Once again this year, we were satisfied with the Accommodation, meals, and Onsen. We look forward to staying with you again next year.

Although I arrived late at night, the front desk staff greeted me with a smile, which made me feel at ease. The Room was spacious, and the in-room amenities included thoughtful touches such as a cart for placing small items. I had a comfortable stay and would like to use this hotel again.

I’m glad I could enjoy visiting different baths. Since it’s a natural Onsen, I’d like to go again. The cherry blossoms nearby were beautiful too. Spring is highly recommended.

This is a highly recommended Hotel that is clean and well-maintained, with excellent service, allowing you to stay comfortably and with peace of mind without any stress.

I arrived by motorcycle on a rainy day, and they kindly allowed me to park in front of the entrance where it wouldn’t get wet, which made carrying my luggage much easier. I really appreciated that thoughtful consideration. The guest Room is a bit dated, but it was no different from a typical Route Inn. The Room key was the old-style type, which felt nostalgic. The Room was properly cleaned, and I had a comfortable stay. Since I didn’t want to go out in the rain, I had dinner inside the Hotel and it was delicious. Breakfast was also similar to what I usually have at Route Inn, but it felt like there were more kinds of bread. Whenever I go touring, I enjoy staying at Route Inns in various places. Collecting Route Inn keychains is fun too.

I was absolutely satisfied with the meals. Everything was made with fresh ingredients, and I was impressed by the care taken in both the cooking and presentation. The warm, attentive hospitality also made my stay truly relaxing. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

After reading Reviews on various sites about this Hotel, I was prepared for a cigarette smell, but it was not an issue at all. The Room had a TV, microwave, kettle, two-door refrigerator, hair dryer, and a power strip with USB ports. The bedding and towels were comfortable to use. It takes about a 15-minute walk from Matsusaka Station, but within a 5-minute walk from the Hotel there is Gyutora (open until 9:00 PM), a drugstore, and a post office, which was convenient. The staff provided a thorough explanation at check-in. After check-in, you keep the key yourself and simply leave it before 12:00 PM on the day of check-out. As mentioned in some Reviews, there were partially eaten food items and drinks left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. Next time I stay here, I plan to check inside the refrigerator while staff are present.

Whenever I stay in Kitaibaraki, I always rely on this accommodation. It's convenient whether traveling by car or train, as it's close to the station. There is a supermarket within walking distance. However, I recommend going early when buying dinner as items sell out quickly. The only downside is that the bathroom and toilet are small. It’s a quiet hotel where you can relax and rest well. The bath was wonderful. I was also happy that there was an electric therapy chair. For dinner, it would have been even better if there had been one more small side dish or a salad. The staff cleaned the facilities from early in the morning, so I had a very pleasant stay. The garden was beautiful as well. Thank you very much.

Upon check-in, the entrance was crowded with foreign guests, some sitting on the floor with scattered luggage, which was surprising. The trash bins were overflowing, and there were items like empty instant noodle cups. The room and amenities were pleasant, allowing for a relaxing stay. However, the space between the bed and wall was narrow, making it difficult to find a spot to open a suitcase. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, so even during my two-night stay, I didn’t get tired of it.

The front desk staff provided courteous and pleasant service during both check-in and check-out. The complimentary services were exceptional, especially the free dinner bowls, which were the highlight of my stay. I only needed to purchase a salad and edamame from a convenience store to complete a satisfying dinner. That evening, there were curry and two types of bowls (frozen pre-packaged beef bowl and ginger pork bowl), both of which were truly delicious. The free soft drink bar even included an alcohol button, offering highballs and sours, with sake available nearby. Additionally, there were stick drinks, tea bags, soup packets, mini ramen, ochazuke packs, and bean snacks, making the service truly outstanding. However, I was disappointed not to find a cold water pitcher, which I believe is in high demand. The hotel also has an attached izakaya, which I considered visiting if I wanted more drinks. However, the loud voices of some patrons early in the evening made it uninviting, so I decided not to go. When I asked the front desk about takeout options, they mentioned it was a separate business, so they were unsure. In the end, the free bowls and drinks were more than enough, and I didn’t use the izakaya. The breakfast venue is the same izakaya, operating in a buffet style. Nearly half the seating area is used for the food stations, resulting in limited seating and potential wait times depending on the timing. When I stayed at Toyoko Inn Kurashiki, the lobby served as the breakfast area, which was quite small, but they provided takeout bento boxes for room dining, allowing for a relaxed breakfast experience. If the crowding persists, this could be a consideration for improvement. The bed in the room had a springy mattress, which I personally found uncomfortable. This was my second experience, after Cuore Kurashiki Hotel, where I bounced too much during a turn and fell off the bed. The height caused me to hit my knee hard, leaving a significant bruise. The rental services were excellent, so I would appreciate the addition of bed guards or floor impact-absorbing mats for rental. This would provide peace of mind for future stays. Thank you very much for taking care of us for one night and two days. The staff service was wonderful, with bright, friendly smiles. Monday breakfast was delicious and included Toyama specialties; it was spacious, and everything such as croissants, rice, side dishes, miso soup, and more was tasty. The restaurant staff also had great smiles. Since it was a smoking Room, I felt the ventilation was not very good; unless I smoked with the bathroom and toilet door open, it became smoky. The air conditioner was slightly dirty and had an odor. However, we were able to stay at a reasonable price, so overall it was good. If we have the opportunity again, we would be happy to stay again.

I stayed for one night to see the moss phlox. The front desk staff were very courteous. When I asked for directions, they explained everything while looking at a map. Room wear is available near the front desk, and guests can choose what they need. What made me happiest was the food—I didn’t expect to enjoy such delicious meals. This is a Hotel I’d love to visit again.

The Room is spacious enough for sleeping, equipped with a desk large enough to spread out your travel belongings, clean and simple without being overly luxurious. You can enjoy a large public bath and have a hearty breakfast. Motorcycle parking is also available without any issues. This is the usual roadside style. It’s just right.

The Room was spacious, and we had a comfortable stay. Although the check-in cutoff time is early, they were able to accommodate us even when we arrived late, so it wasn’t inconvenient. We would like to stay again.

I was a little unsure about where the reception was, but they kindly assisted me over the phone and I found it right away! The Room and kitchen were both very well equipped, and the Facility amenities were excellent. There were also plenty of amenities for dogs, which was really helpful!! We were able to let our dog run around in the outdoor garden, and we were very satisfied! Thank you!

The front desk staff are very kind. There are two bath temperatures, which is great because you won’t overheat. Having a microwave was helpful for heating up convenience store meals. At night, the noise from the neighboring Room can be a bit bothersome. It’s a great service to be able to use the bath after skiing and then head home.

Master, thank you for such a fun and wonderful time. It was my first stay, but you listened to so many of our stories over drinks, and it was truly relaxing. You even celebrated my birthday and Mother’s Day with me—it was the most fulfilling time I’ve had in decades. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again at this Hotel.
