunate that this issue could affect its rating.) We didn’t meet any staff in person, but when we asked questions via LINE, they responded promptly and politely. We’d love to stay here again!

I stayed here for one night during a touring trip. It doesn’t have Hotel-style facilities, but it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I could park my large motorcycle right near the door, making it easy to carry my luggage. The Room is separated into a living area (with a large TV) and a bedroom—far more space than I needed for a solo stay. There’s only a shower (no bathtub), but there’s an Onsen day-use bath just a 1-minute walk away. (I just used the shower; bring your own towel!) The sunset over the sea right in front was incredibly beautiful, and I could even see Mt. Fuji. At the izakaya on the same property, I enjoyed drinks and dinner at the counter while chatting with the owner about sake—an excellent time all around. I was surprised to have such a comfortable stay for about half the price of a basic Business Hotel. There’s also a convenience store about a 5–6 minute walk away. This is an Accommodation I’d definitely like to visit again.

We stayed here for our family trip two years in a row. The Room was spotless, down to every corner. The refrigerator, microwave, kettle, air conditioner, and air purifier all appeared to be well maintained. When using the Hotel pool, you can go back and forth between your Room and the cafe area while still wearing your swimsuit. Pool towels are also available to borrow free of charge. You can walk to the nearest convenience store and Kariyushi Beach in 2–3 minutes in your swimsuit as well. For breakfast, we bought what we liked ourselves and ate in the Room (no waiting in long buffet lines like at large hotels). There are tasty places to eat within walking distance for both lunch and dinner. The parking lot is right in front of the Hotel entrance. All staff were friendly and flexible, which made our stay stress-free—especially helpful when traveling with children.

Ernesto Zanpa is a spacious former foreign residence, so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The place was thoroughly cleaned, and although we received an explanation at check-in, the staff member was very pleasant. They also provided towels for going to the beach, which we gratefully used. We stayed for two nights and were very comfortable. We would like to stay again.

It was a wonderful place. The cleaning was thorough in every corner. We often stay at rental villas because we have a dog, but while the rooms are usually clean, many places have gardens overgrown with weeds, making it hard to let our dog play outside. However, this accommodation had a well-maintained lawn in the garden, which was perfect. The staff were very kind and made us feel at ease. They even gave our dog a toy as a gift—such thoughtful hospitality! For those who enjoy fishing, there is also a fishing port nearby, so I highly recommend it. The BBQ area has a roof, so you can enjoy it without worry. The stars visible from the facility were incredibly beautiful as well. We would love to stay here again in the future. The Room was spacious, and the kitchen was also large enough and very clean. Most tableware and utensils were provided, so we hardly needed to bring anything. The refrigerator had 2L of water and seasonings (salt, pepper, sauce, soy sauce), which we were able to use. About 30 minutes to an hour after checkout, a staff member called to let us know we had left something behind. Since it was difficult for us to return, they arranged to mail it to us. We truly appreciate their prompt and courteous assistance. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity!

We stayed as a three-generation family with a small child and a wheelchair user. The accommodation was very clean, equipped with all necessary facilities, and we had a comfortable stay. The staff at the accommodation were very kind and attentive. We would love to visit again in a different season. In summer, the nearby beach seems like it would be enjoyable.

This was our first overnight trip as a family after childbirth, so we chose this private accommodation considering factors like crying. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset due to cloudy weather, but the room was beautifully renovated and incredibly spacious for just the three of us. We would love to stay here again next time with our parents included.

The accommodation cost was affordable, so I was honestly a bit worried before using it, but it turned out to be an extremely satisfying stay. The space was ample, and every room was clean, which is why I gave the highest rating. Additionally, there were two baths available, allowing me to enjoy bathing without worrying about time. I rated the customer service and hospitality slightly lower because I forgot to purchase oil and the nearest supermarket is a 30-minute drive away. It would be helpful if the website listed what items are provided in the room (the outdated website also added to my concerns). However, everything else was excellent. I will definitely use this accommodation again!

There were several flies in the Room, and the shower drainage was slow, which was a bit concerning. It would have been better if insect repellent was placed in an easily noticeable spot! The atmosphere and location were excellent. Sunset Beach was breathtaking. The terrace bathtub kept the kids entertained, while adults could enjoy a relaxing BBQ. The large BBQ grill was very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We visited as a group of six: a family of four with two brothers (an older brother in kindergarten and a younger brother who will soon turn 2), plus grandpa and grandma. Our younger child is at an age where he can’t sit still, so even eating out is usually a bit challenging. That’s why we chose this Accommodation, where we could relax without worrying about others. It turned out to be truly wonderful. At a regular park you have to constantly worry about kids running off, but here the area is enclosed, which was such a relief! Some of the play equipment was still a bit advanced for our 1-year-old, but there was also a swing and plenty of outdoor toys, so I think he had an amazing time. They also had various toys prepared indoors, so we didn’t have any “I don’t want to go inside!!” tantrums either. We were grateful they even provided bath bombs! Our kids were thrilled with Thomas toys, drawing on the windows, and the night lights too. Our plan was to arrive around noon to play outside and then start BBQ when check-in time came—but around noon it was still drizzling. After seeing the yard, the kids went straight into “we want to play anyway” mode and played while getting a little wet. When the rain got heavier partway through, we headed to a nearby supermarket for a while. By the way, bringing sneakers, sandals, and rain boots for this trip turned out to be the right choice! On our stay date it stopped raining during BBQ time so it worked out fine, but we did find ourselves wishing there were more cover extending over where the tables are set up. Of course there’s some effort involved in preparing most things ourselves, but having energetic kids and not needing to worry about other guests’ eyes made it genuinely stress-free. This was the most relaxing and enjoyable trip with children we’ve ever had!

A 2-minute walk to Haraoka Pier (Okamoto Pier). From the Room you can also see the pier and Mt. Fuji, with the sea right in front—an unbeatable location. The building is old, but the Room has been nicely renovated; you lay out the futon and use it with fresh new sheets. There is no bathtub, only a shower, but there are also nearby day-use Onsen facilities, a roadside station, and convenience stores. If you don’t need luxury, it offers excellent value for money. Strawberry picking at the roadside station was fun too. It also has air conditioning, a TV, and Wi‑Fi. I’d like to come back and try SUP in the warmer season as well. The closest vending machine to the pier is also at this Accommodation—I enjoyed a warm coffee at dawn.

A unique interior and a convenient layout. Everything you need for self-catering is provided, which is great. There are supermarkets and convenience stores close to the Facility. As it is located along a main road, traffic noise may be noticeable if you plan to have a BBQ during the day, but you can still enjoy your time while cheering on Shimanami cyclists.

We reserved Trunk to spend time with my son's family (a couple and three children under 5) who have been living in Marugame City, Kagawa Prefecture since last April. Including our group of four, we were a total of nine people. The property was recently renovated, very clean, and had beds as well as a loft that delighted the children. Since dining out can be challenging with small children, we purchased groceries at a supermarket in Mitoyo City and prepared dinner and breakfast ourselves. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped with utensils and appliances, which was very convenient. Although there is no bathtub—only showers—it was summer, so this posed no issue for us. The property is located in an industrial area by the sea but has a drugstore right in front where you can buy food and other necessities. There are also two convenience stores nearby, making it easy to stay comfortably without inconvenience. For sightseeing, Chichibugahama Beach and Tsushima Shrine are close by; Kotohira-gu Shrine (Konpira-san) or Zenigata Sunae Sand Art are accessible with a short drive. For fishing enthusiasts, the Shonai Peninsula offers many excellent fishing spots that make this location ideal as a base. We would love to stay here again when visiting my son's family next time!

The bath and other facilities were excellent. Since the altitude is high, warm clothing is essential.

Barbecue facilities were available, and it was amazing. We had a wonderful New Year's experience.

There weren’t many Reviews, and it was a bit hard to find on the map, but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep after enjoying Minato Mirai and Chinatown, this was a great-value Room thanks to its proximity to Chinatown. It had all the essentials, and I stayed comfortably without any inconvenience. However, you can hear voices from the neighboring Room. Still, for this price, I think it’s totally worth it.
