Thank you very much for taking care of us during our 3-day, 2-night stay. We visited to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and thanks to your thoughtful hospitality, we were able to enjoy a relaxing and healing trip. Thank you. At the beach below the Hotel, it was quite windy due to a low-pressure system, but we were still able to snorkel and see some fish. The Room was just the right size, and we could relax comfortably. We also enjoyed the private open-air bath on the 5th floor without worrying about time, which made for a very restful experience. The meals were delicious from the jimami potage onward. Breakfast was also just the right amount and very enjoyable. It felt like there were more Western guests than we expected. We heard that an annex is scheduled to be completed next year, so we are really looking forward to it. We would love to stay with you again next time.

Thank you again for having us this year, as you did last year. We chose the same Room with an in-room washing machine. It was very convenient, and we used it many times. The shower room and toilet were spacious and clean. Although it’s a double bed, it’s very relaxing. We also chose the Plan with breakfast again, and we were very satisfied to enjoy a delicious breakfast from the morning. I don’t think it was available last year, but the Awamori tasting comparison was free as well. The staff were kind and welcoming with great smiles. There are several restaurants within walking distance for dinner, which is very convenient. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Thanks to the warm and courteous service, I felt at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient if you are traveling by car. For guests arriving by train, a Shuttle Service was also available to Shimoda Station. Because I have many food allergies, I chose a Plan without meals. However, the Accommodation staff kindly recommended local restaurants, and we were fortunate to get a Reservation. I was able to enjoy an outstanding simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), which was absolutely delicious. The young international staff were wonderful as well—their smiles were lovely, their Japanese was excellent, and they worked with great dedication. As someone who can only speak Japanese comfortably, I truly respect them. The bath was also fantastic: the Izu stone in the indoor bath glowed a beautiful blue, and its soft texture felt very pleasant on the skin. The night view of Shimoda Port and the sunset outside the window were stunning. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

It allowed us to forget our busy daily lives. Even with clouds and rain, the ocean view was breathtaking. The scenery transformed beautifully after dark as well, making it absolutely perfect. The amenities were fully equipped, so there was no inconvenience at all. We crea

As a result, my wife and I were continuously amazed by how wonderful everything was. We were surprised at how luxurious the meals were for this price! Every staff member was cheerful, kind, and smiling—it made us genuinely happy and comfortable. Everything was spotless, the

The view from the window, the delicious food, and watching the sunset with my child created an unforgettable, perfect moment. Both the spring trip to Okinawa and this autumn stay were filled with wonderful memories. Next year, we plan to visit the remote islands, so it might

We stayed as a family and were comfortable throughout our entire visit! The building feels a bit traditional, but the inside is bright, and we could sense thoughtful attention to detail everywhere, which made it very relaxing. All the staff were pleasant, and the Accommodation wa

When the sun set into the sea, the clouds near the horizon turned deep red, and I was able to see the most beautiful sunset I’ve ever seen. Dinner was exceptionally high quality and just the right amount, so I’d definitely want to include meals when staying here. Breakfast was al

Both my son and I were thrilled—it felt like 45 minutes flew by. The nighttime "World Heritage School" program offered rich content that changed daily—an excellent experience overall. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! Although we missed out on the evening jungle tour this time

We were thrilled! From the large windows offering views of Kada Port to stylish chairs where you can relax while enjoying a big-screen TV—and most importantly—the private natural onsen bath spacious enough for two people made it an exceptional space promising ultimate relaxation.

There are large TVs in both the bedroom and the living room, and my mother was thrilled to be able to watch the Asian Games!! We were truly impressed by how thoughtfully everything was arranged—down to the TV placement and easy-to-use amenities—as if our movements had been anticipated in advance. After a 4-hour journey, staying at this Accommodation made all our fatigue disappear! Breakfast was also amazing—they cooked tamagoyaki fresh on the spot, and it was incredibly delicious. The bath was great too, so we slept soundly that night. We’ll be back.

With a homely atmosphere and very kind staff, I had a truly comfortable stay. Every dish was delicious, and I was completely satisfied. The Facility was well cleaned and felt very fresh and spotless—an Accommodation where I could really relax. I also appreciated the warm hospitality from all the staff. I would definitely like to stay again next year!

We were provided with red vests for the occasion and took individual commemorative photos. We had a wonderful time late into the night and were thoroughly satisfied. This will likely become an annual tradition. When planning another nearby trip, we would love to stay here aga

Each room had an open-air bath or view bath, was spacious, new, clean, and very comfortable. The large public Onsen was also clean with beautiful views. The children loved the sauna experience (Löyly) and visited the Onsen multiple times. The outdoor pool was well-maintained and

I have stayed at other Dormy Inn accommodations before and was always satisfied, so I made this reservation with confidence, and it turned out to be the most comfortable stay yet. The spacious room allowed me to relax, and the open-air bath with views of the Hinoki bathtub and

We stayed as a group of four—my older sister, my mother, my aunt, and me—to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday. Thank you for the flowers and message card delivered to our Room. Having photos taken during dinner also became a wonderful keepsake. You even prepared a special outfit for the 60th birthday celebration, which truly warmed our hearts. Since it was a weekday, the baths were not crowded, which was perfect for my elderly mother and aunt. For dinner (we chose a Plan with fewer dishes because two of us are elderly), everything was elegantly seasoned, and there were still enough dishes to leave us completely satisfied. It was the most delicious meal I have ever had in my life. In two years, I would like to stay again to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday.

It’s a little away from Hankyu Umeda Station, but not far enough to be a concern. There are many restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location. The Hotel staff are polite and welcoming, and they see you off pleasantly as well. You can also enjoy the “Miracle Breakfast” at a relaxed pace. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

I also feel that our trip to Kashiwazaki is made possible by all of this thanks to how supportive and wonderful the Hotel staff are. For breakfast this time we got lucky and enjoyed sea bream rice—an amazing meal paired with an amazing view. We were completely satisfied. While

The food was truly delicious! Not only dinner, but also the vegetables at breakfast were excellent. The restaurant where we enjoyed the welcome drink and the guests-only lounge were both very comfortable, and we had a wonderful time. The bath felt a little small, but it was clean and pleasant. We were impressed and would love to stay again.

Whenever I stay in Omura, I always choose the Central Hotel. The bus terminal with convenient access from Omura Station and Nagasaki Airport is ideally located. Parking is also available, and above all, the complimentary breakfast is excellent. The room rates are reasonable, which is very helpful. The front desk staff are pleasant and welcoming.
