We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It seems the lounge was recently renovated: the previous location was closed, and a restaurant on the same 3rd floor was remodeled and reopened as the new lounge. This time we used it during all available hours, and there is nothing to complain about. The pancakes and freshly squeezed juice mentioned in past Reviews were not available, but a variety of items are served at each time slot, so we were fully satisfied. The meat dishes and egg dishes are cooked after ordering, so they are served freshly made. The taste was excellent as well. There was also a wide selection of alcoholic drinks during cocktail time, which we really enjoyed. Of course, there were plenty of soft drinks too. I enjoy drinking, so I even had beer in the morning (though I’m not sure if that was allowed time-wise). Even without adding breakfast and dinner, you can be more than satisfied. Unlike before, you can only enter the lounge with your Room key card, which felt reassuring. It also serves as the check-in counter, so we were able to relax at the Hotel from 2:30 pm until 12:00 pm the next day. Our Room had a front-facing view of Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower, and thank you for preparing anniversary sweets in our Room. If we have another opportunity, we would love to use this Plan again.

I stayed for one night in the middle of my itinerary, and this was my favorite Hotel of the entire trip. The bar counter and lobby that come into view right after entering the entrance immediately got me excited. The Room was clean and stylish. The washbasin area was the open type with no partition from the Room, which is common in newer Hotels, but it didn’t cause any inconvenience. If anything, it made the Room feel more spacious than its actual square meter size. Although I didn’t use them, it seems they also offer a thoughtful selection of items for loan, which felt very considerate for guests on a Multiple Night Stay. The sofa and bed were comfortable as well, and I enjoyed having dinner in the Room that evening. The Onsen was also more than spacious enough and included an open-air bath. Maybe my timing was lucky, but there were few other guests, so it was extremely relaxing. Breakfast was buffet-style; even with a pleasant level of bustle, there were many attentive staff members who made it a great experience. In particular, having egg dishes cooked to my preference was fantastic (you order by QR code so there’s no line, and they bring it to you). A couple of small disappointments: - Parking (I assume it will be improved in the future, but there wasn’t any specific guidance; since it’s simply gravel ground at the moment, checking in at night was a bit confusing.) - The reception staff at the breakfast venue (I had planned on No Meals Included originally, but I was so impressed by how wonderful this Hotel is—and seeing available seats—I asked if I could join the breakfast buffet last minute. However, whenever I asked about seating or pricing details, I received guidance that strongly emphasized only negative points. It made me wonder if walk-ins aren’t really welcomed. That said, once inside—especially thanks to the excellent male staff member overseeing service—the experience turned out very positive.) I’m not sure what prices are like during peak winter season, but this is a Hotel I definitely want to stop by again whenever I visit Hokkaido.

Welcome drinks, especially the cold sake, were a delightful touch appreciated by the host. Although the walk to the bath was a bit long, guests could choose their yukata, and the men's and women's baths alternated daily for added variety. The Room was a spacious Japanese-Western style, and dinner was served in just the right portions. After check-out, guests could relax in the lobby or garden at their leisure.

We chose this Accommodation for our wedding anniversary, hoping for somewhere a little special this year. My husband and I are usually busy with our own schedules, and we’re often surprised by how little time we have to talk at home, but that day we ended up reminiscing about old memories the whole time (laugh). The staff were considerate and didn’t speak to us more than necessary, which made us feel they truly valued our time together. In the morning, we woke up early for a short walk and then returned to the Accommodation, and it was nice to head to breakfast without rushing. It became a wonderful anniversary memory.

I stayed here on a business trip to Okinawa. Regarding the multi-story parking garage operations that others had mentioned, the staff explained everything carefully, and I was able to park without any stress. It would be even better if there were a space near the entrance of the garage where guests could temporarily place their luggage. The front desk staff at check-in were professional; although they were from overseas, communication was not an issue. The Room was very spacious for one person, as this is a condo-style Hotel (in a good way). There were many features that highlighted the benefits of a hotel condo, such as a large refrigerator, a comfortable sofa, and a spacious vanity area. The view of American Village from the lanai was also wonderful. Staying just one night felt like a waste—I think this Hotel is ideal for families planning a Multiple Night Stay. I’ll stay here with my family next time!

The location, service, and facilities offered more value than the price. I had a pleasant stay and would like to use it again.

Since I was often away from the Accommodation and wanted to bathe whenever I liked, I chose a room with a private open-air bath. By adjusting the hot spring source myself, I could control the water temperature, and soaking in the crisp morning air was wonderful.

We were able to stay at a great price with a last-minute deal during heavy rain. The Room was disappointing in that there was no valuables box, and the toilet exhaust fan didn’t work. For valuables, we had to go all the way to the bath area on the 5th floor to use the valuables box there, then head to the far open-air bath on the 6th floor. The open-air bath was amazing. We went in during heavy rain wearing a woven hat, but there were only two, so other guests seemed inconvenienced. We enjoyed it enough and handed our umbrella over before leaving. It would be better if a few more were provided. Amenities in the Room were minimal, and anything else you need is placed on the 1st floor, so you go pick it up yourself. The pillow was very thin, so we borrowed one from three types of pillows available on the 1st floor. When I visited it was pouring rain and there weren’t many other guests, so pillows were still available—but I wonder if they restock them when it’s busy? As for meals, for this price they were acceptable. The steak was processed meat. It’s all-you-can-eat crab, but it’s better not to expect too much. There was also eel; warming it up on the hot plate after cooking steak made it tasty. For breakfast, the DIY rice bowl (toppings over rice) was delicious. Above all, drinks were all-you-can-drink from check-in until 11:00 p.m.—dinner started just 30 minutes after welcome drinks ended—and after that we went to the bar. Since you can take drinks back to your Room as well, we relaxed and drank plenty. The welcome oden and steamed meat buns were also delicious. We also enjoyed midnight udon as a late-night snack—overall we fully made use of everything. The staff members were foreigners as well, but everyone worked very hard and they were wonderful. We would definitely like to return again. Thank you very much.

- The staff were very helpful. - The dishes included in the course were delicious and generous for the price. - We were too tired from sightseeing before arrival to see everything, but there were many kid-friendly spots inside the Hotel, which made it great for families. - When traveling to Fukui near this Hotel again, we would like to stay here again.

I had errands in Uehommachi and debated staying at the Marriott in Tennoji, but choosing this place was the right call. It felt different from what I expected, and I was more than satisfied! The bed was very clean. The bathroom and toilet felt a bit dated, but nothing that bothered me. The amenities covered everything I needed, and if you need anything extra, there’s a FamilyMart nearby as well as Kintetsu Department Store.

I stayed in a single Room. It was very compact, and for someone small like me it felt like a very relaxing space. (For larger guests, the toilet may feel cramped.) I also liked that the amenities were simple and just the essentials. Since a large bed takes up most of the Room, I was able to lounge around comfortably. The Room had a shower, but I wanted to enjoy a Moor Onsen, so I used a day-use Onsen at another Hotel just a short walk away. It was a large Moor Onsen with free-flowing natural spring water, and I was able to relax at length. And the Hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious!

This was my first time visiting Yugawara Onsen. All the staff were very courteous and cheerful, and I had a comfortable stay. The food was simply delicious!! The presentation was enjoyable, and everything tasted great—I was very satisfied. The Onsen water was on the mild side, which suited me since I’m not good with very hot baths, so I could soak a little longer. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. I also liked that there was a café area with jazz playing.

To sum it up, it was amazing! The Accommodation isn’t large or brand-new, but it was very clean and had a cozy, pension-like feel. The buffet was carefully prepared dish by dish, and everything was truly delicious. Empty drinks were replenished right away, and there was more than enough variety for me. (Some items, such as beer, are available for an additional charge.) Even beyond meals, drinks were available until 21:00, with snacks as well—the hospitality was outstanding. All-inclusive is the best! Everything was handled with such care that I was genuinely impressed. Of course, the staff were wonderful as well. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again when I visit. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for a wonderful day the other day. Checking in through gardens in full seasonal bloom was a delight, and your bright, courteous service immediately put us at ease. The Room with a front-row view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge was spacious and spotless, and everything stood out as exceptional among all the Hotels and Accommodations we have visited so far; we could truly feel the Hotel’s thoughtful hospitality everywhere we looked. We had dinner in Kobe City and only breakfast at the Hotel, but the in-room breakfast was absolutely delicious. We happened to make a Reservation at this Hotel for our trip to Kobe, but thanks to the heartfelt care shown by all of your staff, we were able to spend a day that will remain a cherished memory. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much to everyone on the staff.

A Room with an open-air bath, great views, and a wonderful atmosphere. We also appreciated being able to enjoy free drinks such as beer. Both dinner and breakfast were satisfying in both quantity and quality. The relaxed dining atmosphere was excellent! The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was also very pleasant.

Everything—from the service and the Hotel’s interior design to the teppanyaki and even the smallest details in the guest room—was perfect. It was a truly moving and wonderful stay.

Stayed here to visit Akasaka ACT Theater. Simple and stylish, with an amenity bar; the location was great and it was very comfortable. Free coffee was available anytime, and we also enjoyed self-serve donuts as a snack.

I was very satisfied. The moment I walked in, I thought, “It’s more spacious than I expected!” It was clean and felt like a place where I could truly relax. This time I stayed alone, but the sofa is wide enough for two people, and there were sliding partitions between the bed area and the washbasin area, so even with a companion you could get ready comfortably. The staff were also very kind—when I was about to shop at the store, they told me about a survey, which helped me save money. If I had to mention one issue, the washbasin is a bit small, so water tends to splash around each time you use it. Overall, it was a wonderful Hotel with great value for money—I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed for one night during our summer vacation trip. We came mainly for the pool, but there were so many events and fun activities for kids throughout the property that one night was nowhere near enough! Everyone was so kind to our children, and they were very happy—they keep saying they want to come back again (lol). When we visit Awaji Island again, we would love to stay here again!!

It was my first stay in a while, and the floor had a calm atmosphere. The Room was spacious, thoroughly cleaned, and clearly well maintained with an excellent sense of cleanliness. Above all, every staff member was courteous and professional, which made my stay very comfortable. Choosing this property for my time in Osaka was absolutely the right decision. I would love to stay again when I have the opportunity, and I look forward to seeing you then.
