The meals are such high quality you’d never guess they’re buffet-style. The menu changes with the seasons, so it never gets boring, and everything is consistently delicious every time we visit! The Rooms may seem similar at first, but the layouts and interiors vary, which makes it fun and interesting. The Surprise Plan is the best—guaranteed to become an unforgettable memory! It’s wonderful to receive, and just as fun to plan for someone else. A space where everyone is sure to feel happy! We’re truly grateful to all the staff who create this extraordinary and wonderful atmosphere.

I stayed here for a concert trip this time. Because of the concert end time and traffic, I didn’t arrive until 9:00 PM, and I ended up getting to dinner very late, but you welcomed me with a smile and I had a wonderful time. Breakfast was also delicious, and since I had some time before checkout, I was able to take a walk in Kenrokuen Garden across the street. The location is excellent, and above all, every staff member was smiling and seemed genuinely happy—I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Kanazawa. It was rare for our whole family to be together, so we decided to stay on short notice. After check-in, we headed to our Room with a complimentary drink from the lobby (non-alcoholic) in hand. The Room was more spacious than expected, well stocked with amenities, and the view was wonderful. The bedside light brightness can’t be adjusted, but it wasn’t an issue. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes. The freshly grilled Wagyu steak made to order was delicious, but the best was the made-to-order tempura where you can choose the ingredients to be fried. There were also many types of all-you-can-drink alcohol options, which we enjoyed. For breakfast, you can choose the fillings for your omelet, and there were plenty of both Japanese and Western options as well. Towels were provided at the large public bath, and the free ice cream after bathing was great too! All staff provided polite service—especially the restaurant staff, who spoke gently and kindly—and it felt like they paid close attention to guests. After checkout, my daughter was touched by a woman who greeted us cheerfully at the car drop-off area and waved both hands as she saw us off until we left; it made for a very pleasant departure from the Hotel and a wonderful stay overall.

We also used the lounge at the sister Hotel, and both lounges were great. At the station-front location, the salted squid and plum wine were delicious, and we went back for seconds several times. They also gave us a map showing where the nearest bus stop to the sister Hotel is and a bus timetable, which made it easy to use. There were many restaurants around the station-front location that all looked good, so it was hard to choose. The ramen shop next door always had a line as well, so I’d like to try it next time. The Room was spacious enough for three adults including my elderly mother to relax comfortably. We could only stay one night this time, but if we have another chance, we’d like to stay two nights. Since it was a hot season, it was also nice that there was Häagen-Dazs ice cream in the freezer. It was a bit disappointing that the washroom lighting felt slightly dim, but overall we were satisfied.

From the moment we arrived, the parking guidance, check-in, shop, and breakfast venue staff were all very welcoming, and their smiles and service made our stay truly comfortable. The Room was also clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary beer and ice cream after bathing. Thank you very much.

As we entered the country that day from overseas and it was quite a distance, getting there was a bit challenging, but after actually staying there, we were truly satisfied. Our train was delayed and we missed the shuttle bus time, but you waited for us at the station, which really moved us. All of the staff were very kind and took care of us warmly and attentively throughout our stay. The food was delicious, the water in the large public bath was clean, and in the quiet, relaxing atmosphere we were able to unwind at our own pace. Our whole family had a comfortable and enjoyable time, and it became a wonderful memory. We would love to make time to visit again. Thank you very much for giving us such a lovely stay.

This was my first business trip to Aomori, and after reading Reviews, I chose to stay at Kaosenkaku. The view of Mutsu Bay from the Room was even more breathtaking than I imagined, and the sunset was truly soothing. At dinner, we enjoyed Nebuta Festival hand dances, folk songs, Tsugaru shamisen performances, and dancing—since we didn’t have time to go sightseeing, it made our stay feel like a full Aomori experience!! Next time, I’d love to visit again and take my time exploring as well. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This trip was our first time staying with my son and his wife and our nearly 2-year-old grandchild, a group of five, and we stayed at Hotel Tsubakikan. They prepared two adjacent rooms for us, which made it easy to go back and forth. With beds and tatami mats, our grandchild could walk around freely, which was great. The buffet meals were delicious. The restaurant staff were very kind and quickly provided a chair for our grandchild. We went to get food many times, and each time they promptly cleared the used dishes from our table, so we could enjoy our meal comfortably. The hot springs were wonderful—both my daughter-in-law and I went three times. We weren’t sure how it would go since it was our grandchild’s first hot spring experience, but they behaved well in the bath. We all made happy memories and are grateful to the staff. Everyone said they’d like to come again. Thank you very much.

We were very satisfied to have stayed at such a wonderful Hotel. The meals and the services for children were excellent as well. Regarding the title: we used the coin laundry, and while we were rushing around because our children are still small, we realized that we had accidentally put a smartphone into the washing machine. When I panicked and called the extension, a staff member responded kindly and carefully, for which we are truly grateful. I wanted to confirm their name and thank them at check-out, but I forgot to ask. So I am writing it here instead. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again next year. Thank you very much.

We booked the Plan with dinner on a riverside dining platform, and not only was the meal excellent, but we also had a wonderful time chatting with a maiko, which became a great memory.\nThe in-house Facilities were also superb, and we especially enjoyed the Onsen twice.\nWe were truly moved by the warm hospitality of all the staff. From the wonderful staff to the view from our room, the colorful and exciting meals, and even the aquarium—everything was outstanding. If I had to mention one thing, it was a bit inconvenient needing a card key for the elevator and other small things, but if you think of it as security, it’s no problem at all. It truly was amazing. My father’s eyes were sparkling like a child’s. We were somehow upgraded to a room as well, and our child cheered at the stylish, open space. The bed was so comfortable it felt like a dream—I slept soundly for the first time in decades. I was amazed. We also really appreciated having two rooms next to each other. We were able to borrow a wheelchair smoothly, and without using any stairs from the hotel we could safely enjoy visiting the aquarium together as three generations. Because our child is so busy we haven’t been able to take a family trip, so we thought about somewhere nice nearby that we could go on short notice—and Suma Aquarium came to mind with fond memories. We’re thrilled that such a wonderful hotel has opened. Thank you for such a lovely time.

From sweets and tea in the lounge to beer and wine at the restaurant, we enjoyed delicious offerings throughout the day. Everything was excellent, from the salads and sushi to the special menu item of scallop sashimi. Even though we were full, we also enjoyed the evening live performance. We would love to visit again.

Conveniently located near Dogo Onsen Station, the view from the Room was great, with Dogo Onsen Honkan and Matsuyama Castle visible. The window glass had a pattern, so it would have been even better if it were completely clear. The Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice sense of cleanliness. The large public bath on the top floor was also very relaxing, and I especially recommend the open-air bath! We used the buffet for both breakfast and dinner, and there were many local dishes and unique items—everything was delicious. Dinner was a half-buffet, but we were very full, so I thought it would be nice to have a Plan with buffet only (it may already exist...). Also, I’d be happy if there were mandarin orange juice at breakfast! It was also great to have live piano music in the evening.

This was my first stay here, and I felt thoughtful attention to detail throughout, making it a very comfortable experience. First of all, the location—right in front of Kyoto Station’s Hachijo Exit—is extremely convenient. Even with large luggage, getting around was easy, which was a huge help on this trip. Inside the Hotel, the lobby is spacious and there is also a guest-only lounge, which I really appreciated for relaxing. The lounge is accessed by tapping your Room key card, and there is a wide variety of drinks available—not only coffee but also options like matcha latte—free to enjoy. You can even take drinks back to your Room, and I was surprised that the lounge could be used even after check-out. It’s a wonderful service that lets you relax until the very end. And what I especially loved this time was the large public bath. It was kept very clean, with thorough cleaning and well-stocked amenities. During my stay I used it three times—in the evening, at night, and in the morning—and it was pleasant every time. You bring towels from your Room, but just in case you forget, spare towels were prepared at the entrance as well. I really appreciated this kind of consideration for those “small inconveniences.” I felt this is a Hotel that not only has excellent Facilities but also pays close attention to every detail so guests can enjoy their stay comfortably. I liked my stay so much that I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

It was simply amazing!! I’ve stayed at many large Ryokan, and I was delighted to enjoy both the scenic-view baths and a variety of hot springs. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with more food than we could finish. Everything was truly delicious—thank you very much. The building had a classic, long-established feel, but the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. We stayed with our child and had a great time without ever getting bored, thanks to the pool, fishing, arcade, and play area. It made us want to come back again if we get the chance. We debated among several Accommodations on Awaji Island (including sister properties), but we’re congratulating ourselves for making a great choice with Hotel New Awaji.

Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay. Yuzawa Grand Hotel was an outstanding hotel in every way. Our family usually doesn’t eat large portions, so kaiseki meals at ryokan can sometimes feel like too much, but this time everything was so delicious that we ended up eating more than usual. We thought buffet meals were pretty much the same everywhere, but this hotel offered many items you don’t often see elsewhere—such as grilled seafood (hamayaki), dobin-mushi, and a chocolate fountain—so dining was truly enjoyable. Of course, everything we tried tasted great. To the head chef, thank you for the wonderful meal. The baths were also excellent, and the open-air bath had a lovely atmosphere where we could relax at ease. We would definitely love to stay again.

I stay here every time I visit Sendai. It has great access from the station and is convenient for the Sendai Morning Market and nearby restaurants. The Facility and Room are clean and comfortable. A small downside is that the large public bath is only available from 4:00 PM. Also, having a coin laundry inside the bath area is convenient, but during a Multiple Night Stay you can only use it when the bath area is not crowded (there are only two washing machines, so they may be unavailable at night). It would also be helpful if the in-room TV showed coin laundry and bath availability. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

This time we stayed in a special Room with a private open-air bath. The water temperature was comfortable 24 hours a day, the tub was spacious enough for two people to relax, and the cypress wood rim added a warm touch—I think I soaked in it about ten times. We also had three bath towels each, plus a wide towel rack to hang them, which made everything stress-free. One suggestion: I used the open-air bath around 7 a.m., but the direct sunlight was very strong. It would be nice to have something like bamboo blinds to block the sun. We also used the large public bath, and as with other Kyoritsu Resort properties such as Dormy Inn, it had plenty of washing space and was easy to use. And when it comes to Kyoritsu Resort, there’s the late-night ramen service. Since this is Hakodate, they offer salt ramen in addition to soy sauce ramen. We expected breakfast—known for being popular—to involve waiting in line, but thanks to the special Room privileges they reserved our preferred seating (such as semi-private booths or window seats) at a designated time. That was great. Of course, the meal selection lived up to its reputation. All drinks in the Room were free—including whisky—and there was also a sparkling water maker. Overall it was excellent. The price is high, but given how well-equipped everything is, we felt it was worth it. We’d love to stay again if possible.

We truly enjoyed the delicious meals at both breakfast and dinner. The bath was also very comfortable. The ocean view from our Room and from the large public bath was especially beautiful and memorable. By chance, we were able to see fireworks, which delighted our granddaughter.
