The Facility is extremely clean, and the staff are smart and kind! I would definitely love to stay again!

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful garden and Room. My daughter was also very happy. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again.

A must-experience traditional townhouse. We stayed for 3 nights with 4 people. The building is new and functional, with luxurious decor that delights the eyes at every turn. The bathroom features a modern unit bath, and the beautiful tiles on the walls made it a relaxing space to spend time in. There are toilets on both the first and second floors, so even with a larger group, there was no inconvenience. Despite visiting during a cold season, the underfloor heating kept us warm, avoiding the typical chill often associated with townhouses. If I may add one suggestion, chairs or sofas would have been nice. Since it was tatami flooring and a sunken kotatsu table setup, it might feel slightly less comfortable for foreign guests.

It was my first time in Kyoto. The accommodation was just as I had imagined and admired. I was able to relax. The light from the skylight was pleasant. It was unfortunate that there was a water leak from the base of the showerhead.

The Wi‑Fi connection was unreliable, and it would have been nice to have laundry facilities. The Room was spacious and we were satisfied, and both the bathroom and toilet were clean. Our 3-year-old grandchild seemed happy running around inside the Room.

Even though we booked at the last minute and changed the number of guests, they still accommodated us. The price was reasonable without meals. Since it was spring, it was cold in the mornings and evenings, and some bugs got inside—but as long as you don’t mind that, you can relax and enjoy your stay. The interior was clean and easy to use, and with an air conditioner, heater, and humidifier provided, we didn’t feel too dry while sleeping. The parking spot is a bit difficult to use; backing in is safer so it’s not dangerous when leaving. Once it gets warmer, having breakfast outside would be perfect! Thank you for having us!

This was my first time staying here! The check-in process was smooth! The location is great, near a bus stop and with good access from Kyoto Station. Communication with the host was quick and very helpful. The Room was tidy, but I noticed a little dust on the floor. The bathroom only had a shower, and I found it slightly inconvenient that shampoo and other items were placed directly on the floor. There wasn’t any storage space in the shower room, which made it a bit less convenient. When leaving the Room, an alarm went off even after closing the door; however, firmly closing it ensured proper locking. Having two toilets and sinks made my stay comfortable. Thank you very much!

A unique vacation rental featuring a one-room apartment with a private bathroom on the upper floor provided an enjoyable stay. Check-in is self-service, using a code sent in advance to open the key box. The second floor includes a bed, mini kitchenette, and toilet, while the third floor offers the same space but features a shower, bathtub, and sauna—an unusual layout. The third-floor bathroom experience felt more enjoyable than spending time in the second-floor room. The kitchenette on the second floor mainly consists of running water; cooking is not possible. Optional items like an induction heater were casually placed under shelves. Unfortunately, there was no kettle or mugs available for warm coffee during wintertime. However, there was a wine cellar-style refrigerator with plastic glasses stored inside—perfect for enjoying a drink after bathing. Quirky furniture placement like an oddly positioned sofa and slightly small double bed added charm to this fun accommodation experience. Lastly, neighboring creative individuals (including some foreigners) were noisy outside until 3 AM; though I considered calling the police due to their disturbance, my partner slept soundly through it all while I endured sleeplessness. As an aside: there's what appears to be a FamilyMart nearby but turns out it's actually a 7-Eleven (open from 7 AM to 11 PM), so take note!

This was my first time staying in a trailer house. It’s close to the station and convenient for going out, but the road at night is quite dark, so please watch your step and be careful of cars. The parking lot was spacious and nearby, which was great. The Facility was better than expected, and I had no inconveniences. There is a shower, but it may feel cold in winter, so using a nearby Onsen could be a good option. The streetlights within the Facility are well maintained, so I felt safe. Mobile reception is poor, but Wi-Fi is available, which was reassuring as well. Thanks to that, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay—thank you very much.

The Room was clean, there was a TV, the sauna had an ocean view, and there was also a cold plunge bath—everything was excellent. The space was very comfortable and relaxing as well. It would have been even better if there had been one more set of basic skincare amenities and towels.

We ended up staying an extra two nights after the Nagaoka Fireworks. The location is very convenient for street food in Teradomari, fishing at the fishing port, and nearby beaches. The Facility itself is new and clean. The parking instructions were a bit hard to understand, but there is also parking in front of the Facility, and it seems fine to park there. The bath is not an Onsen, but if you look around, there are plenty of hot springs nearby. Highly recommended for international guests as well. We would love to stay again!

I stayed here while snow was gently falling. It was a huge help that they stored my luggage both before and after check-in. I stayed in Room 203. It’s a room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The room was very spacious, with a latest-model TV, a ReFa showerhead, a wide vanity, and a bathtub with a washing area. The toilet was fully automatic as well—everything was excellent. All amenities were MIKIMOTO. My hair usually feels rough when I use Hotel shampoo, but at this Accommodation it stayed smooth and silky. There is an guests-only lounge, and it was a lovely service that coffee, tea, and more were available freely until midnight. I also appreciated being able to take drinks back to my Room. I had coffee at check-in, and it matched my taste perfectly—really delicious. The breakfast I had been looking forward to was 100/100. I’ve eaten at luxury Hotels before, but this may have been the best I’ve ever had. Everything was wonderful, but what especially stood out were the yuzu-scented okara (unohana), fu dengaku, the white-dashi miso soup, and the dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet). When I mentioned it was my birthday this time, they decorated the guest room beautifully and even offered matcha—such thoughtful hospitality. All staff members were incredibly kind, with such a warm and homey atmosphere that made it easy to talk to them. Watching how warmly they treated other guests also made me feel happy. I think this is the best Accommodation—one that welcomes you warmly whether it’s for a special occasion or not. Next time I visit, I’ll come specifically to enjoy an unhurried Hotel stay. This was my second visit, and the meals were still delicious. The Onsen was clean, and I could relax and enjoy it at my own pace.

After 20 years, the bath was still great, and although meals were previously served in the Room, the food was excellent. The staff were all very pleasant. The garden remains as beautiful as it was 20 years ago. While I like the nostalgic feel of the building, a bit more renovation might be better.

Stayed with my 93-year-old mother. The room and restaurant were on the second floor, and while the lack of an elevator might be a drawback for elderly guests, the staff kindly provided a wheelchair and assisted us by carrying it up the stairs. The bath was clean, with flowing hot spring water, which was excellent. The room had been renovated and was very clean; however, there were many steps inside the room that could be challenging for elderly guests (though not an issue for younger visitors). From our room, we had a view of the well-maintained garden, which I imagine would be stunning during autumn foliage season. Located within a golf course facility, there is also an impressive rock sculpture—possibly man-made or utilizing natural elements—that is worth seeing. The golf course itself is well-maintained and makes this accommodation ideal for those planning an overnight golfing trip.
