Once again, we had a wonderful stay. The room and meals were excellent, of course, but what stayed with us most was the warm kindness of all the staff. On our last day, my husband unexpectedly fell at the gym. Thankfully it was nothing serious, but we truly appreciated all the care and consideration you showed us. At check-out, the Hotel kindly arranged a car to take us to Tokyo Station. After getting out and starting to walk toward the station, I casually looked back and saw that the car had not driven away right away—it remained there quietly seeing us off. I was deeply moved by that warmth and by how much you valued your guests until the very end. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

From the warm welcome to check-in, breakfast, and check-out, the service was truly pleasant at every moment. They even kept our stay history from four years ago, and I was genuinely impressed when they asked, “Would you like the same morning newspaper as last time?”—such thoughtful attention to detail. I also asked for photos many times, and every staff member kindly took them without hesitation. And the breakfast—what you expect from Brighton—was absolutely delicious and very satisfying! I understand renovations will be starting soon, and I’m truly looking forward to staying again at the newly refreshed Brighton Hotel.

We visited to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday. I wanted to surprise her, so I emailed in advance, and they suggested a wonderful Plan—thanks to that, we had an absolutely satisfying trip! We booked the girls’ get-together Plan, so we really appreciated the Shuttle Service. Even better, the driver showed us around Iwata City on the way, which made for such a fun start. The service was outstanding and truly made us happy. When we arrived at our Room, Surprise #1 was waiting—a message on the TV. My daughter was thrilled! Dinner was French cuisine that let the vegetables shine; everything was delicious and deeply impressive. Then came Surprise #2: a dessert plate! It caught my daughter completely off guard and delighted her even more. When we returned to our Room, there was a knock at the door—and a birthday cake (an additional charge, but it felt like great value compared with other places). My daughter expected there might be cake, but she was amazed by how many surprises there were!! Above all, the lush greenery made strolling through the garden a joy. The evening atmosphere with softly lit flames was beautiful—just being there felt calming. Both large public baths were excellent; perhaps thanks to the moor hot spring water, my skin felt wonderfully smooth. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was also fantastic—the plate really highlighted fresh vegetables. I was especially moved by the gentle soup and its natural vegetable sweetness. Most of all, the perfectly balanced hospitality and the Hotel’s atmosphere were exceptional! I first learned about GREENITY IWATA after hearing that my favorite artist stayed here last year—and it truly is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to visit again for anniversaries or whenever I want to slow down and reset. Even though we stayed from check-in all the way through check-out, it still didn’t feel like enough time—that’s how amazing our stay was. We would love to come back!

This time, I stayed on the 60-minute Aroma Massage Plan, and it was wonderful! Surrounded by a soothing fragrance and treated with such attentive care, I could truly feel the therapist’s professional skill—my mind and body gradually became lighter and lighter. It was a blissful moment where all my everyday fatigue seemed to melt away at once. The service throughout the Hotel was also excellent. In the lounge, you can enjoy a relaxed, luxurious time with a drink in hand in a refined and calming space. One of my highlights—the meals—was outstanding as well. With every bite, you could taste the quality of the ingredients, and everything looked beautiful too. In every way, the hospitality exceeded my expectations, making this an exceptional Hotel stay that I would absolutely love to return to again.

I made a Reservation because I wanted to stay at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo again after a long time, and it happened to be my birthday month. Although I hadn’t mentioned anything, the restaurant where I booked lunch added a “Happy Birthday” message on the plate, and at check-out I received a birthday card. The card even included messages from the staff. I felt that this kind of thoughtful attention is exactly what makes Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo so comfortable. Relaxing in a Room with a great view, strolling through the garden to enjoy the sea-of-clouds display, and ending the night with a quiet drink at the bar—this is the perfect Hotel when you want to recharge. I would love to visit again.

I stayed for two nights. Both the service and the Room were comfortable, and I was able to relax. The staff’s courteous service was especially impressive. The location is excellent, with an airport bus stop right in front of the Hotel, making access very convenient. From the Room, I enjoyed a beautiful view of Kumamoto Castle. With my support for the recovery in mind, I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Kumamoto.

It’s been a long time since I felt this kind of excitement. I was truly fulfilled by the meticulous, sophisticated design—much like how I felt when staying at Le Royal Monceau in Paris. The service struck the perfect balance, and the high-quality, distinctive room atmosphere and design made it genuinely relaxing.\nBeyond the guest room, the large rooftop jacuzzi we used at night was wonderful, and the garden beside the first-floor restaurant—with its towering palm tree—was also superb. It’s impressive to see it maintained to this level.\nEven after about 20 years, this standard is remarkable. This is exactly what people mean by a Hotel you’ll want to return to. My sincere thanks to all the staff who must work hard every day to keep everything so well maintained.

A Hotel that is never flashy, yet conveys exceptional quality and refined elegance. The rooms are spacious, and the chairs and beds are extremely comfortable. Instead of a card key, the traditional heavy brass key is actually a nice touch. Amenities are also high-end, including Nespresso and L’OCCITANE. It has a dignified presence unlike design-focused city hotels. I was impressed—it truly lives up to its reputation as a Hotel patronized by the Imperial Household.

Conveniently located near the station with covered access so you can arrive without getting wet, and as soon as you step inside, you’re welcomed by a luxurious fragrance. This was my second stay, and just like last time, every front desk staff member provided outstanding hospitality—service on par with a top-tier Hotel. The Room was spacious, the in-house slippers were soft and fluffy terry cloth, and the amenities were properly prepared in both the Room and the large public bath rather than being set out in small packets for guests to take freely. At the entrance to the large public bath, staff were on standby, and even though I forgot to bring towels from my Room, they kindly lent me some without hesitation. I ended up bathing during a busy time and had to wait for a shower, so it would have been nice if there were an update on how crowded it was before entering or a space where guests could wait. They also arranged a taxi smoothly; despite being right by the station there is also a drop-off area, and everything about this place is unbelievably wonderful for this price. It’s a Hotel I’d want to stop over at even if Himeji weren’t my destination—I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you!!

This was my third visit. On my previous two stays, I enjoyed sweeping views from the room of Matsushima’s vivid blue sea under a crystal-clear sky. This time, however, it rained throughout my 2-night, 3-day stay, and the sea was veiled in white mist; seeing the forecast the day before left me feeling down. Still, while the view outside the window didn’t meet my hopes, I was able to truly savor my time inside the Hotel instead. Sinking into the slightly hot, silky Onsen, I could feel everyday fatigue quietly melt away to the gentle sound of rain. Above all, the staff’s thoughtful and warm hospitality turned a rainy stay into something genuinely comforting. Please accept my heartfelt thanks. Meals are served buffet-style with live cooking finished right in front of you by the chef. Amidst the sizzling sounds and enticing aromas, it was a special luxury to enjoy each dish at its freshest and most delicious. Thanks to the all-inclusive plan, I could pair wine, beer, shochu, highballs, and sake with each course without worrying about extra charges—an absolutely blissful experience. Regardless of the weather, this Hotel’s high-quality Onsen and dining—along with its staff’s sincere dedication to guests—ensure a deeply satisfying stay. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. I’m already looking forward to returning and seeing what kind of Matsushima awaits next time.

Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was also incredibly lavish! I was busy with personal plans in the evening and couldn’t make it to the bar, which I really regret—so next time I’d like to stay again and take my time! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I was looking forward to the sauna, but the detached Onsen was only open until 9:00 PM, and we finished dinner after 8:00 PM, so I gave up. However, the Onsen in the Hotel was also great. I used the detached Onsen for a morning bath, and it was amazing! The food was very satisfying! Also, the smoking area on the 3rd floor is excellent!

Hotel New Grand is irresistible for lovers of classic Hotels—everywhere inside feels like a scene from a movie. Please, please don’t do a full renovation and turn it into a modern Hotel; keep this irreplaceable space as it is with careful refurbishments. Dinner and breakfast at Normandy were, needless to say, delicious, and the wine went down easily too. I also enjoyed an elegant time at the bar, and the seaside walk afterward became a cherished memory. The staff’s courteous service was wonderful, and no matter how busy it was, time seemed to flow at an unhurried pace. It reminded me once again that the Hotel staff’s love for—and pride in—the Hotel is what creates this atmosphere.

I stayed here on my first solo trip around Shikoku. I only knew Ehime for its citrus and sea bream rice, but the dishes made with local ingredients served here were unbelievably delicious. They also noted where each ingredient was sourced, which made me want to explore more of Ehime. The Room was amazing with a reservoir view—an incredibly luxurious space. It got plenty of sun and was already very hot even at 5 a.m., so I didn’t spend much time relaxing on the terrace, but walking around the reservoir was very pleasant. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

I fell ill on the day of my stay and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance, and everyone at the Hotel took great care of me. I later heard from a friend that your response at that time was truly outstanding. Even until checkout, you showed consideration for me in many ways. This stay turned out to be unexpected, but next time I would love to visit again and relax with a hotel staycation. Thank you very much for everything.

For the first time in five years, I visited again—this time on my own. At home, I’m always thinking about what I need to do and rarely get a chance to truly relax, but the time I spent at your auberge made me want to pick up books that caught my interest and listen to music I wouldn’t normally hear. It was a refreshing escape from everyday life. The food, of course, was more than satisfying—worthy of being called an auberge! Thank you very much!

I stayed here while reuniting with an old friend. As soon as I entered the Room, fireworks at Marine Stadium went off, making it feel like a warm welcome. The check-in and guidance were very courteous, and breakfast the next morning was truly delicious. My friend who traveled from far away was also very happy. I will stay here again. We stayed for one night with five people: myself, my third-grade son, my wife, my wife’s older sister, and our preschool-age daughter. Our Room was on the 10th floor of the Annex building. Check-in is separate for the Hotel building, Condo building, and Annex building, and we mistakenly went to the Hotel building first—please be careful. However, they provide a Shuttle Service by cart, so even though the property is large, it wasn’t an issue at all. All of the buildings were clean and felt upscale. With kids, we really appreciated having a washing machine in the Room and a layout where you take off your shoes indoors—it’s very thoughtfully designed. We had dinner at a restaurant called Orange; it was stylish and absolutely delicious. For breakfast the next morning, we chose the top-floor restaurant in the Annex building. It said they served Agu pork, and I didn’t expect much—but after trying it, I was genuinely impressed. Not only was the meat itself outstanding, but I was surprised by how it was offered: essentially “help yourself,” with generous piles prepared. When it ran low they quickly replenished it again and again, so you could enjoy as much excellent Agu pork as you wanted. Even just considering this shabu-shabu breakfast alone, I can confidently say this Hotel is an incredible value. Also around 8:45 p.m., fireworks were launched from the seawall right in front of us. The view was great—nothing to complain about. A wonderful Hotel we will definitely return to.
