I decided to stay because the Reviews were so positive, though honestly I wasn’t expecting that much. However, the Onsen, meals, and service were truly outstanding. The ceramic bath and private baths could be used as many times as you like with no additional charge, and the staff made me feel comfortable leaving everything in their hands. I highly recommend the ceramic bath. The large public bath also had a great view and an open, relaxing atmosphere, and the sauna was spacious as well. Of course, the bath in the Room was also excellent—you can adjust the temperature. Above all, every meal was exceptional! Both the French cuisine and Japanese cuisine may have been my best ever. It was a moving experience that delighted all five senses. The service—and conversations—from each chef and all of the staff were truly wonderful! I would definitely love to return again. Thank you very much.

First of all, the dining was outstanding. We tried the French, teppanyaki, and sushi restaurants, and everything was perfect. If these were in a city, each would be a hugely popular spot. All the staff were kind, and you can really feel their dedication to welcoming guests. The Room had a large glass wall facing the ocean, and we had an amazing time on the balcony—enjoying coffee while looking out at the sea and having breakfast there as well. The pool is generously sized, so you can swim properly. We enjoyed going back and forth between the pool and the jacuzzi in the bath area all day long. It truly felt like paradise at this Hotel. We plan to return many times.

My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. That morning, we joined a river kayaking tour, and since there were no changing facilities near the river, I asked if it would be okay to arrive still wearing our wet wetsuits. They kindly agreed, which I truly appreciated. We were dropped off by the tour staff, and the moment we arrived, the breathtaking view of a beautiful infinity pool under a clear blue sky spread out before us—I couldn’t help but shout, “Wow, amazing!” We were shown to seats by the poolside, and even before checking in my friend said, “Wow… I should’ve brought my laptop. Next time we have to bring our laptops and stay longer for a workcation.” We were then shown to our Room. When I tried to open my suitcase, it wouldn’t open—an unexpected mishap—but after speaking with the butler right away they prepared an adorable tracksuit that could be worn over swimwear and arranged a rental car for us. Thanks to that, we were able to get it opened at a local gas station we had found in advance. For dinner, they prepared a handmade welcome plate inspired by the kayaking experience and the sea turtle nesting observation tour we had done—it was moving from the moment we sat down. Every dish was something new to us and absolutely delicious; in particular, I loved the peach sorbet served by the pastry chef. We got so caught up in eating and chatting that we stayed late, yet the chef still came out with a smile to see us off all the way until we boarded the golf cart back to our Room. The next morning we joined a kokedama (moss ball) workshop and enjoyed making one while learning all kinds of things about plants. I’ve forgotten the plant’s name now, but when I mentioned that I like tea, they also wrapped large leaves that can be enjoyed as tea together with my kokedama. We were probably the noisiest guests during our stay as just two people, yet everyone treated us with kindness until the very end—I’m nothing but grateful. Next time, I plan to bring my laptop and come back for a longer workcation stay.

I have stayed at many so-called top-tier Hotels, but this was the best experience I have ever had. As others have said, the hospitality was truly exceptional—going above and beyond what I could have imagined. Breakfast at Gion Kawakami was also an outstanding experience. I would love to visit again in a different season.

We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. Since dinner isn’t included, there is a shuttle bus to and from the Kanazawa Station area, which makes it easy to go out to eat. Even though it’s one Room, the bath and toilet are in the middle, so it feels like the space is divided, which I liked. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options; the Kanazawa curry is delicious, and there are plenty of side dishes too—it's a luxurious breakfast that I really enjoyed. As soon as you enter the Hotel entrance, it smells wonderful, which I loved. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kanazawa.

My wife and I stayed here as a reward after work. Everything was wonderful—the butler service, the food, and the atmosphere. The early evening with a hint of autumn and the refreshing mornings were both amazing. Staying for about two nights would be perfect. Next time, I’d like to try another Room as well. Thank you—my wife was very satisfied too. The meat miso we received was so good we couldn’t stop eating rice.

Once again, we had a wonderful stay. The room and meals were excellent, of course, but what stayed with us most was the warm kindness of all the staff. On our last day, my husband unexpectedly fell at the gym. Thankfully it was nothing serious, but we truly appreciated all the care and consideration you showed us. At check-out, the Hotel kindly arranged a car to take us to Tokyo Station. After getting out and starting to walk toward the station, I casually looked back and saw that the car had not driven away right away—it remained there quietly seeing us off. I was deeply moved by that warmth and by how much you valued your guests until the very end. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Four women stayed in a Japanese-Western style room—ocean view!! We relaxed on the spacious sofa, and our conversation really flowed. Above all, the meals were outstanding. Every dish in the creative dinner was simply “Delicious!” Breakfast was a perfect 100, too! The front desk’s attentiveness and the restaurant’s serving timing were also flawless.

This was my first time staying at Vischio, and choosing this property based on the Reviews was absolutely the right decision. It’s close to the station, the Room was clean, and the Onsen was spacious and spotless with everything I needed—perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Adding breakfast was also a great choice. There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything—from fruit to desserts—was very delicious. It’s not unnecessarily luxurious, but it’s modern, clean, and has everything you need, so it was a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

It was our first trip to Okinawa in a while. In the past, we traveled with our children and visited many places, so we didn’t spend much time at the Hotel. Now that we are both in our 60s, we enjoyed a relaxing Multiple Night Stay for two nights. Because it is a remote island a little far from Naha, we could truly feel the authentic, non-touristy Okinawa. Not only was the food wonderful, but being warmly chatted with by the staff was the greatest “reward” of all. We became fans of Kouri Island and One Suite. We would love to visit again.

During our trip from the main island to Miyakojima, we stayed here for the entire time on the main island. The Room was spacious and very clean! We were truly touched by the honeymoon towel art and flowers that were prepared for us. The view of the ocean and Kouri Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. My husband was thrilled with the Agu pork shabu-shabu dinner. We also dined at a restaurant in the Hotel group, and it was delicious and stylish as well. Breakfast was delivered to our Room, and even during our Multiple Night Stay, they changed the menu each day—everything was so thoughtful. We had a wonderfully relaxing Hotel stay while enjoying a resort atmosphere, and our time on Kouri Island became an unforgettable memory. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again someday.

At this Hotel with wonderful interiors, I was able to relax in the Onsen, enjoy truly delicious vegan cuisine, and spend a very happy time. All of the staff were kind, helpful, and courteous—I was truly impressed. Next year, I’d love to stay for about a week and enjoy a slow summer vacation. It was such a lovely summer that it made me hope I could spend my retirement at a Hotel like this.

Whenever I’m on a business trip to Kanagawa, I always stay here as my regular Accommodation. Although this Hotel is close to the station, it’s very quiet, so I can truly relax and sleep well. This time, after checking in and doing office work in my Room, loud music was playing from the neighboring Room and it was unpleasant, so I consulted the front desk. They immediately changed me to another Room. I believe this prompt response also proves how comfortable this Hotel is. I would like to continue staying here.

I stayed here during the summer vacation of 2024. I couldn’t forget how moved I was, so I came back again after two years. The night view of Nagasaki, the excellent service from the staff, the comfort of the Room, and my satisfaction with breakfast, the restaurant, and the lounge—everything was just as wonderful as last time. The five-day Hotel stay flew by, but I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. Next time, maybe I’ll be even more ambitious and stay for seven days. It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

I always stay here to enjoy an extraordinary and special time away from everyday life. The cocktail-time dishes, carefully prepared right in front of us by the dedicated Club Lounge chef, are of outstanding quality and impress me every time. Also, on the second day, the executive chef came around to greet guests, and I was honored to meet them. All of the lounge staff always provide warm, personal service with a smile. Even after checkout, they kindly saw me off until I got into my taxi. Once again, I was truly soothed by the delicious food and exceptional hospitality. I am deeply grateful to all of the staff. I look forward to seeing you again.

The welcome herbal water drink was delicious—absolutely amazing!! This is truly a tropical paradise, a Resort Hotel. The view from the ocean-view Room was breathtaking—it really felt like “time, please stop!” As we left the Hotel from the parking lot, a handsome front desk staff member waved goodbye, which left a wonderful impression. It was an excellent Hotel that made us want to come back.

We traveled to Miyazaki from Osaka as a family of three for our daughter’s birthday, because she wanted to try authentic spicy ramen. It was a very hot midsummer day, but the Room was cool, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom with a jet bath was spacious, and we were also delighted with the BVLGARI amenities. Since we hadn’t made a Reservation for the dinner course, we asked for à la carte at the restaurant at short notice. The cheerful chef kindly listened to our requests, and we enjoyed delicious Miyazaki beef and wine in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. For breakfast, the three of us ordered different dishes—Japanese-style breakfast, Western-style breakfast, and Eggs Benedict—and everything was excellent. As we didn’t need to drive anywhere afterward, we were able to enjoy plenty of drinks from the morning. In particular, the original(?) sausage in the Western-style breakfast was so flavorful that I wished I could have had more—either as seconds or even as a takeaway. During our stay, they also prepared a birthday celebration plate for our daughter, recommended a great spicy ramen shop, and gave us time to relax in the lounge with drinks while enjoying conversations with our daughter that we don’t often get to have. Thanks to this warm hospitality from all the staff who created such a welcoming environment, it became an extremely comfortable trip to Miyazaki. I truly think this is a highly recommended Hotel. To all the staff members: thank you very much for such a wonderful time.
