There were no people or buildings nearby, so our family was able to relax and enjoy ourselves freely. Our dogs, who aren’t comfortable around strangers or other dogs, were also able to unwind, which was wonderful. Changing slippers when going out into the garden and coming back inside was a bit of a hassle, but aside from that we were completely satisfied. The amenities were well stocked as well. We’d love to stay again.

We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

Using aromatic vegetables, fish, and meat from the Kyoto area, each ingredient is prepared and served with the utmost care to preserve its natural fragrance, flavor, and texture in the best possible way. The chef’s evolving craft was truly impressive. I was also moved by the sommelier’s sincere dedication to wine. The cuisine feels perfectly suited to this one-of-a-kind Meiji-era mansion dining experience in Japan.

It became a truly special memory. Now that our children are independent, we’ve stayed at several places where we could comfortably travel with just the two of us and our dog, but the meals at Belle Equipe were in a class of their own! They were the best French dishes we have ever had—regardless of travel! We also truly appreciated how comfortable our stay was, and we are very grateful for the lovely gifts as well. Before each stay, it has become our tradition to visit Niutsuhime Shrine—a UNESCO World Heritage Site about five minutes away by car. This time, we joined a talk held from 5:00 PM in the lobby lounge about Niutsuhime Shrine. The storyteller shared fascinating behind-the-scenes stories that only someone closely connected to the shrine could tell; before we knew it, around 30 minutes had flown by. The next day after checkout, we visited Niutsuhime Shrine again and also explored nearby historic spots we learned about during the talk. It allowed us to worship from a completely new perspective—and we discovered power spots we never would have found on our own. The traditional house café near the shrine that was recommended to us was also wonderful, making this trip even more meaningful than ever! We heard these talks will continue on an irregular basis—if one happens during your stay, we highly recommend joining. We also heard that on some days there is a guided visit starting at 7:00 AM (meeting at the lobby lounge) for worship at Niutsuhime Shrine. No matter how many seasons pass or how much time goes by, this is a place we want to return to again and again. It’s truly a blissful hotel—so full of happiness that it feels impossible to find anywhere else!

We had a very satisfying stay. The room was clean, the bath was wonderful, and the meals—featuring local ingredients—were all delicious. Everything was truly excellent. Every staff member who assisted us was pleasant and kind, and it was a really wonderful stay. I had thought Dogo Onsen would be quite far away, but I’m glad we decided to go. We stayed here as a family to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday and an early birthday party for my younger sister. They prepared a lovely birthday card and a whole cake topped with plenty of fruit, which made both my mother and sister very happy! The house was extremely clean, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable. The private chef was also very friendly and carefully accommodated our requests in advance. We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was an even more wonderful hotel than we expected, and our stay—from arrival to departure—was satisfying from start to finish. As someone originally from Nagoya, the TV Tower has been familiar to me since childhood, though it has been 25 years since I left the city. I was truly surprised and moved that such a beautiful hotel had been created here. From the warm welcome on arrival, every member of staff was attentive and kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. This time, we were upgraded to a larger room as a Diamond member benefit—what a lovely surprise! The welcome sweets were adorable and absolutely delicious. The view from the room was outstanding, of course. The art displayed throughout the hotel was also captivating, giving the entire property its own unique atmosphere. There were new discoveries everywhere we walked, and we thoroughly enjoyed the art tour as well. Searching for artworks together as a couple became a fun memory too (laugh). And the night view from the observation deck—an exclusive perk for guests—was truly breathtaking! We could take in all of Nagoya’s nightscape at once, making it an unforgettable moment. The hidden-door entrance leading up to the deck was incredibly stylish; its playful touch made us genuinely excited. Breakfast lived up to its reputation—delicious in every way—and we enjoyed a luxurious, happy morning while taking in the amazing view. My wife loved it too and said, “No.1 among all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at!” We’re truly happy to have found a hotel that satisfied both of us wholeheartedly. Thanks to everyone’s heartfelt hospitality, our 25th wedding anniversary became a wonderful memory we will never forget for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much to all of your staff for such an incredible experience. Whenever we visit Nagoya again, we would love to stay here again. The female staff member at reception during check-in impressed me with her proactive, exemplary hospitality. I stay at Hotels for a change of pace, and this Hotel made me feel at ease in every way—facilities, staff, and overall comfort—with no small discomforts. It was part of the Plan, but I gladly took them up on it and stayed for 24 hours. At reception, they said, “Please let us know if there is anything you need,” showing a positive attitude. At the restaurant as well: “Please relax and enjoy your stay.” They even asked, “Did you sleep well?” You don’t often hear that elsewhere. It had been a while since I stayed at a major international chain Hotel, and their training truly showed. The Room design is also charming. I can see why it’s popular with guests from both Japan and abroad.

I was so happy to stay here again after a while, and I had a wonderful time. As always, I truly appreciated the friendly, warm hospitality of the staff. This time we were also treated to a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji, which left me feeling refreshed both physically and mentally! In addition, SCAPES’ original skincare products are excellent—I used the serum and toner thoroughly after my bath and my skin felt beautifully radiant. I can’t wait to come back again soon.

All staff members who supported us were incredibly hospitable, and it made our trip truly wonderful. Our whole family was very satisfied—thank you! The facilities were up to date, and the security was excellent. The Ryokan was also very clean and hygienic. Both dinner and breakfast were delicately and elegantly seasoned, everything was fresh, and we enjoyed every dish—it was all delicious. This is a Hotel we would definitely want to stay at again! I’ve stayed at many ryokan and hotels, but this was the number one property for me. The baths were spotless and felt very clean. The amenities also showed thoughtful attention to detail. The meals were delicious, and the staff were polite, attentive, and very kind. It was one of the few places that truly made me want to come back again.

The bath, the room, the sauna, the food, and all of the staff were outstanding. The goats were incredibly cute and so relaxing! My daughter was totally absorbed in feeding them and said on the way home that she definitely wants to stay again! We plan to visit again if we have the chance!

This was my first stay here. From the moment I arrived at the Hotel, the staff’s hospitality at the entrance was so attentive that it’s impossible to compare with other hotels. When I entered my Room, it was spotless—not a speck of dust—and I was truly impressed by the outstanding skill of the housekeeping team. In the evening, I used in-room dining and had grilled vegetables, soup, and focaccia. Everything was absolutely delicious and genuinely moving. If you stay here, I highly recommend trying in-room dining. This time I booked a Plan with breakfast included, so I enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor. There were three options to choose from, and I felt it’s a menu loved by guests of all ages. I traveled here from Tohoku, and it took quite a bit of time and money—but this was an exceptional Hotel that still made me think, “I want to stay here anyway!” Thank you very much for taking such great care of me during my stay.

This was my first stay. I visit Osaka every 2–3 months, and this hotel provided an outstanding experience in every way. Check-in was smooth, and the amenities were the most extensive I’ve ever seen. Since I take baths more than three times a day, the complimentary bath salts, bath towels, and hand towels were especially appreciated. The 24-hour free drink bar and complimentary alcohol meant there was no need to stop by a convenience store. The free popcorn, chocolate snacks, and candies were also a delightful touch. The room had a smart TV, delicious bottled water in the fridge, and even a microwave in each room. The bathroom and toilet are separate, making it very comfortable. There’s also a jet bath and a TV in the bathroom. There were plenty of amenities inside the room as well—ones I didn’t use myself but would be great for women. With complimentary breakfast service, late-night noodles in the evening, and afternoon tea in the afternoon, there were so many wonderful services included. With prices rising everywhere these days, I almost felt sorry paying this rate for such great value. Every staff member showed exceptional hospitality—I was completely satisfied. The location is excellent as well: Namba Station on the subway line(s), JR Namba Station, and Nankai Namba Station are all within about five minutes’ walk. This is a fantastic hotel that I can confidently recommend to others. It’s definitely a hotel I want to stay at again whenever I’m in Osaka. Thank you very much.

This was my first return visit in quite a while. So much time had passed that my memories from the last stay had faded, but I still remembered how good it was—so I decided to stay again. Just like last time, everything was excellent! The hospitality and the staff were truly wonderful. It’s definitely a place you’ll want to come back to. Thank you very much.

My wife and I stayed here to see the redevelopment of a place that means a lot to us, and it was an extremely comfortable stay that showcased all the best aspects of this new Hotel. In particular, as many others have mentioned, our time in the Gold Lounge was wonderful. Perhaps it helped that we stayed just before a long holiday weekend and could enjoy a calm atmosphere, but even compared with lounges at other Hotels, there were many standout points—such as evening cocktails with a bartender (the whisky-based cocktails were especially delicious) and an excellent food selection at checkout (the beer after the pool and the wrap sandwiches were fantastic). If I had to mention one thing, it would be that draft beer would have been nice. Breakfast was also very good (though it was unfortunate that fibers from the napkins frayed and stuck to my black clothes...), and we were impressed by the staff’s language skills and high level of hospitality. The facilities were outstanding as well: a bay-view Room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an infinity pool with Tokyo Tower right nearby, and an outdoor jacuzzi. The baked sweets and cakes we bought as souvenirs were all delicious—especially the macarons, which were a big hit in our household. We’re already talking about coming back next time as a family of three. We also heard that a Raffles Hotel from the same group is scheduled to open in Hamamatsucho in 2028, which gives us even more to look forward to.

Even on a rainy day, I was able to arrive without getting wet at all from Sakuragicho Station’s South New Ticket Gate. I had booked two rooms for one person and was a bit confused at check-in, but the staff helped me right away and the process went smoothly. There’s also a Seijo Ishii supermarket on the first floor, which made it incredibly convenient to pick up delicious drinks and snacks for an evening nightcap. Of course, the room was clean as well, and I appreciated the comfortable hospitality that was eco-conscious without being excessive.

For quite some time now, I’ve been staying here about once a month. The moment I step inside, my mind switches from the everyday to something extraordinary. I keep coming back because I want to feel that shift. The Room and the meals are flawless, and above all, the quality of the sauna relaxation room is exceptional. To be honest, I like it so much that I almost hesitate to write this—because more people might find out and it could get crowded. The service is also impressively attentive every time—exactly what you’d expect from a top-class Hotel. It feels well worth the price. And most of all, the quiet here is wonderful. There aren’t many places where you can truly unwind and return to yourself in peace. For me, this is genuinely my third place. I hope to keep coming at least once a month for years to come… which is exactly why, if I’m being honest, I kind of hope it doesn’t get too busy (laugh).
