Our family of three stayed for 3 nights. Above all, the location—right in front of the ocean—was incredible. It’s set along the coastline that continues from Toguchi Beach, and it’s about a 5-minute walk to Toguchi Beach. It’s also less than a 10-minute drive from Irabu Ohashi Bridge, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. The daytime sea was beautiful, and the starry sky at night was just as amazing. On a morning after rain, we were even treated to the stunning sight of a huge rainbow over the ocean. The time we spent looking out at the sea and rainbow beyond the pool is especially unforgettable. In front of the villa there is also an area that feels like a small private beach. This time we gave up going into the sea due to an approaching tropical depression, but you can borrow pool items, sand-play toys, and life jackets as well. We were told that around typhoons, waves can wash away some of the sand and reduce the beach area. The pool is also just the right size for families to enjoy together. And what we especially loved was the BBQ. We bought our own ingredients and enjoyed lighting charcoal for the first time in a while. Having drinks while BBQing with the ocean right in front of us was unbeatable. The kitchen is stocked with most cooking utensils and basic seasonings, so self-catering is easy. There’s also a water dispenser, complimentary drinks in the refrigerator, plus a washer-dryer and detergent—very convenient for a Multiple Night Stay. Trash can be separated and left by the entrance in the morning for collection. We also appreciated being able to sleep comfortably on proper beds rather than an extra bed even with three people. There are four beds in total, so we were able to recover well from travel fatigue. The staff were very kind as well. This isn’t suited to those looking for full service like a luxury Hotel with staff on-site 24 hours a day, but during staffed hours they responded quickly whenever we needed something. On our last day they even came outside to see us off despite strong winds and heavy rain—we’re very grateful. Since it’s summer there are naturally some insects around, but insect spray and repellents are provided; we recommend setting them up soon after arrival. Geckos are part of island life too (in good humor). Perhaps because priority is given to views, there isn’t much eave overhang; during heavy rain we noticed some noise from raindrops hitting windows. That said, this means truly spectacular views from inside—the window soundproofing is excellent and normally you can barely hear waves indoors at all. If anything could be improved, having mats at both entrances (the front door and terrace) to brush off sand would be even more convenient. This is a villa where you can stay “as if living,” at your own pace. Our whole family was completely satisfied—it was an amazing 3-night/4-day stay!

I would like to stay again. This is an accommodation I would recommend to my friends. It was very relaxing.

All the staff were incredibly kind! The Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and the dinner menu changed on the second night (even for kids!), and the main meat dish was especially delicious. Since we travel with children, we’ve often stayed at Accommodations with buffet-style dinners lately, but at this Accommodation our child enjoyed the food so much that they ate a lot, which was great. There are lovely vineyards and a houtou restaurant nearby, so we could enjoy the area as well. We also used the Hotel pool, and even without a car our family had plenty to do. It was also nice that towels were always available in the large public bath. There’s a convenience store just a short walk from the Hotel, which is very handy. A wonderful Hotel that’s very welcoming for families with children!

A belated note, but I visited in June. The bellflowers were in bloom, and I was truly delighted. Thank you for the peaceful garden and the calm atmosphere inside the hall, as well as to the kind staff at reception and in the restaurant. The morning service was also a comforting time. I also learned about the Kukai exhibition from a brochure there and went right away. When I visit Kyoto again, I would love to stay at Chishakuin Temple.

It was my first stay in two months. Everything was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The Room mirror had been changed to a different one than before, and it was very convenient for doing my makeup. Also, the gentleman at the front desk greeted me with a wonderful smile, which made me feel welcome. I’m planning to visit again in autumn.

Getting to Enoura Observatory on a previous trip was difficult due to limited access, so I was a bit worried since it’s nearby. However, the careful pick-up and drop-off at the station put me at ease. I wanted to see the ocean, so next time I’ll request a Room with a better sea view. I thoroughly enjoyed the chef’s outstanding skill, the variety of tableware, and the beautiful presentation (and of course everything tasted wonderful) — it was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. They also served rare local fish with superb knife work, and I was able to savor fish I had never seen before. The flavor truly comes through because of that precise technique. As I don’t eat much, I asked for smaller portions; it must have been difficult to prepare, but they accommodated me thoughtfully and I was able to enjoy the meal. I look forward to visiting again for the cuisine next time as well.

I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! I felt a little uneasy on the way up into the mountains, but once we arrived it was a truly wonderful space—like an adults-only hideaway—and the staff were very kind and made us feel comfortable. The complimentary drinks were exceptionally well provided, and the meals were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We had a thoroughly satisfying stay.

I had been wanting to stay at this Accommodation for a long time and was really looking forward to it. As the reviews said, everything was very clean, and the Room was a bit spacious with a layout different from a typical twin—very satisfying. The ceiling height on each floor also felt relatively high, giving a slightly open feel. The bath was practically private, so we could relax and enjoy it. Both yukata and samue were provided, and we chose the samue. It worked well as sleepwear. The meals were just right for us since we can’t eat very large portions, and everything was delicious. The location is also convenient, and I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night and two days to celebrate both my mother’s birthday and mine. At afternoon tea, you kindly wished us a happy birthday and showed such warm consideration. At the spa, you provided a quad cane for my mother, who feels unsteady on her feet, and even moved our locker closer to the bathing area—your thoughtful attention to detail truly moved me. We had Japanese cuisine for both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. Although this is an international Hotel, we felt authentic Japanese hospitality throughout. You also took wonderful commemorative photos of my mother and me for our birthdays, which became a precious memory. Lastly, the malasada we enjoyed at afternoon tea was so delicious that I made a special request to have it again at breakfast. You kindly accommodated us, and I was able to enjoy it to the very end with no regrets (lol). Thank you! Thanks to the care shown by all staff members, it was an extremely satisfying stay. I would love to visit again with my mother.

This was our second stay, and it was truly a wonderful Hotel, just as impressive as the first time. The staff were all very kind, and we were very satisfied with the service at the pool, including bath towels and water! Our 3-year-old also really liked how clean the Room was. The candy we received when leaving was given to our child, but it turned out to be spicy—so we would have been happier if it had been a sweet candy instead.

This was about my fourth visit, and it had been a while since the last time, but once again I had a thoroughly satisfying stay in every respect. As it was just the beginning of September, we were served dobin-mushi and matsutake mushroom rice, allowing us to enjoy the flavors of autumn a little early. Everything was delicious. The Room was spotless, and the entire property felt clean and well maintained. Above all, every staff member was polite and composed; meals were served at just the right time, and they always seemed to be attentively looking out for guests in a natural way. It made for a truly comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

This was our first stay. My wife, who is very particular about everything, said, “This Room is comfortable, so we’ll be fine,” and even wanted to cancel the other Hotels we had planned. We were wondering what to do for a four-week Hotel stay during our home renovation, so we consulted the front desk. Despite being busy, they kindly helped us, and as a result we changed our plans and stayed long-term. The breakfast selection was extensive, and my wife—who rarely eats out due to food allergies and usually has to cook for herself—enjoyed it every morning without getting tired of it. The lounge, the Onsen, and the parking were all excellent as well, and every staff member was very courteous. When we mentioned a concern about cleaning, they responded immediately. We are truly grateful that our long stay went smoothly. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

This was my first stay since the COVID-19 pandemic. They upgraded our Room, and the service had improved wonderfully as well. I stay on the club floor every time, and I could feel the staff’s thoughtfulness in every detail, making my time comfortable both in the lounge and in the Room. The lounge food was delicious, and the Chinese cuisine at Hoshigaoka was also excellent. The Chinese tea in particular was outstanding—I wanted to buy some to take home, but it wasn’t available for sale, which was disappointing. I would like to stay again for next year’s vacation. This visit back to the Accommodation was a firm promise we made with M-chan and N-chan’s family, whom we met here two years ago in August. That day, we played together at the dog run, shared dinner, and spent bar time talking about many things—it was a once-in-a-lifetime encounter during our stay. I still remember how incredibly fun it was. At the time, our M was still an only dog, but meeting M-chan and N-chan—who became friends with us—created an irreplaceable and wonderful bond. We were also truly happy to become friends with their dad and mom as well. At checkout, we made a strong promise: “Let’s all meet again here at this Accommodation someday, healthy and well!” But soon after that, we were shocked to receive the sudden news of M-chan’s passing. Her mom told us that she crossed the Rainbow Bridge in March. We were heartbroken that we could no longer reunite with everyone in good health as we had promised. Still, because this Accommodation was a place M-chan loved so very much, we wanted to honor her here—and so all of us were able to meet again. Together—with their dad and mom; M-chan and N-chan; our MM sisters; and us—we came back to the Accommodation saying “We’re home!” The staff welcomed us warmly with gentle smiles saying “Welcome back,” and M-chan and N-chan—and our MM sisters—were absolutely delighted. For dinner, they seated us next to each other, and it became a joyful dinner time as we talked together while remembering M-chan. At bar time as well, we shared many memories with their dad and mom and talked about what lies ahead; it was a warm, gentle time that passed slowly. We also had breakfast together afterward, then played at the dog run right up until the last minute—sharing truly priceless moments. We believe none of this would have been possible without the kindness and support of all the staff. We are filled with gratitude for watching over our stay until the very end with such warmth. This Accommodation truly brings people together! And it is a one-of-a-kind place—wonderful, beautiful, something you can be proud of—that helps fulfill promises made between beloved dogs! A wonderful place where wonderful encounters happen! MN family & MM sisters’ family—we will come back together again! To the manager and all staff members: thank you so much for everything!

I always stay here when visiting Amami. It was very comfortable. I would appreciate it if something could be done about the poor ventilation in the smoking area on the 10th floor. I would be very happy if the large public bath were available 24 hours a day. It was my first time having breakfast here, and the bread was really delicious. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

As it was my first stay, you kindly picked me up at Tokyo Station and showed me to a beautifully clean, nicely chilled Room as much as three hours early. Every member of staff welcomed me with such warm smiles that, even in a luxurious space far from everyday life, I was able to spend a wonderfully comfortable day as if I were in my own Room. Breakfast was truly delicious, and on top of that, the delightful conversation with the cute female staff member who spoke languages fluently, along with the thoughtful attentiveness of the male staff member—never intrusive yet always considerate—made me linger longer than planned. I’ll work hard and will definitely stay again!

This was my third stay. Compared to before, the hospitality around the front desk had improved even more. Thank you for your thoughtful care. This time, I tried lunch at the 1F restaurant “P72” for the first time, and I was very satisfied with the comfortable atmosphere and service, as well as the beautifully presented and delicious dishes. Breakfast was outstanding as always. I was able to relax and fully enjoy my time in my Room. I look forward to visiting again.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The Facilities, the staff’s atmosphere, and the meals were all excellent. It was clear that each staff member truly loves dogs. We would definitely like to stay again.
