The Room and other areas were very well cleaned, and the Hotel staff were also very kind and helpful. It was our first family trip in a long time and our first trip to Hokkaido, and we had a wonderful time. If we have the opportunity, we would like to stay at APA Hotel again.

Within walking distance to attractions like the TV Tower and Odori Park, with plenty of restaurants nearby, the location was excellent. The Room had a separate bath and toilet, allowing for a relaxing bath experience. While the Room size is usually sufficient, it felt a bit cramp

The room was very clean and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The bath towels and bed were to my liking. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I hoped for a new bath mat. Thank you for kindly exchanging it.

As informed beforehand, the parking lot was full, and we received a map for coin parking, which turned into a bit of a competition. It was challenging, but the reception staff were very accommodating, and the Rooms were comfortable as we had two adjacent ones. It was unfortunat

I added breakfast only on the last day. The selection—including drinks—was extensive, and above all, the white rice was delicious. The staff were kind and carefully explained how to use buses or taxis to get to the station. There was also a welcome drink in my Room, and for a
