This was a Hotel I definitely want to stay at again! Not only were the amenities and play area great, but the private family bath was surprisingly easy to use when we wanted, and we were able to relax and enjoy a bath together as a family. Free laundry and drying were also available, which was a huge help—especially with our 2-year-old, when we ran out of spare clothes and started to panic. Meals were buffet-style, so we ended up eating quite a lot and couldn’t make it for late-night snacks, which was a shame—but next time I’ll plan better (haha). Just one thing: the kids’ meals didn’t change much between breakfast and dinner, so our child got a bit bored. It would have been nice to have a little more variety.

This Hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and has a wonderfully calm atmosphere. Time seemed to pass more slowly, and I was able to relax and unwind, forgetting about everyday life. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, and their warm welcome left a lasting impression. I would definitely like to stay here again. Hearing healing music coming from within the pool felt truly mystical—it was a first-time experience unlike anything I’ve had before. It perfectly matched the Hotel’s ambiance, and I had a wonderful time.

This visit back to the Accommodation was a firm promise we made with M-chan and N-chan’s family, whom we met here two years ago in August. That day, we played together at the dog run, shared dinner, and spent bar time talking about many things—it was a once-in-a-lifetime encounter during our stay. I still remember how incredibly fun it was. At the time, our M was still an only dog, but meeting M-chan and N-chan—who became friends with us—created an irreplaceable and wonderful bond. We were also truly happy to become friends with their dad and mom as well. At checkout, we made a strong promise: “Let’s all meet again here at this Accommodation someday, healthy and well!” But soon after that, we were shocked to receive the sudden news of M-chan’s passing. Her mom told us that she crossed the Rainbow Bridge in March. We were heartbroken that we could no longer reunite with everyone in good health as we had promised. Still, because this Accommodation was a place M-chan loved so very much, we wanted to honor her here—and so all of us were able to meet again. Together—with their dad and mom; M-chan and N-chan; our MM sisters; and us—we came back to the Accommodation saying “We’re home!” The staff welcomed us warmly with gentle smiles saying “Welcome back,” and M-chan and N-chan—and our MM sisters—were absolutely delighted. For dinner, they seated us next to each other, and it became a joyful dinner time as we talked together while remembering M-chan. At bar time as well, we shared many memories with their dad and mom and talked about what lies ahead; it was a warm, gentle time that passed slowly. We also had breakfast together afterward, then played at the dog run right up until the last minute—sharing truly priceless moments. We believe none of this would have been possible without the kindness and support of all the staff. We are filled with gratitude for watching over our stay until the very end with such warmth. This Accommodation truly brings people together! And it is a one-of-a-kind place—wonderful, beautiful, something you can be proud of—that helps fulfill promises made between beloved dogs! After working hard decluttering my home during Golden Week, I decided on a last-minute treat—let’s go to an Onsen! So I made a Reservation the day before and stayed at this Accommodation. I hadn’t planned the trip in advance; I just wanted to relax with delicious food and an Onsen. I happened to find this place through a search, and it turned out to be truly wonderful—an unforgettable reward and a great memory. While chatting with the staff member who welcomed us in the parking lot, we mentioned Sora Terrace. After check-in, the attendant surprised me by bringing over a brochure, saying, “I heard you’re going tomorrow.” I was genuinely touched. Even though it’s a historic Onsen area, the younger staff were working hard, and everyone—from the dining staff to the front desk—was cheerful and friendly throughout our stay. It was an Accommodation filled with heartfelt hospitality that naturally brought smiles. The Room had been renovated in a modern Japanese style. There were plenty of power outlets everywhere (including by the bed), so charging devices was never an issue. I also loved being able to enjoy coffee, tea, and cold tea in the complimentary lounge area. Dinner served in a private room was excellent—not only delicious but also beautifully presented with small touches that made it even more enjoyable. I came hoping to unwind at a Ryokan, but exploring nearby public baths in yukata and sandals was also great fun. Since we went without much prior research, it made the holiday even more memorable.

We stayed for two nights during the Golden Week holidays. The staff were very welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed Nozawa’s hot springs in comfort. It’s an ideal location for visiting the public bathhouses. We would love to stay here again.

This was our second stay. Just like last time, the foreign staff were truly wonderful. They greeted our children with big smiles and treated them with great kindness and care. We will definitely come again next year!

We were very satisfied to have stayed at such a wonderful Hotel. The meals and the services for children were excellent as well. Regarding the title: we used the coin laundry, and while we were rushing around because our children are still small, we realized that we had accidentally put a smartphone into the washing machine. When I panicked and called the extension, a staff member responded kindly and carefully, for which we are truly grateful. I wanted to confirm their name and thank them at check-out, but I forgot to ask. So I am writing it here instead. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again next year. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay at Wanwan Paradise, following our visit to Toba. It is quite deep in the mountains, and there were no signs until we got close, so we were worried we were heading the right way. Surrounded by nature, we could enjoy a relaxing walk, and there is also a dog run right in front of the Hotel. Perhaps because there weren’t many guests, it felt like we had it all to ourselves while we were using it. The front desk staff told us we might be able to see fireflies, and when we walked along the dark road at night, we were able to see them for the first time in a long while. The Room was spacious, and we could relax in the Onsen as well. Dinner was at 7:00 PM, so since we arrived early, it felt like a long wait. Service seemed a little slow, but everything was delicious. We would like to stay again.

I was looking for an Accommodation with an Onsen where I could enjoy crab dishes. After searching various options, Ryokufukaku—where I had stayed before—matched my preferences best and was within my budget. With a course that included both crab and Tanba beef, I fully enjoyed the crab with in-room dining. The crab sashimi and grilled crab in particular were so delicious that I wanted to eat them again right away. Breakfast was also tasty, and the tofu you can make in a small pot was especially nice. The bath at the Accommodation was great, and I also visited two public baths outside. Strolling around the Onsen town is something unique to Kinosaki Onsen. I’d like to visit again around this time next year and the year after as well.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s birthday. As I was traveling with my elderly mother, I hesitated until the very last minute about whether it was wise to go far. But because she loves Onsen so much, I decided to make the trip in hopes of making her happy. Even though it was a last-minute Reservation, when I told you it was for my mother’s birthday, you responded quickly and courteously. Your warm message—“All of our staff will do our very best to make it a memorable day”—truly meant a lot to me. We were also looking forward to enjoying the baths at Dogo Onsen and the meals, and above all, seeing how happy my mother would be on the day. After we arrived at the Accommodation, everything exceeded our expectations: delicious food, soothing baths, and most of all the wonderful hospitality from your staff. The birthday surprise for my mother was a huge success!!! She was so happy she even cried. The property was spotless and beautifully maintained. The expansive garden filled with lush greenery was especially breathtaking! Thank you so much for giving our family such an unforgettable and special time. We will definitely return.

I stayed at Route Inn for the first time. Even though it was a bit late at night, the staff provided pleasant service. The Room and service were excellent! It's not as far from the station as expected, so it's also recommended for those not using a car.

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to visit Mihama Beach and it was conveniently located, but I was amazed by the incredible hospitality. The proprietress was like sunshine, and all the other staff were so pleasant—truly a wonderful Accommodation. The young woman who served dinner even picked up on our small conversation and celebrated my husband’s birthday, which we hadn’t mentioned. The Room cushions were unbelievably thick and fluffy—so much so that I almost hesitated to sit on them. Since I was traveling with my elderly father, they were very considerate of him, and he was in great spirits as well. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a warm Accommodation. Thank you very much!

It was our first family trip in six years. The Ryokan’s atmosphere, the meals, and the open-air bath in our Room were all outstanding. My family was very happy as well.

Everything—from the Facility and hospitality to the dining—exceeded our expectations, and it was a stay that our whole family genuinely enjoyed. Our child liked it so much they said, “I want to come again,” and we felt it is a Hotel that’s perfect for a family trip. This time we stayed for one night and two days because we were also staying at another Hotel, but considering the well-equipped Facility and services, I think a Multiple Night Stay would let you appreciate this Hotel’s appeal even more. Next time, we would definitely like to stay for multiple nights. [Club Lounge] The staff at check-in were extremely courteous, and we were able to enjoy sweets and drinks while completing the procedures. They also prepared coloring sets for each child in our party, which left a great impression as our child was able to spend the time without getting bored. [Guest Room: Ryukyu Suite / Beach View] The in-room refrigerator was a large model with completely separate fridge and freezer compartments, making it very convenient even for families. The toilet was modern and very clean, so it was comfortable to use. Having an in-room drum-type washer/dryer is especially helpful for longer stays or trips with children. Also, because there is a tatami room, children can relax safely lying down; we felt it’s a guest room where families can truly unwind together. Since it’s on the 3rd floor, the view isn’t quite “breathtaking,” but we had no particular complaints and stayed comfortably. [Dinner: Roy’s] There was an excellent variety of sushi options, and the desserts were plentiful as well—everything was delicious. We were satisfied enough that we definitely want to dine here again next time, and I can strongly recommend it to future guests. [Breakfast: Four Seasons] As part of the club floor benefits, we could make a Reservation at check-in, which helped us avoid crowds and enter smoothly. All dishes were delicious—especially the pancakes. With seating overlooking the ocean and a great atmosphere overall, it made for a wonderful morning. [Large Public Bath] We used it around 9:00 PM. It was crowded inside, but there was always an available washing station. Towels were provided as well, which made everything comfortable. [Facilities & Amenities] While not large, there is an indoor pool; plus activities such as rock-paper-scissors stamp rallies are held too, so children won’t get bored even on rainy days. We spent comfortably everywhere—including the outdoor pool area and the beach. [What Was Disappointing] The club floor benefit “Dolphin Splash” and the suite benefit “Wake-Up Sailing” were fully booked so we couldn’t participate. Although this seems unavoidable since the website states they are first-come-first-served programs as well، I hope improvements can be made so guests are less likely to miss out on these benefits altogether.

We stayed as a family of three with our 5th-grade daughter. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we had a very relaxing stay. Both dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious, and we ate so much our stomachs hurt. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have loved a bit more variety of local specialties at breakfast, but there was more than enough food overall, so we were very satisfied. We were a little worried about the midsummer heat and the rural scenery, but we trusted everyone’s Reviews and are glad we chose this place. We enjoyed it together with visits to the Honda Collection Hall and Mobility Park, making it a fulfilling trip that felt different from usual—and we truly got to enjoy Motegi. We even saw shooting stars when looking up at the night sky, and were able to fully experience both nature and mobility. If we have another chance, we’d love to come back next time just to take our time stargazing.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Although it was a type without an indoor bath, amenities were well-prepared, and the basket bag provided for going to the bath was convenient. It was also nice to be able to choose the size of the yukata. The facility wasn’t brand new but had a clean and pleasant atmosphere. I prefer Onsen water to be slightly hotter, so I deducted one star for that. Meals were served in a large hall, and each dish—whether warm or cold—was served at the right temperature and tasted delicious. There was no coffee in the room, but freshly brewed coffee with free refills was available in the lobby, which was great. The staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which I appreciated. Being able to settle payment before check-out was also convenient.

We stayed here during the Obon holidays. We arrived early, but they kindly stored our luggage, so we were able to take a walk along the coast and enjoy the scenery. After check-in, we had welcome tea in our Room. Our attendant was an international staff member, but their Japanese explanations were excellent, and their warm smile left a great impression. What kind of tea was it? It was very delicious. The Onsen in the Room felt wonderful on the skin, and we could relax and fully enjoy it while taking in the view. Dinner was very satisfying—the sashimi was fresh, and the abalone in particular was outstanding. They also accommodated ingredients we cannot eat, which we really appreciated. After returning to our Room, we enjoyed the Onsen again, and they even adjusted the temperature for us, making our stay extremely comfortable. In addition, we had an urgent matter late at night this time; despite the late hour, the staff responded very quickly and courteously, for which we are truly grateful. Breakfast was also excellent—the rice cooked in a traditional pot was especially delicious. We will visit again in a different season. Thank you very much.

The food was delicious and made us feel so content, and since my husband’s birthday was coming up, you even celebrated it for us! We were deeply moved by your thoughtfulness. It became a truly wonderful memory. Thank you again! The spacious and spotless private family bath was amazing, and the Onsen water quality was excellent—simply the best! The buffet selection was very extensive, every dish was delicious, and we were extremely satisfied. Our Room had an ocean view, the scenery was wonderful, and we were able to relax comfortably. There were also various types of baths, each with a different atmosphere, and we enjoyed them very much. As it is all-inclusive, it’s an especially appealing stay for those who enjoy alcohol. Since we don’t drink much, that part felt a bit wasted for us; however, we understood this in advance when booking, and the complimentary soft drinks and other beverages were plentiful, so it wasn’t inconvenient. One thing we noticed was the in-Room amenities: items such as toner were provided for only one person. We felt it would be more comfortable if they were prepared for the number of guests. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the food, views, and baths alike—it was a wonderful Hotel that we would definitely like to stay at again.
