On our first trip to Aomori, we stayed the night before the Nebuta Festival for the first time, and everything—the meals, drinks, service, and Onsen—was excellent. Our three-generation family was very satisfied when we left. If I had to ask for one thing, a massage chair would make it even better. We were completely satisfied and truly enjoyed Aomori. Thank you very much.

Since my femur fracture, we’ve been staying in a Room with an open-air bath, and we’re completely satisfied with the meals, the Room, and the bath. The staff are wonderful as well, so we keep coming back. It’s a bit far away, but it’s our couple’s motto: “For birthdays, we come here.”

My spouse and I stayed for one night starting July 19. From the pickup at the station to sightseeing guidance after checkout, your attentive hospitality and thoughtful care made our stay truly comfortable. Thank you very much. The teppanyaki dinner course delighted both our eyes and our taste buds, and the chef’s enjoyable conversation made the evening even better—we left feeling full and in great spirits. We stayed at Chalet Ivy Jozankei for our honeymoon. When we arrived, we were a little surprised by the steep downhill slope, but a staff member quickly came over and helped carry our luggage, which was a huge help. The mango tea served at check-in was delicious, and we felt warmly welcomed. All of the staff were kind and attentive, and together with the calm atmosphere throughout the Hotel, it made for a truly relaxing stay both physically and mentally. The lounge had a wonderful view, and since it was relatively quiet, we were able to enjoy window seats many times. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and very satisfying. We used the bath in our Room about four or five times, and the public bath was often quiet as well, so we could take our time enjoying a relaxing soak on our own. Even after check-out, they drove us to the bus stop, and we were impressed by their thoughtful service down to every detail. Thanks to the heartfelt hospitality of the staff and the comfortable Facility environment, it was an exceptionally fulfilling stay. We would love to stay again.

Mr./Ms. Chitose stayed with us for the third time this year. One of this Accommodation’s highlights is the meals, but above all, it’s the quality of the hot spring water. We look forward to visiting again.

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.

We were highly satisfied with everything—the Room, the Onsen, the atmosphere throughout the building, the service, and the meals. Since there were three of us this time, we booked a quadruple Room. Usually the third person ends up on an extra bed, but here it was a proper spacious bed, so we could truly relax. The entire building is covered with tatami mats, so you can walk anywhere barefoot or in socks and feel relaxed as if you were at home. It was also fun being able to choose a colored yukata. In addition, several types of pillows were placed in the hallway on each floor along with pillowcases so guests could choose—this really felt like exceptional hospitality. The process of taking the slope car to reach the Accommodation was enjoyable as well, and everything about how we were guided was smooth—we really felt how good the service was. The meals were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, making them visually enjoyable too. We also had a dedicated staff member who carefully explained that no allergens were included and provided detailed guidance about each dish—their attentiveness was outstanding. It was truly a wonderful stay.

The Onsen was the best part—absolutely wonderful. The Room was clean and very functional, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I’d love to stay again as soon as possible, but there was heavy fog on Irohazaka with almost no visibility, which was scary. The expressway also had torrential rain with near-zero visibility, so I’d like to visit again on a clear day with good weather.

The hospitality was outstanding. Despite the reasonable price, dinner was served in a private room, and the staff providing service were excellent. I would like to stay here again when I visit Echigo-Yuzawa.

My husband grew up in a ranch in Hokkaido, while I was raised in the city. Drawn to this thatched-roof Accommodation, we stayed here for the first time. From the view at the entrance, we were amazed by the extraordinary, nostalgic buildings and the rice fields spreading out in front of them! We both fell completely in love with it. The Onsen is also wonderful—the free-flowing natural spring water is slightly lukewarm, perfect for a long soak. It leaves your skin feeling soft and moisturized. What’s especially impressive about this Accommodation is the many furnishings and antiques placed throughout, delighting the eyes everywhere you look! It feels like visiting an art museum. Truly amazing! My husband can be quite particular, but he absolutely loved it and says he definitely wants to come again in autumn. Getting to the annex using the cart and monorail was also fun and brought back childhood memories. Thank you so much for such a wonderful place.

Although we stayed for only one night, both the large public bath and the open-air bath in our Room were excellent. In particular, the open-air bath at the large public bath was very relaxing. What impressed us most about the bath in our Room was that Onsen water was continuously added little by little, keeping it at a comfortable temperature at all times.

Having read the Reviews in advance, I was aware of what to expect, but my companion was very surprised by the contrast between the front desk atmosphere and the impression of the Room. The day-use bathing area feels lively like a busy public bathhouse, while the guest Rooms were calm and comfortable. Because we visited on a weekday, the large public bath was not crowded and very relaxing. The only thing that bothered me slightly was seeing someone brushing their teeth at the washing area. Even so, I was truly impressed by the abundant flow of free-flowing Onsen water straight from the source. When I visit around Nagano Station for work in the future, I would love to stop by again even just for a day-use bath. The Room was flawlessly comfortable, and the private indoor bath was very spacious. I was also amazed by how much hot water it had. Dinner was served in-room, so we could relax without worrying about others, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dishes with thoughtful touches. The staff member who served us was friendly and made it a pleasant time. At breakfast, it was also nice to be able to choose between rice porridge cooked with Onsen water and regular steamed rice. Please note that there are no amenities provided in the large public bath area (including makeup remover), so bringing your own is recommended. The in-Room amenities are also provided for one use (one day) only, so if you plan to bathe multiple times, it may be reassuring to bring extras. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay.

Free drink bar (including alcohol), plus post-bath ice bars and probiotic drinks, and manga. Amazing! The bath water quality is great, and the rooms are clean. An Onsen stream runs alongside the Hotel and is beautifully illuminated. Dinner was a buffet, and they even had meaty snow crab. I couldn’t help but overeat. A highly recommended Accommodation.

All the staff I interacted with (front desk, restaurant, and gift shop) had a great atmosphere—and their service was excellent as well. The food was delicious, and the all-you-can-drink plan included Sapporo beer. The Onsen was a comfortable size, and thanks to renovations a few years ago, the Room didn’t feel outdated at all. If I have the chance, I’d love to come again and stay here again.

I’ve stayed at many Accommodations, but this was the first one that felt absolutely flawless! I fell in love at first sight with the stunning rock bath scenery on YouTube and made a Reservation for the Yoimachi Room. The open-air bath was spacious, and the view from it was so breathtaking it nearly brought me to tears. The hot spring water was silky-smooth, and my skin felt amazing! The food was also delicious, and even the rice tasted exceptional. The nikujaga served at breakfast was so good that I’d love to ask—if you don’t mind—whether the soy sauce you use is light soy sauce or a type used mainly in Kyushu. The Room was wonderfully quiet as well, and I could truly relax. I definitely want to come back for a special occasion. Next year, I’ll visit one of your sister properties too.

You can enjoy the gentle Yubatake Onsen in the calm, refined atmosphere of a long-established Ryokan. The food is delicious, but above all, the staff are exceptionally kind. Every visit leaves me impressed by their outstanding service. At check-out, the gracious proprietress sees you off with great care, and you can truly feel how her attentiveness is reflected throughout the entire team.

Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious—I wished I could have stayed for about a week! The open-air bath was spacious and very relaxing. I’ll definitely be back.

The lobby, front desk, Onsen, and guest rooms are all exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The Onsen features the famous moor hot spring water, which is a rare treat at this price point. Breakfast is served as a buffet packed with delicious specialties from the Tokachi region. Every dish was incredibly flavorful—truly impressive. Having visited Hokkaido multiple times before, I can confidently say that this Hotel offers some of the best cuisine in its price range. Additionally, when I contacted them later regarding forgotten items left behind during my stay, their response was extremely kind and thorough. Thanks to their attentive service, I was able to retrieve my belongings without disrupting my travel plans. This Hotel truly lives up to its name as a premier destination with outstanding rooms, dining options, and service—a perfect combination for any traveler!
