We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Our child was thrilled with the towel bear and fruit that welcomed us in the Room. They quickly came to set up a bed guard, and when I mentioned I was pregnant, they kindly replaced the welcome gift wine with something else. When we were about to go out to Pure, a staff member asked about our child’s height and said, “There may not be much for them to enjoy…,” then suggested an alternative—the gondola that was operating. At both dinner and breakfast, everyone spoke warmly to our child and showed such kindness, and it seemed to spark our child’s interest in English. Our child said this Hotel was the most fun of all, so we plan to join Hilton Club and definitely return in the winter season! Although most of the staff were from overseas and we communicated mainly in English, this Hotel had the best hospitality of any we stayed at during our time in Hokkaido. Please share our sincere thanks with all of your staff.

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to relax in a bath with an ocean view, and it offers ocean-view rooms with private open-air baths. I later realized it was featured in the Michelin Guide (Tokai edition). There are many baths throughout the Accommodation—on the rooftop, on the 5th floor, two on the 3rd floor, and one on the 2nd floor—but unfortunately the 2nd-floor bath was closed on the day of my stay. The in-room open-air bath had plenty of hot water and a great view, and I enjoyed it very much. The 5th-floor bath is a reservable private bath in 25-minute slots, so it felt a bit rushed. On the 3rd floor, if it’s available you can lock it and use it privately; I used only one of them, and its semi-open-air style was best suited for washing up. I used the rooftop open-air bath after dinner—the gradient of colors in the sky was stunning, and I could even see an evening star, making for a truly beautiful experience; however... because there is nothing to block the wind on the rooftop, I felt very cold even during the short walk to the tub. You may want to choose your season if you want to fully enjoy it. The staff were cheerful and kind. I booked a Plan with breakfast and dinner; both meals were delicious and felt like just the right amount. Perhaps because everything paired well with alcohol, I got thirsty at night and drank water several times (I appreciated that cold water was provided in a pot in my room). The bedding was high quality and I slept well. Overall satisfaction was high—an Accommodation that made me want to return. One disappointing point—also mentioned by others—was that there were many marks on the tatami mats that looked like they came from dragging tables or other furniture around. Also as others have noted, there were some areas where cleaning seemed insufficient: higher spots and exterior sides of window frames looked like they hadn’t been wiped for quite some time. What bothered me most this time was that weeding around the open-air bath area hadn’t been done at all. It seems like it could be finished within an hour—or handled with weed killer—but since there don’t seem to be many young people locally and older staff appear to be running things mainly themselves, this may be easier said than done. It's "Morinouchi" vs "Habu". Alongside them is also a young Sugimoto Masayuki (8-dan), famous as mentor to Fujii Sota (six titles). Shogi fans—and especially Fujii fans—should definitely take a look.

The front desk staff provided exceptional service—quickly addressing any issues and always prioritizing the guests. Their level of care was so impressive that it left me feeling humbled. The restaurant staff, especially the woman who served us for four days, greeted us with a wonderful smile and showed incredible attention to detail and care. After returning home, I couldn’t help but share my experience with family and friends over the phone and on social media. This was my fourth visit to Nagasaki, but this stay has been the most satisfying by far. I will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you so much!

Because Typhoon No. 9 was forecast to approach Okinawa, we moved our stay up by one day and were accommodated. We arrived early for dinner at the restaurant as well, and they kindly took care of us, so we were able to eat plenty at a relaxed pace. Thank you to the staff for your excellent service. From the next day, we enjoyed watching baseball and visiting the adjacent shops, spending a leisurely time and enjoying a different atmosphere with no stress. We will stay again, and we look forward to seeing you then.

We were able to stay with our dog and had a wonderful time. The meals were delicious, and the golf course greens viewed from the Hotel were dazzling.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights during Golden Week. It was a wonderful time. Thank you. We will definitely stay again. I hope this Hotel will always be here.

We coordinated our sons’ schedules after a busy summer and made a Reservation here because it’s pet-friendly and offers a pool, sauna, and BBQ. We requested BBQ for two days, and they kindly adjusted the selection of meat and seafood, and even changed the vegetables for both the BBQ and breakfast on the second day—such thoughtful attention was truly appreciated. There were plenty of vegetables provided, along with helpful seasonings you’re glad to have on hand, so we had a very comfortable stay. Because our stay was so pleasant, we immediately made another Reservation for year-end! Thank you very much for all your help. We look forward to staying again.

I stayed on the Plan with a sauna. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived around 1:30 PM to leave my luggage, and I really appreciated that you were able to show me to my Room right away. I booked a standard Room, and it was next door to the sauna Room, which made it easy to go back and forth and very comfortable. The sauna was very clean, and I was happy that the amenities were Aesop and the hair dryer was ReFa. It was also nice that we could bring the welcome drink back to the Room, which helped us relax. The sauna itself felt great and was very relaxing. The only disappointment was that we were told we could enjoy the sauna from check-in until check-out, but when I tried to use it in the morning, the power was off and I couldn’t use it. There wasn’t an instruction manual either; since it had been running automatically when we arrived, I didn’t know how to operate it and felt a bit stuck. Other than that, everything was very comfortable, and I think this Accommodation is highly recommended for sauna lovers.

Thank you for the early check-in and late check-out, even though it was part of the Plan on IKYU. I had a very satisfying stay, enjoying a relaxing time within the Hotel. This was my third stay this year, and as always, the Room cleaning was impeccable. The Room itself is spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated being assigned to a quiet Room with a nice view as per my request; I love the bay window design. The meals were delicious again this time. The American clubhouse sandwich by the poolside was outstanding—especially on September 25th when it was made with an abundance of fillings; it was truly the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. The inari sushi bento from the Japanese restaurant that I took home also had excellent flavor and quality. What always stands out about this Hotel is how kind and friendly all staff members are—from those at reception to restaurant staff and even young pool attendants—all with warm smiles. This is one of the main reasons why I keep choosing this Hotel every time. I look forward to staying again during a period when the pool is open. My only request would be for you to consider keeping pool hours starting at 9:00 AM not just during high season but throughout all seasons.

I suddenly had some free time, so I made a same-day morning Reservation. I arrived early to use the spa, and when I asked at the front desk, they told me my Room was already ready—lucky me. At luxury hotels, I usually expect service to be pleasantly understated, but here every staff member was truly kind. They approached me right away and offered suggestions beyond what I asked for—excellent hospitality. The Room was beautifully put together with great taste, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was also wonderful. The executive lounge was quite crowded and there was a bit of a wait, but they could notify me by phone, and both the view and the food were great. Since it was that time of year, there were many families with children, so it felt a little noisy at times. However, there are time slots when children are not allowed in the pool or lounge, which gave me good options when I wanted to relax quietly. It turned into a fantastic staycation—I’d definitely like to come back again.

There were not many Japanese guests, and using the lounge was very comfortable. Thank you for accommodating our Room request as well—it made this a truly memorable trip and workation. We had cocktails on the first floor; everything was delicious and the atmosphere was great. In the lounge, we also saw some guests we don’t usually encounter… Some young overseas travelers had poor manners at times, but a kind word from a female staff member in the hall lifted my spirits. Because this stay was so wonderful, I made a Reservation for the Hyatt in Yokohama at the end of this month. I had avoided visiting before because I wanted to stay away from Shinjuku’s crowds, but thanks to its excellent location next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, it has a great atmosphere and is a lovely Hotel I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you for having me for one night. I had made a Reservation for a standard Room, but since rain was forecast, I changed to a Room with an open-air Onsen bath on the day. Choosing to soak at a slightly cooler temperature while listening to the rain turned out to be exactly right. The Room was well designed and functional, and I didn’t feel any particular inconvenience. If I had to name one thing I personally wished for, it would be a Bluetooth speaker—I wanted to play a little music, though that may be asking too much. I arrived before noon, left my luggage, and had lunch at “Saryo Sese” on the property (I had requested seats in advance). It’s not cheap, but it was relaxed and enjoyable. After that, I spent some time walking around the city and then checked in properly. The evening champagne free-flow was also wonderfully unhurried, and the rice crackers served as snacks were delicious. For dinner we ate at one of the Hotel restaurants as well; each dish had its own character, and it paired nicely with drinks. If anything, I only wished there were a bar in the Hotel—this is an Accommodation with an atmosphere where having somewhere for “one more drink” would fit perfectly. The area around the Hotel is very quiet too, so even a small bar could really change how you spend your time here. That said, given the location, waking up early to stroll toward Todai-ji in the calm morning is also lovely—and perhaps that kind of stay suits this Accommodation and setting better than staying up late. The concierge team helped me greatly throughout my stay. Overall it was an excellent Accommodation, and I’d love to return when I visit Nara again.

The warmth of the wood, the onsen, the delicious meals, and the heartfelt hospitality were truly impressive. I would love to visit again and perhaps stay in the annex next time or reserve a meditation room. Thank you so much!

This ocean-view Hotel has two golf courses. Highlights include a clean, spacious sauna and a large, refreshingly cold plunge pool. I stayed for two nights and fully enjoyed the sauna on both days. The staff were warm and kind, which made for a wonderful Golden Week holiday. Thank you very much.

Thank you for letting me stay for nearly 2,000 yen less by making a Reservation through Yahoo! online instead of by phone. I was a little confused about how to use the faucet in the unit bath, but I was able to rest well and was satisfied. There are no restaurants or convenience stores within easy walking distance, so you need to walk a bit. The mineral water and tea helped me relax. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying at the accommodation. With Christmas approaching, a luxurious tree was displayed at the entrance, which lifted my spirits. I brought a cake to celebrate a birthday, and the front desk kindly kept it for me during check-in. Later in the evening, they delivered it to our room at our preferred timing. Plates, cutlery, a lighter for candles, and even a full bottle of sparkling wine from the hotel were perfectly chilled in an ice bucket—everything was impeccably prepared! I was deeply moved by this level of perfection. When I asked if I could keep using the plates and cutlery for breakfast the next morning, they provided new ones instead—such thoughtful service left me even more impressed. Even late at night, staff members delivered everything with warm smiles; I am truly grateful to them. Although an upgrade wasn’t possible due to weekend crowds, they kindly changed our room to one with a view of Tokyo Tower. The courteous service from all front desk staff gave me peace of mind—truly what you’d expect from The Westin Hotel! It’s definitely an accommodation that makes you want to return again. My friend celebrating their birthday was also delighted—it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! Thank you very much!

The property grounds are spacious, and getting around was a bit difficult, so I used the bath in my Room. The shabu-shabu meal was delicious. I wish I could have stayed and relaxed longer, but since I had a long trip back home, I couldn’t fully enjoy everything—still, it was a good stay.

This was my second stay. I first visited at the end of July. The Onsen and meals were wonderful, and above all, the front desk staff’s hospitality (especially a female staff member, Ms. A) was outstanding. I was truly impressed by their consistently warm smiles and courteous service, so I booked again right away. This time as well, the Onsen and meals were excellent! And Ms. A’s hospitality felt warmer than at any luxury Hotel—her smile was a perfect 10/10—and it made for a truly relaxing stay. Thank you very much! Also, right after check-in, there is complimentary coffee and shaved ice available in the lounge 24 hours a day. It’s a great perk not only for kids but for adults too, so don’t miss it! With the meals, the Onsen, and the staff’s hospitality… this is a cozy, home-like Accommodation where you can truly unwind at ease, so I definitely plan to return again soon!

Even though we were on the top floor, it rained unfortunately. We couldn’t enjoy the open-air bath or the terrace.

I was able to relax and unwind at a very leisurely pace. It was a stay that truly made me think, “As expected of Hilton!” I rated the Facility 4 points because the Room doorstop is located in front of the suitcase storage area, so I bumped my foot and hurt it every time I took my luggage out, which is why I deducted a point.
