It was a truly wonderful Accommodation. We stayed with seven people in total—our family of five plus my parents. The moment we stepped into the Room, a soft, pleasant fragrance seemed to drift from somewhere, and the entire property was spotless and impeccably clean, making our stay extremely comfortable. Even though we never met in person, the thoughtful touches throughout the Accommodation conveyed such warm hospitality. The refrigerator had not only bottled water for each guest but also several juices, and there were coffee beans and herbal tea as well—an excellent selection of drinks alone. From amenities like skincare products to the provided plates, cups, and other tableware, appliances, bathwater volume, and even the toilet paper—every detail reflected careful consideration. Among all the private whole-house rentals we’ve stayed in so far, this one was especially memorable. The kids had a blast playing hide-and-seek inside and enjoying the view from the garden. My spouse and I—and my parents as well—were able to forget everyday life and spend a relaxing time together. Our whole family truly unwound while enjoying a wonderful stay. It’s an Accommodation we would absolutely love to stay at again.

We stayed here last year with our dog and loved it so much that we came back again this year. Our dog had the freedom to play in the garden dog run, and the BBQ while listening to the sound of the waves was amazing. The sunset was beautiful, and from the back door you can reach the beach in no time. We even received a souvenir when we checked out. We’ll definitely be back!

I visited this auberge for the first time on a two-person trip with my daughter—I'm a serious Onsen lover, and she’s happy to come along as long as there’s great food. We were excited from the start. Since we’re the “stay-in and relax” type who don’t need sightseeing, this was the best Accommodation that met all my requirements, including an all-inclusive plan. The Room options by type matched our request perfectly, and I felt soothed in a space with a style I love. The food was, of course, outstanding—everything tasted new to me, and I was truly impressed! It exceeded my expectations so much that I was far too full to enjoy much of the after-dinner drinks in the lounge or the snacks and sweets, and I didn’t even make it to the cup noodles. I was also amazed by how many kinds of complimentary drinks were available, and there was plenty of beer and water stocked in the Room refrigerator as well. The amenities felt very luxurious. They were such good quality that there’s no need to bring your own. Because it was just us at breakfast, we were able to chat with one of the female staff members (I wish I had asked her name) and enjoy a wonderful time right up until close to checkout. They even had bread from my favorite bakery prepared for us—I was so happy. It’s a shame I can’t write about the Onsen experience, but instead we were able to enjoy another Onsen nearby, which I’ll take as good luck—and it also gave us a reason (and a promise) to come back for sure. I also feel sorry that you showed us such considerate care—it almost felt like too much. I’m grateful to have found an Accommodation in Yunogo that we’ll definitely return to. I recommend it for important anniversaries, and it has also become a special place as a reward for myself. Two wonderful staff members and an incredibly talented chef. I truly hope this place will be here for many years to come. Thank you so much!

We stayed here on a family trip to Kyoto. Despite its prime location along Nene-no-Michi, which connects Kodaiji Temple and Yasaka Shrine, once you step inside you’ll find a quiet, refined space away from the city bustle—it truly impressed us. The building is said to be 120 years old, yet the interior and Facility are beautifully maintained and very clean, making it extremely comfortable. Thanks to the spacious layout (multiple bedrooms and two bathrooms), we were able to relax at our own pace while still enjoying quality time together as a family. In particular, the view from the second-floor living room with its mini bar was wonderful. Our favorite memory is spending a slow evening there with tea or drinks in hand, chatting as a family. We’re also grateful for the staff’s thoughtful and warm hospitality. It was a special stay that both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed. This is an Accommodation we would absolutely love to return to on our next visit to Kyoto.

Although it was a nearby trip, it was my first time traveling with my parents since becoming an adult. Unfortunately, a typhoon the day before forced us to change various plans, but we truly enjoyed the many colorful dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. My elderly parents, who usually eat small portions, kept saying they couldn’t possibly eat that much, yet they finished almost everything. The Room was compact but clean and comfortable. The staff were also very pleasant, and we had a relaxing short getaway. After such a generous dinner, we were told there would even be inari sushi as a late-night snack. We couldn’t resist and asked for some—and it was delicious. Even while saying we were already full, we ended up eating it all (laugh). One thing: until around 3 a.m., I noticed a low sound—possibly from the boiler?—that echoed and made it hard to sleep for a bit. Since it was only one night, it wasn’t too much of an issue.

Although the building is old, the interior has been thoughtfully renovated and is very comfortable! We stayed as a family of four, and both the bathroom and toilet were spotless, and the futons were fluffy! It’s right in front of the station, so getting out and about was easy—we loved it. The parking lot is also spacious. We come to Kazuno City every year, so we’ll stay here again.

[Hospitality & Service] The Facility staff were kind, friendly, easy to talk to, and truly wonderful. When the fire wouldn’t light, they helped right away, and the next morning they even came over to check on us. From check-in to check-out, their warm and refreshing service made us feel great throughout our stay. (I could tell the moment we arrived that the staff were genuinely nice—haha.) [Room] Both inside and outside the Room were unbelievably clean. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—“comfortable” is exactly the right word. *My friend said the floor in the Room was so clean, cool, and pleasant that he slept on it even though there was a bed—lol.* Everything we used within the Facility was spotless, so you can really tell how much care goes into every detail. [Other] I honestly have no complaints at all, but if I had to mention just three things: 1) It might be nice to have a TV or something in the Facility? → Since you can enjoy BBQ until night, I personally didn’t need one because it’s great just soaking up the atmosphere—but some guests might head back to their Room earlier. 2) The reception location (at check-in) → It’s not particularly hard to find, but since reception is on the opposite side of the main road, having a sign or clearer guidance might help. (There was information online.) 3) This is such a great Facility that I’d love for you to upload more photos!!! → It was even better than what I expected from the listing photos, so I ended up being pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. [Finally] This time I happened to see “Hikone Lakeside Resort KOMOREVILLAGO” recommended and made a Reservation—but it made me want it to become more well-known because it’s such a place worth supporting. It feels like it will keep developing further as well, so I’m really looking forward to what’s next—haha. I know it must be tough at times, but I hope you keep going strong. Thank you for providing such a comfortable space!!

My stay at “Fuji Seiran” in Toda Onsen was truly special and left a lasting impression. What struck me first was the location. From the guest rooms and many areas throughout the property, you can enjoy luxurious views of Mt. Fuji, a UNESCO World Heritage site, creating a wonderful sense of being one with nature. On the day I visited, the sky had cleared after a typhoon, and the air was astonishingly crisp—Mt. Fuji’s silhouette stood out sharply in the distance. At sunset, the beauty of the sky was simply beyond words. The room featured a refined modern Japanese design that balanced calm comfort with an upscale feel. Sitting by the window and taking in the scenery at leisure was a truly indulgent moment that made me forget everyday noise and stress. The Onsen was also excellent—gentle on the skin, and afterward I could feel warmth reaching deep into my body. Dinner left an especially strong impression. Using abundant local ingredients from Izu, each dish showcased what makes this area unique: fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables prepared with great care one by one. Everything was beautifully presented, delighting not only my palate but also my eyes. The cuisine brought out the best of local ingredients and made my trip even more satisfying. The staff were exceptionally courteous, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout my stay. In particular, Ms./Mr. S not only explained details about the Accommodation but also shared knowledge about local highlights and ingredients—and our conversations were genuinely enjoyable as well. Thank you very much. From check-in to check-out, I felt comfortable at every moment thanks to this high level of hospitality. With nature, views, cuisine, and relaxation all coming together perfectly, Fuji Seiran is an Accommodation I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an extraordinary getaway. It was a memorable stay that made me sincerely want to return again someday.

We visited as a family trip. Because we arrived late, we checked in, picked up the welcome sweets, took a look at our Room, and then headed to the Onsen. The outdoor bath “Shirogane-no-Yu” was wonderful—my skin felt so moisturized! We stayed in a Villa Suite. It’s a log-cabin cottage style Accommodation, and the Room was spacious, very clean, and truly relaxing. There aren’t any paintings or decorations in the Room, but the sky, mountains, and trees seen through the window feel like a framed work of art—I could watch it forever (laugh). It made me realize how long it had been since I lived without thinking about time. For dinner we went to Restaurant Aoyama Ryokusui. You can enjoy dishes that reflect Oze’s nature, such as game meat and wild mountain vegetables. Even while waiting for the next course, staff brought ingredients to show us, so we enjoyed the time between dishes as well. Before bed we went to another Onsen inside the Facility. We were told it uses the same water as Shirogane-no-Yu, and it was perfect for a slow soak at night. The next morning we drove to Shiori Pass to see Takigumo (waterfall clouds). We were lucky enough to see them! Waking up early was worth it. It’s just a short drive from the Facility, so I highly recommend it. Breakfast included seasonal vegetables and wild mountain plants as well as river fish—and above all, the rice was delicious! Many of the staff are young, but everyone was polite and greeted us with warm smiles, which helped us relax throughout our stay. If you arrive earlier there also seems to be a kitchen tour; I’d love to join next time if I have the chance. Honestly, my only thought is that I wish we could have stayed longer… We definitely want to come back!

From the Room’s large window, I could see small boats stored away. It was quiet and completely silent. The meals were enhanced by the aroma of olive oil, bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients. I would like to return.

We had the pleasure of welcoming the New Year with exceptional cuisine crafted by the chef, excellent management, and warm hospitality from the staff. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy two days of creative dishes made with carefully selected ingredients from Munakata. The pumpkin potage was truly remarkable. We look forward to visiting again to experience another unforgettable moment.

The Facility was very clean with almost no odor, making it extremely pleasant. We stayed in a suite, which was so spacious for two people that it felt like too much room—probably enough to accommodate six people comfortably. The view from the living room was also fantastic. The meals were delicious, and it was wonderful that dogs could join us at the table. All the Hotel staff were dog lovers and fully committed to a dog-first approach, making our stay exceptional. We would love to stay here again many times in the future!

I stayed here recently, and it was a truly wonderful Ryokan! Above all, the meals were incredibly lavish, and every dish was delicious. I especially loved the miso soup with spiny lobster. I got to fully enjoy the seafood and was completely satisfied! The proprietress was also very friendly and shared lots of stories with us. Rather than feeling like we were staying at a Ryokan, it felt like visiting a warm family home—such a welcoming, homey atmosphere left a strong impression. When I went out for an evening walk, she turned out to be very knowledgeable about constellations and taught me all sorts of things about them—another lovely memory. The Room was very spacious, and since it had just been renovated, it was clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the in-room bath and the balcony was absolutely stunning—I could have stared at it forever. It felt almost “a shame to sleep,” because I enjoyed such a luxurious time. It’s also close to the beach, so after swimming you can head straight to the Ryokan bath—another great plus. Everything flowed smoothly up to dinner time as well, so even after playing in the sea we could relax at our own pace. The Ryokan bath also featured beautiful carvings that showed real attention to detail, making it wonderfully soothing. I’d recommend this Ryokan for both family trips and getaways with your partner. If you want delicious food, a beautiful sea view, and warm hospitality, you should definitely stay here!

We stayed for a one-night, two-day trip to see the autumn leaves as a group of four women. This was our second stay. The accommodation is conveniently located in the center of Kyoto, making it easy to access various destinations. On the first day, we took the Randen train to Arashiyama, and on the second day, we visited Kurama. The staff were kind and provided attentive service, which made us feel very comfortable. At check-in, they served matcha tea along with sweets, which we enjoyed very much. The accommodation offers a cozy space that feels like home where you can relax at ease. It was quiet at night, allowing us to sleep soundly. It’s such a wonderful accommodation that I would love to stay here again!

The bath with smooth Onsen water was excellent. The food was also very delicious.

We stayed here as a family of five on a family trip! The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time. Due to our schedule, we only had dinner, but the food was so delicious that we wished we had tried breakfast as well. Everything was tasty, the portions were generous, and we were very satisfied. After the fish main course, we were also served a meat dish, and with the delicious rice, we couldn’t stop going back for seconds. The bath is an Onsen with great water quality, and it helped us relax and recover from our fatigue.

It was a clean and comfortable accommodation. The meals were delicious and plentiful, with charming tableware that made dining enjoyable. In addition to the dishes shown in the photos, there were tempura, grilled items, and desserts, leaving us completely satisfied. The onsen was relaxing, and the handmade open-air bath featured many cute ornaments and plants, making it a delightful experience. The staff at the accommodation were cheerful and kind. I would love to stay here again when visiting the Fukushima area.

I was truly impressed by the building and the Room, crafted with the skills of local artisans and made using local materials. The food was also extremely satisfying. I could really feel the care and thought put into every detail. There are many places with delicious food, but it’s rare to find a meal that conveys such genuine consideration for the guest—I was deeply moved for the first time in a long while. Your warm hospitality made my heart feel at ease. I would love to visit again.

We booked the Birthday Plan for our first family glamping experience, which also celebrated my wife's birthday. With the meal-inclusive plan, we enjoyed unlimited soft drinks and alcohol from the drink server in the management building, which we could take back to our tent—a very convenient feature. The nearby mountains, river, and park provided great opportunities for exploration and fun with our kids. We visited in early September and enjoyed listening to cicadas while spotting dragonflies, lizards, crickets, and more. It seems that stag beetles can also be found around July to August.

I’ve visited Yumigahama every summer, but I hadn’t been able to find a good Accommodation—until I finally found Nagomi Uta and decided to stay here. Just as the Reviews said, from the moment we opened the door and entered, everything—from the entrance to every Room—was spotless, and we were very satisfied. My wife and I even said things like, “This place is so relaxing,” and “Let’s stay here every year.” Personally, the amenities were more than sufficient, and thanks to that we had a truly wonderful trip. We’d love to stay again next year. Thank you very much.
