Thank you very much for your heartfelt hospitality during our three-day, two-night stay. Every dish made with local ingredients was deeply flavorful, and the free-flowing natural hot spring water was so soothing it felt as if both body and mind were gently unwinding—my spouse and I were truly refreshed. On the second day, we enjoyed a full round at a golf club near the Accommodation. Although it was extremely hot, the Onsen we had upon returning eased our fatigue, and once again we were reminded of how wonderful BeniyA’s hot spring water is. Also, whenever we encountered your warm smiles and greetings—especially from the attendant in charge of us—we felt at ease. Even a brief word when passing in the hallway showed such thoughtfulness, and we are sincerely grateful that we could spend our entire stay so comfortably. In addition, hearing from the proprietress about the kitchen knives left a strong impression on us—particularly as it came just after seeing news about a female figure skater receiving Japan’s People’s Honour Award. On our way to the large public bath, we caught a glimpse of the kitchen area and felt anew that these knives support your delicious cuisine every day. This trip became a cherished memory for us as a couple. We would love to visit again in another season—and next time, we hope to enjoy winter crab delicacies.

Our dog had just turned nine months old, and we stayed here for our first time at a Resort Hotel. The dog-loving staff welcomed us warmly. We stayed in a Garden Moderate Room on the first floor, and everything was thoughtfully prepared—not only the Facility and private dog run, but also detailed amenities for dogs. The Room was clean and comfortable with considerate touches for owners as well, and the meals were delicious. We were very satisfied. After breakfast, we could take a walk to nearby Kumoba Pond before check-out, so the location is great too. Since Regina Resort seems to have locations in various areas, we’d like to visit not only Karuizawa but other destinations as well. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality.

This was my second visit. All the staff were very pleasant and made my stay truly relaxing. Of course, the private open-air Onsen bath in the Room with free-flowing hot spring water was excellent. The meals were well balanced, perfectly suited to my taste, and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back.

Having visited Yoko no Kaze before, we stayed here this year. Our family has grown, and our daughter-in-law joined us as well. They kindly prepared Rooms next to each other for us. At Kumoba Terrace, we took our time enjoying alcohol and fresh juice, and the lit bonfire and birch forest were truly soothing. In the spacious, clean Room, we relaxed in the Onsen brought from Ueda City. The cuisine was outstanding—seasonal and beautifully presented. We enjoyed everything from the scallop takikomi rice to dessert, though the portions were a bit large for me. As it was our daughter-in-law’s birthday month, we requested a surprise message plate. She was very happy, which made us glad as well. Thanks to the thoughtful staff, we were able to add another precious family memory. Thank you very much.

With its expansive grounds, tranquil atmosphere, seemingly oversized guest rooms, and dedicated attendants, this is a top-tier Japanese-style Ryokan. While it did feel a bit dated in places—such as not having enough power outlets by the bed—we were very satisfied with our stay. It was disappointing that the private family bath (Nishi-no-Yu) was closed due to reduced hot spring water volume depending on the season.

The Onsen on the 11th floor was great, with a sauna and an open-air bath that felt wonderfully spacious!

I visited to relax with my daughter, who has just started her first job. On the day, we were picked up by the Shuttle Service to the athletic park. We didn’t have to wait long, and the careful driving made it very comfortable. The Room was lovely, and the night view was amazing. The meals were delicious, and the tableware was beautiful as well. We were very satisfied. Next time, we’ll visit in a different season.

We stayed here to celebrate my sister’s anniversary. Our Room was on an upper floor, and the romantic view overlooking the harbor was wonderful. I was truly touched to find flowers arranged in the Room with a card attached. The Room was spacious, and there was also a hot bath Facility, so we were able to spend our time very comfortably. When I asked the front desk for recommendations for local cafes, they kindly took the time—despite being busy—to print out a detailed map and even contacted the cafe to confirm their business hours. They made our one-night trip feel absolutely special. If I have another chance to visit Nagasaki, I would definitely like to stay again.

Located just a short distance from Horyu-ji Temple, the building was new and very clean. As there were few guests on the day of our stay, we were upgraded to the West Wing. The bath was at a perfect temperature, and breakfast the next morning was delicious—this was our favorite Accommodation of the trip. On the Horyu-ji tour, the guide’s explanations were excellent, and the two hours flew by. This is an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again. It truly became a valuable and memorable journey.

We stay here mainly for Arashi no Yu, and it’s always one amazing experience after another—thank you again this time. The table tennis & darts Room was a hidden gem, and the kids were thrilled! If I had one request, it would be to have some board games the kids can enjoy (even something like UNO) in the table tennis Room or at the front desk—then children wouldn’t get bored even during a Multiple Night Stay. In any case, thank you as always for another wonderful stay.

Thank you for a relaxing first visit to Yumura Onsen. It was also my first time staying at this Hotel, so I was a bit worried at first, but all the staff were kind and attentive, and I truly appreciate it. I was able to fully enjoy the detached Room and the open-air bath, and the food was delicious as well—thank you very much. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

The sushi and champagne pairing was a wonderful first-time experience. The Room was spacious, and it was great that we could bathe 24 hours a day. I would like to stay in a different Room next time as well.

I love the meals here and have returned several times. This time, I enjoyed the chef’s special kaiseki featuring splendid alfonsino, and truly savored it. Everything was delicious. The dishes were beautiful to look at as well, and I was reminded how Japanese cuisine lets you enjoy the seasons. I spent a relaxing, elegant holiday and felt completely recharged. Thank you to all the staff for your thoughtful hospitality.

It was a wonderful, very comfortable Accommodation. The Room layout and atmosphere were excellent, and simply gazing at the forest view from the window was soothing—I lost track of time. The in-room Onsen was easy to use, and the water temperature was perfect whenever I bathed. The staff who assisted us were also wonderful. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. I would love to stay again in a different season.

What stood out most during this stay was the French cuisine at the restaurant “BLUNO.” It was truly delicious. Each dish was prepared with great care, and I enjoyed everything to the very end—not only for its beautiful presentation, but also because you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. Rather than just “Hotel food,” it made me think, “I want to stay here again just to eat this French cuisine.” It greatly increased my overall satisfaction with this stay. The Hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a calm atmosphere. For bathing, you use the adjacent spa Facility. The water temperature was pleasantly lukewarm for a long soak, but I prefer hotter baths, so that part was a little disappointing. Even so, it was still a highly satisfying stay overall. In particular, I would love to enjoy BLUNO’s dishes again.

The location and facilities were excellent, and the large public bath was especially great. If I have the chance to stay somewhere else, I’ll look for Dormy Inn again.

We stayed overnight to visit Huis Ten Bosch. From the morning of check-in, we were able to park our car and have our luggage stored. There was a dedicated gate for Hotel Nikko, and the entrance/exit was close, which was very convenient. In the evening, we returned to our Room once to take a break, then went back to Huis Ten Bosch again. After returning tired after the park closed, the large public bath helped us relax and felt great. Breakfast was also very delicious, just as expected.

I had a wonderful stay. I accidentally arrived at Glover Garden, so I called the Hotel and they kindly helped me. When I entered, they greeted me very politely: “Were you the one who called earlier? We’ve been waiting for you—you arrived sooner than we expected.” After that, every staff member continued to treat me with warm hospitality. That alone made me feel glad I chose this Hotel. In the lobby there are two counters—one open until 10:30 p.m. and another available all day—where you can enjoy as many drinks and snacks as you like. Since I arrived late, I do regret not getting there earlier so I could have tried more from the limited-time counter. The braised pork and chocolate were delicious; there was plenty of braised pork left, so if I hadn’t eaten too much at my dinner gathering, I could have finished it all… maybe next time. Still, the all-day counter was more than enough to enjoy. The lounge also has a great selection of books, so I stayed up a bit reading while enjoying tea and sweets from the all-day counter. It was such a relaxing time. Breakfast in a steamer basket was comforting and delicious as well—the yuzu miso was especially amazing. They also had loquat and mandarin drinks. I expected them to be sweet, but they tasted properly like tea with just a subtle hint of flavor. Personally (with my sweet tooth), the mandarin juice added to the all-day counter in the morning was particularly tasty. There is no Onsen (as expected), and while this is clear if you check in advance, toothbrushes are not provided for sustainability reasons. However, there’s a convenience store about 50 meters away from the Hotel, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. I’ll definitely come again! Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

Even though I don’t swim in the sea, I travel solo year-round in search of gourmet Accommodations near the coast (for the food and scenery). I was delighted to be upgraded to a sea-view Room. It was a Japanese-style Room, but it also had a leather sofa and ottoman, so I could stretch out and relax while gazing at the ocean. When I woke up around 5:00, I was able to watch a beautiful sunrise from the Room. There is a calm inner-sea beach right in front of the Accommodation, and there are showers as well—great for families with small children. The meals were outstanding, featuring an abundance of local specialties. My main goal was Wakasa-guji (tilefish), but it was even more delicious than I imagined—the Wakasa-guji ochazuke was exceptional. And the Matsunaga rice was unbelievably good (probably the best I’ve ever had). I didn’t use the public bath and used the shower in my Room instead, but I loved that the shampoo and conditioner were Hokurokusousui—one of my favorite brands—and it helped me relax. Recently there have been more Accommodations renovated from wooden buildings, but some noise—voices and footsteps—is unavoidable. You can often hear children as well. It’s not exactly quiet. However, more than making up for that, I felt each staff member’s hospitality and way of interacting with guests was wonderful. In particular: the woman with glasses who assisted me at check-in; the woman at breakfast (I’m sorry—I forgot your name); and one of the male staff members who kindly gave me helpful advice for sightseeing in Obama after check-out. Thanks to them, it became more than just an overnight stay—I had a chance to learn even more about Obama, making this trip extremely satisfying. I heard that midwinter is especially good for grouper, pufferfish, and Echizen crab. As transportation access improves from here on out, this will be an Accommodation you’ll want to visit even more. Next time it would be perfect if I could borrow a firmer pillow!! Please make that happen on my next visit!! (I can’t sleep if a pillow doesn’t suit me.) We stayed for three nights during the Obon holiday. It was a very pleasant space, and we are grateful to the staff. If I had to mention one point, it would be the mattress. Our family uses a health roll, so we may simply be used to a firmer feel. However, at an Accommodation in Hakone in June, we slept comfortably with Airweave and Nishikawa bedding. It is conveniently located near the bus center and dining area. We would love to stay again.
