This time, we stayed for two nights and needed to change rooms, but the Hotel handled it smoothly. Sorry for always making special requests. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. We could see Tokyo Skytree from our Room, and the night view was wonderful. I stayed with friends for a fan-activity getaway, and being able to borrow a DVD player made our time very comfortable and fun. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious—we were very satisfied. I would like to stay again.

I made a Reservation the day before my stay after reading the reviews. It was No Meals Included, but the service and atmosphere were great—this was a wonderful Hotel just as described. There is parking, and it’s fairly close to the station, so I recommend it. If I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely stay here. To all the staff, thank you for providing such a comfortable space.

I love Manyo-no-Yu’s hydrogen-rich water bath because it leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. Manyo-no-Yu also offers both Japanese and Western breakfast options, and during a Multiple Night Stay I enjoy choosing whichever I feel like each morning. I’d like to stay at more Manyo-no-Yu locations in the future.

Our family of three stayed in the ocean-view Room “Mizuwori.” What left the strongest impression was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From their demeanor during the Shuttle Service to their attentive care with in-room dining, everything was never stiff yet always thoughtful and thorough, making our stay truly comfortable. The Room itself was also wonderful. Recently renovated, it features a modern, refined interior while preserving a Japanese atmosphere. The sofa and massage chair were very comfortable, and above all, being able to view the Great Torii from the Room was exceptional. It’s a Room that truly makes you feel it’s worth staying overnight on Miyajima. The complimentary services are also very well provided. In particular, the rooftop space on the top floor was a lovely place to relax while enjoying views of Miyajima. It was also nice that drinks and ice cream were available free of charge—you can really feel their desire to delight guests. The large public bath was clean and pleasant to use, and at breakfast there was an appropriate amount of space between guests so we could enjoy our meal in a calm setting. Both dinner and breakfast were completely satisfying in both taste and portion size. Dinner especially—being able to enjoy it slowly as a family in our Room—became a wonderful memory from this trip. Above all, what makes Kinsuikan so appealing is its superb location. It is close to Itsukushima Shrine, the Great Torii, and Omotesando Street, allowing you not only to sightsee during the day but also easily enjoy the Great Torii at night when day-trippers have thinned out, as well as quiet Miyajima early the next morning. Cuisine, service, hospitality, and location—everything is balanced at an exceptionally high level here. This Accommodation truly made us feel glad we chose to stay overnight on Miyajima. If we have another chance to visit Miyajima again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

The Room, bath, and bedding were all clean, and everything was comfortable—I was very satisfied. The large public bath also had many different types of baths, which I really enjoyed. The lukewarm bath felt great, the sauna was hot, and it helped me recover from fatigue. There were many great points, but the breakfast was especially delicious—I was truly impressed. The seasoning of each dish, the portion sizes, and the freshness were at a level you rarely come across. I’d love to have it again. Thank you to everyone in the kitchen and restaurant. When I visit Matsuyama again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

A one-night trip with three friends. On the day of our stay, they picked us up at the station regardless of our arrival time, and after checkout they stored our luggage and later drove us back to the station after sightseeing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, we were able to relax in the Onsen, and the Room was spacious—making it a truly wonderful trip. This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

Stayed with three friends. - Overall New and clean. - Room Spacious. The wide sink made it comfortable to stay even on a trip with friends. The bunk bed room was unique, offering just the right amount of personal space, and it was great that it wasn’t an extra bed. - Private Sauna A proper sauna that warms you up thoroughly. You can sweat in a short time, enjoy the cold plunge pool, and relax on the terrace afterward. - Breakfast Enjoyed breakfast on a terrace with a stunning view of Sakurajima right in front of us. The season was perfect for spending such pleasant moments outdoors.

Our family of five (four adults and our third son, 1 year and 9 months old) stayed here. We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time, but the weather on the day was terrible—so bad we were caught in a sudden torrential downpour. The heavy rain made visibility poor on the way to the Facility, and it was still pouring at check-in, but thanks to the staff’s kind and careful guidance, we were able to get into our dome tent safely. Unfortunately, the bonfire event planned at the center was canceled, but that couldn’t be helped given the weather. Even so, the Facility offered a rainy-day-only service of lending a projector free of charge (normally 1,000 yen). Thanks to that thoughtful gesture, our kids never got bored and we were able to enjoy glamping in a way that only a rainy day can offer. By the time we headed to the large public bathhouse, the rain had stopped for a while and there were few other guests. The men’s bath (with our kids) and women’s bath (for my wife) each felt like private use. We could relax without worrying about anyone else—and for our 1-year-9-month-old son it was his very first large public bath. Seeing him enjoy it without being scared put smiles on all of our faces. Even at night the weather remained unsettled—rain on and off with occasional thunder—but we couldn’t give up on seeing the stars. After putting our youngest to sleep, we took it easy with coffee. When I stepped outside around 3:00 a.m., all the clouds had cleared away, revealing an unbelievably beautiful sky full of stars. Countless stars shone brightly—far more than you could ever see in town—and I felt staying up late was truly worth it. On another note, perhaps because of the heavy rain, a few millipedes found their way into our house tent area and our older two boys made quite a fuss in the middle of night (laughs). We ended up slightly sleep-deprived, but now it has become one more funny family story—something that comes with being surrounded by nature. In the morning we woke up to birdsong. The fresh air made for an incredibly pleasant start to day—a luxurious moment you can’t experience in everyday life. The previous day’s bonfire had been canceled as an event, but they kindly arranged for each house area to enjoy one until 8:30 a.m. next morning instead. Watching fire while drinking coffee and reading was exactly what I’d hoped for. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast together as family on deck in front of house area; meals eaten in nature are something special every time—and everything was delicious. Even after returning home,we kept talking about how much we'd love come back again."

I stayed here for the first time, mainly as a stopover. With the discount on IKYU.com, it was an excellent value. The Facility is luxurious throughout, and the staff were outstanding. Before my stay, I was a bit concerned about access since it’s slightly far from the subway station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot to Hisaya-odori and you can enter the underground shopping area, so it didn’t feel inconvenient. For dining, I used Nadaman in the Hotel with my dinner companion’s arrangements and ordered à la carte; the service was attentive and the food was delicious. It was such a comfortable stay that I regret not choosing this Hotel sooner.

Thank you so much to all the staff at the club lounge for taking such great care of us. Everyone was attentive, kind, and cheerful, and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail time, and even after that we were treated to motsunabe hot pot. We also had some sake—it was delicious. Thank you as well for chatting with us even though we’re a couple in our 70s! It was just a short getaway within Tokyo, but we were completely satisfied. Thank you again. The Room and Facility were lovely, but the pillow felt a little too soft for me.

I had only known Hotel Okura Kobe, but since this was my first trip to Hakata, I chose Hotel Okura Fukuoka. The service and housekeeping were excellent, and access from the Shinkansen station was easy to understand and very convenient. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I truly appreciate the female staff member who kindly showed me on a map where to find delicious ramen and answered my questions with a smile. It immediately put me at ease, and I felt glad I made this Reservation. I couldn’t stop by the basement brewery due to time constraints, but a male staff member also kindly informed me that I could buy beer at the shop. Having stayed at inexpensive Business Hotels near stations before, I was reminded how valuable local tips and guidance gained through genuine conversation can be—and how they become part of your travel memories. To everyone at Hotel Okura Fukuoka, thank you for giving me such wonderful memories.

I stayed here for my mother’s birthday trip. This was actually my second trip to Okinawa Island, and the very first Hotel I stayed at on my very first Okinawa trip was also Hotel Palm Royal Resort (about 20 years ago). They kindly upgraded our Room for free, and when I arrived soaked from heavy rain that day, a woman at the front desk greeted me with a smile and offered me a towel. The hospitality was truly wonderful! Breakfast was also delicious! The staff were very friendly and even chose a recommended seat for us. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this one has the best hospitality by far. It felt like coming home. I’d love to stay again. Thank you so much!!

This was our second stay, following last year’s visit. The post-bath drinks were well stocked, and the indoor dog run and complimentary pet treats were even better than last year. Our pet could join us in the dining area, and it was convenient that pets can be walked on a leash inside the property without needing to stay in a carrier. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that there were few outlets in the room and their locations weren’t very convenient, but we borrowed an extension cord from the front desk to manage. We would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed for two nights as a family, and with its great location, well-designed Room layout, and highly functional facilities, this is a Hotel we would recommend to anyone vacationing in the Goto Islands. Our whole family was very happy with our stay. When we visit Goto again, this is the Hotel we definitely want to stay at. Thank you very much.

Everything exceeded our expectations in every way, and we had a very comfortable stay. If I had to mention one thing, it would be even better if there were a Shuttle Service from the nearest station.

Since the full renovation, every facility has been spotless. I was satisfied with everything, but I was especially surprised at how spacious all four private baths were—and they were impeccably clean. The water was excellent, with no unpleasant chlorine smell overpowering the sulfur scent. The Nordic-style sauna was also very relaxing. The meals were delicious and just the right amount. This is a Ryokan I would definitely like to visit again.

I stayed here on a tour a few years ago, so this was a repeat visit. It’s clean, and above all, all the staff are polite and welcoming with smiles! I had a very comfortable stay. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Sado.

The room was clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was excellent. I was surprised to see beef tongue served for breakfast. Although I usually don't eat much breakfast, I had seconds of both rice and beef tongue. The beef curry was also delicious. If I visit Shiroishi again, I would definitely like to stay here again. I usually stay as a couple, but this time I stayed alone and have trouble with my legs. I was a little anxious, but thanks to your thoughtful support I was able to stay comfortably. I am truly grateful. The Grand Hotel is still the most relaxing and my favorite.
