Following our stay in January, we returned for another Multiple Night Stay. It was so comfortable that we changed our plans and came back to Ishigaki Island again this February, and had an amazing time. My companion went fun diving and encountered manta rays every day, and was thrilled to get closer than ever before. We look forward to staying with you again this year—and also on our already confirmed Reservation for next year!

We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. If I could suggest improvements: I would be happy if there were a water dispenser. The inside of the microwave was broken. The kitchen stove heat was weak. Other than that, both the kids and adults were very satisfied. The pool was just the right size and we enjoyed it, and the sauna and cold plunge were easy to use. The view was great, and we had a really good time! We would like to visit again!

We stayed with 7 people across three generations. Both the living room and the terrace were spacious, and we were able to spend a very comfortable time. The grandchildren enjoyed playing games on the large TV, while the adults watched movies at night—everyone was able to enjoy their time in their own way. On the terrace, we relaxed with a beer while feeling the evening breeze; it was truly a luxurious moment. There was BBQ equipment as well, but this time we wanted to take it easy, so we bought what we liked at a supermarket about 10 minutes away by car and enjoyed sharing dinner together. The bathroom was also spacious, so we could soak and relax both body and mind. It’s about a 2–3 minute walk to the beach. In the morning, we went to watch the sunrise and spent soothing time listening to the sound of the waves—another wonderful memory. My daughter’s family loved it too, and saying “Let’s stay here again next year,” our stay for next year is already Done. In fact, I’m also planning to stay again next week with friends. We were also deeply touched by your thoughtful gift of sweets with handwritten messages for our grandchildren. It was a wonderful cottage that I can recommend for both family trips and trips with friends. Thank you again—we hope to return soon.

My daughter and I stayed here to celebrate each other’s birthdays. We were upgraded to a spacious Room with views of both the sea and the mountains, and we were happy to relax and truly enjoy our time. We have it proudly displayed at home. Whether in the lobby, guest room, restaurant, or large public bath, we enjoyed breathtaking ocean views throughout our stay. The warm hospitality and many unique services won us over right away—it was our first visit, but we quickly became fans. We’d love to return again soon.

I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

I stayed here again this year following last year. The lack of an auto-lock was not an issue for me. It was sufficient and satisfactory. There was plenty of parking space, and I could also park my motorcycle.

The Room was spacious, and we could relax with a calm view of Lake Ashi right in front of us. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but we hope to come back again on a clear day.

Stylish yet easy to use. At night, Jupiter shone brightly from the terrace, and in the morning we were soothed by the birds’ songs. Not only was the full-course dinner wonderful, but breakfast was also absolutely delicious! We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. Thank you very much.

We truly enjoyed our stay as a family thanks to the excellent location—close to town and with a private beach. Thank you very much. Cats may come into the garden, which we found soothing, but guests who are not comfortable with cats may want to be aware of this in advance.

I stayed for one night with breakfast and dinner included, and when I asked about sightseeing in Nagasaki, they recommended getting around by streetcar and kindly explained everything in detail using a handmade map. The Room overlooked the stadium, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent, so I extended my stay for a Multiple Night Stay. We visited the Goto Islands for the first time to cheer on our family member competing in the Baramon King, and stayed as a family in a maisonette with a wide terrace. We compared Accommodation options from the time we made our Reservation a few months in advance and chose Kararito—and it was absolutely the right choice. We had some changes along the way, including adjusting the number of guests, and they handled everything kindly. They also arranged one meat-free meal for one of us, and thanks to the thoughtful staff, we had a very comfortable stay. We tried SUP for the first time as an activity. With their careful instruction, even someone who isn’t great at marine sports could enjoy it. Above all, dinner was outstanding! We had it 3 of our 4 nights. Each dish overturned what we expected from “Mexican,” delivering delicate flavors beyond imagination. The sauces and herbs paired with fresh local ingredients were exquisite—wine flowed easily and conversation came alive during a wonderful dinner time. The staff’s explanations of each dish were also clear and excellent. If I had one request, I would have loved to see about three breakfast options. The semi-open-air large bath was very relaxing, and our maisonette Room was bright, clean, and comfortable—making this a truly pleasant trip. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.
