Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were also very pleasant. The baths were not too crowded, so it was comfortable.\nIt was a bit inconvenient that we had to change into slippers inside the building, and I couldn’t figure out how to request the soft-serve ice cream (I should have asked at the front desk), so I wasn’t able to use it even once. Still, even with that, I was very satisfied for this price.

I stay here every June. The bamboo shoots at dinner and the omelet at breakfast are delicious! Thank you to all the staff for always welcoming me so warmly.

A relaxing accommodation located at the foot of Mt. Sanbe with a fantastic location. The price is reasonable, offering great satisfaction. The meals are diverse and exceptionally delicious. If given the chance, I would love to stay at this accommodation again. Thank you!

The service was courteous, and the meals were excellent. I especially enjoyed the simple yet Western-style pot-au-feu and would love to have it again. The bath was also very good (I soaked four times). As someone who usually stays at Business Hotels, this reminded me how great an Onsen Accommodation can be.

After staying at Mikazuki Hotel in Chiba (Katsuura and Kamogawa) last year and the year before, we visited Nikko Kinugawa Hotel Mikazuki for the first time this year. With the all-inclusive plan, we could enjoy a welcome lunch right after arrival and use the pool as well, and the kids seemed to have a great time. Both Japanese and international staff provided excellent service, with thoughtful attention throughout, which really impressed us. I was excited about the all-you-can-drink alcohol from the welcome lunch onward, and my wife and grandparents also loved how clean the Hotel was and how good the service was—so we would definitely like to stay again! Thank you very much for taking care of us for two days.

We drove from the Kansai area. After getting off the expressway, we went through several tunnels and felt excited, wondering what it would be like along the way—but when we arrived, we were first surprised by the beautiful entrance. Once inside, we fully enjoyed the all-inclusive offerings and were truly grateful for the staff’s kind hospitality. We made wonderful memories during Silver Week.

My daughter, who lives far away, was able to come home during the holiday, so we stayed on 9/20 during Silver Week. At first, we had made a Reservation at another Hotel because we planned to go grape picking in Fukushima and then travel to Morioka. However, with the typhoon making the weather uncertain, we kept considering a closer plan until the last minute. When an opening came up for a Room with an open-air bath, we quickly made a Reservation here. Since our family travels entirely by car, changing our schedule gave us extra time. We arrived early and planned to take a walk nearby, and the parking staff kindly recommended some spots for us. The footbath was very relaxing. The open-air bath in the Room does not have a washing area, but it wasn’t an issue—washing first at the large public bath or using the indoor bath in the Room was enough. Dinner and breakfast are buffet-style. When traveling as a family of four, we usually choose Accommodations with buffets, so we truly appreciate Itoen Hotel for its reasonable pricing. Some people have various opinions about the food, but if you search under the same conditions (a Room with an open-air bath), most places cost about twice as much or more than Itoen Hotel. If you’re dissatisfied, it simply means you should increase your budget. The Tsukimi Fair set dishes and—during Silver Week—the bluefin tuna and roast beef sushi were especially popular. The ramen was also delicious; since this is Fukushima, perhaps it had a Kitakata-style soup? Our family was very satisfied. Because of the typhoon’s impact, we decided to relax at the Hotel. We enjoyed soaking in the Onsen many times, eating until we were full, winning prizes in the game corner arcade area, and having fun playing table tennis—it was a wonderful stay. Since I made this Reservation in such haste, I caused trouble due to my own mistake. Also after checking out and leaving, my daughter realized something important to her was missing. When we turned back and returned to the Hotel staff immediately told us it had been found at the shop counter—this truly helped us so much. Thank you very much for your kind assistance. Lastly I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone—the person who handled my call regarding my mistake during Reservation booking as well as all staff at reception front desk parking restaurant shop housekeeping and throughout this Hotel. As guests born in the Showa era, we found this wonderful Showa bubble–style Accommodation to be the best. It was spotlessly clean, and both the hot water and the meals were excellent. It was quiet, and we could relax at a leisurely pace. We will visit again together with trips to Oze and Fukiware Falls.

The full-course dinner in the evening was our child’s first experience, and it was a wonderful one. Everything at breakfast was delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and attentive, which really impressed us. We would definitely like to visit again.

When we arrived at Komaki Port, it was pouring rain and we were worried about what lay ahead, but the staff’s bright smiles instantly put us at ease. They gave us a detailed tour of the Accommodation, which truly impressed us. The open-air bath was challenging in the rain, but it turned into a unique experience we wouldn’t normally have, and that made it special in its own way. The food was more than we could finish, with outstanding quality, and there were many moments when the staff’s thoughtful care really moved us. The Room had just been renovated and was a very satisfying space. However, at night when using the Room’s open-air bath, we did notice insects being drawn to the lights. Seeing all the staff waving goodbye as we left made this an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again. Thank you very much.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff at the reception and dining area were very helpful, the bath was spacious and clean, and the meals were delicious. Also, Hana-chan, the Accommodation’s character, appears in various places and is both soothing and informative with helpful comments, which made me feel that a lot of thought has gone into the details. I would love to stay here again.

Everything—from the service and the Hotel’s interior design to the teppanyaki and even the smallest details in the guest room—was perfect. It was a truly moving and wonderful stay.

It was nice that this small Accommodation was quiet and peaceful. The Onsen had a gentle sulfur scent and natural mineral deposits, which felt good for the skin. Meals were served in a private dining room, so we could relax without worrying about others.

We arrived by car. The steep slope and distance from the parking lot to the accommodation made it quite challenging, especially with suitcases. The accommodation itself was clean and well-maintained, including the room, toilet, and bathroom, which made for a pleasant stay. The lamps placed throughout created a unique atmosphere that was very charming. However, I did wonder how other guests spent their time in the dimly lit rooms aside from enjoying the onsen. It was refreshing to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and relax in a remote mountain area where even smartphones couldn't be used, surrounded by the sound of a flowing river and autumn leaves. I would love to visit again once the open-air bath is restored.

I stayed at Naraya Ryokan before moving overseas in November. I won’t be back for a while, but I’m glad I had the chance to stay at such a wonderful Ryokan. The Room, meals, and Onsen were all excellent.

My first time at Ikaho Onsen. It was wonderful!! The staff were welcoming from the parking area, and in the lobby we were greeted by the robots Udon-chan and Komugi-chan. Check-in was relaxed, and starting off with the amenity buffet—where we could try a variety of items—was a fun touch. After enjoying the private bath, we had a leisurely meal. I had noted that this stay also served as an appreciation gathering, and after dinner they kindly showed consideration for us—my friend was truly delighted. Thank you very much! The Onsen offered two different types of baths to enjoy, and having towels available in the bathing area made it very convenient. The Facility has a bit of a Showa-retro feel, but it was spacious and comfortable to relax in. We stayed with an IKYU limited Plan, which included services such as colorful yukata rentals, and my friend said it was genuinely great!! Everyone said they’d like to stay again, and we agreed it’s an Accommodation we’d love to recommend. The staff were attentive, and guests of all ages seemed to be enjoying themselves. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I stayed at Ogawaya for two nights, and dinner was excellent on both days. The second night in particular made me very happy with its full Hida beef course. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of dishes and is delicious. There are many staff members from Southeast Asia, and most of them provide warm hospitality with sincere effort and a smile. The Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The welcome sweet, blueberry daifuku, was also delicious! It would be even better if the skincare amenities were a bit higher quality. Thank you very much.

I stayed in June. It was a triple Room, but the beds were close together, and I really appreciated that we could still spread out three suitcases. There is an added power outlet and USB port by the pillow, but they get hot when in use, so please be careful. Also, they have a cover, so you might not notice them at first. The light switches in the Room are hard to understand, and it feels a bit dark. For the lamps, you need to pull the cord to turn them on. The bath area is an Onsen with two indoor baths plus an open-air bath and a sauna, so I was able to relax for a long time. It was clean and well maintained. The in-room bathroom is combined with the toilet. Adjusting the water temperature is inconvenient because you have to run both hot and cold water separately. The washbasin area was spacious. Thank you for keeping my frozen items at reception. It really helped. It’s three stops from Sapporo Station so it feels a bit far, but it’s about a 3-minute walk from the station nearby. It’s also within walking distance from Susukino Station (about 15 minutes), so I enjoyed getting around on foot. I will stay again.

This was our second stay, the first in two years. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties unique to the area. Both the buffet staff and the front desk staff were very kind and attentive, which made our stay truly comfortable. In particular, the buffet staff explained things in a way that was easy for our child to understand and spoke to us in a friendly manner, which we really appreciated. When we stay in Kusatsu again, we would love to choose this Accommodation. Thank you very much.

The oceanfront Room and the large public bath were wonderful. I felt refreshed both mentally and physically. It’s about 30 minutes from Hakodate Station by streetcar and on foot, and staying here together with a Hotel convenient for sightseeing in the Bay Area was absolutely the right choice. If you’re staying in Hakodate for 2–3 nights, I highly recommend spending one night here.
