It was a wonderful trip—100% perfect. Of course, I would 100% recommend it to friends and acquaintances. The Room had an ocean view, and it felt like looking at a painted seascape. I requested Japanese-style meals, and everything was truly satisfying. The bath was great, the meals were great, the amenities were well stocked, and the Room was excellent. Since I informed you in advance that I have a disability, I was also able to park properly in the Hotel parking lot. It really was 100%. Thank you very much. We were kindly offered an upgrade to a special Room. In addition to the wonderful Room, the service was excellent. We truly enjoyed a relaxing vacation. In particular, a front desk staff member (I regret I don’t remember their name) recommended great places for delicious grated soba and apple pie, which my wife and I both enjoyed. It was an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

The view of the Sea of Japan was breathtaking. From the Room window, I could lie on the futon and watch the sunset—pure happiness. Dinner was an incredible feast of seafood, and it was truly blissful. The most delicious dish was the grilled dancing abalone. The luxurious course left me so full I thought I might burst. The only reason for -1 star was that the indoor bath water was too hot for me. The open-air bath was just right. All of the staff were kind and courteous, which made our stay very pleasant. This was my first time staying here. An all-inclusive Hotel. There was a great variety of food and drinks in the lounge, and the dashi broth and burgers were especially delicious. The lounge on the upper floor had a calm atmosphere and was very nice. The bath, footbath, and buffet meals were all great. The tea ceremony experience, table tennis, board games, and video games were fun. If the weather had been better, I would have liked to play tennis. The whole-orange juice was delicious. Mt. Fuji after the typhoon passed was a spectacular view. We stayed for two nights and would like to stay again.

As soon as I walked in, the Room was so wonderful that I got really excited. All of the staff were polite and amazing. The food and the Thai boat platter were excellent, and it made me very happy. I also had flowers prepared as part of the Plan, and they were beautifully arranged with great taste—absolutely stunning! I definitely want to stay again.

I stayed for one night. The Hotel and the Room were very clean, with thorough cleaning down to every detail, so I was able to spend my time comfortably. The Room was also spacious and very easy to relax in! All of the staff were warm and courteous, and I was very satisfied. The meals were delicious, and I could take my time enjoying them while chatting with friends. Thank you as well for accommodating ingredients I’m not comfortable with. Overall, it was a wonderful Hotel where I felt at ease and truly refreshed both physically and mentally. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nara.

Shikotsuko Onsen was very quiet, with no convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so we were able to relax peacefully. The front desk, lobby lounge, and restaurant areas felt calm, spacious, and comfortable—perhaps also because the Hotel was not fully booked that day. I have often stayed at small guesthouses and pensions recently, so it was great to experience proper Hotel-style service again, even though this was an annex of a major Hotel. Meals at a Ryokan are often more than I can finish, but here the portions were just right. The pasta in particular was excellent. I was also very satisfied with the services such as drink service at dinner, 24-hour coffee service, gelato after dinner (especially the liqueur-topped gelato, which is available for an additional fee), replenishment of towels and water after dinner, and more. It was also nice that we could use the main building’s private open-air bath at a very reasonable price. The complimentary ramune soda was delicious as well. Two points concerned me: first, the Hotel’s Reservation page stated that they would contact guests by phone or email a few days before arrival for confirmation, but we did not receive any contact. Since it also said that staying might not be possible if there is no response, I called the day before; they simply replied that my Reservation existed without any apology for the lack of notice. Second, while the large in-room jacuzzi filled quickly despite its size and was enjoyable once inside, it was difficult to get out because it is deep and high-sided. This could be dangerous for older guests; having steps or at least a non-slip step stool would make bathing much safer.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I was satisfied with everything—the beds, shower booth, bath, amenities, and the breakfast buffet full of Shikoku specialties. The staff were always smiling and provided excellent service, making my stay very comfortable. The location was also convenient, so getting around was very smooth. I was able to relax on the sofa while enjoying the view of Oshima from the Room. There was a massage chair in the Room, which was great for easing my swollen legs after being stuck in traffic. Oshima could also be seen from the open-air bath in the Room, and since it was a private open-air bath attached to the Room, I was able to soak in the Onsen at my leisure. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially well-seasoned and very enjoyable. I will stay again, and I look forward to visiting you.

We stayed as a family with our 2-year-old son, and just as the title says, we truly had an incredibly satisfying 4-day, 3-night stay. The breakfast and dinner meals were lavish every time, with an amazing variety of dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious! Since it was the season for it, they prepared a daily lottery draw for children, and we could also enjoy fireworks in the Facility garden. We were especially grateful that they lent us a fireworks set and even collected the leftover fireworks afterward. Both the outdoor pool and the Onsen had areas designed for children, which we really appreciated. All of the staff were warm and friendly, chatting with us in a casual way—our son looked very happy too. This was an Accommodation we would definitely love to return to. Thank you so much!
