This was my third stay. I’ve stayed in a twin, a double, and a twin again, and this Room was my favorite. The first time was on the railway side, the second time on the opposite side, and this time it was on the city side with a view of the station and Mores. (For some reason this time, the refrigerator was as large as one for home use—it held a lot, and I was happy that the freezer compartment was also big.) It’s fun to see different scenery from the window each time. I really like the comfortably firm bed, pillows with adjustable height along with cushions, complimentary water service, and the pleasant hospitality from your Hotel staff. Thank you always. I’d love to stay again next year.

We stayed here for the first time just after New Year’s, and my spouse, our dog, and I were all very satisfied—so we came back again four months later. Everything was excellent: truly pet-first, wonderful staff hospitality, great meals, and relaxing baths. Modern stylish Accommodations are nice too, but we really love Kinugawa’s charming retro atmosphere… We’re already planning our third visit this year… We’ll be coming all the way from Izu (lol). See you then!

We stayed here because it was a short drive from the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. We could see the sea from our room, and since the Accommodation is located on the grounds of a shipbuilding company, we were able to tour the shipbuilding process from inside a bus, which was great. The room rate was also affordable and good value.

The exterior gives the impression of a traditional hotel, but once inside, it feels like a bright and clean luxury Ryokan. The rooms and hallways have a touch of Showa retro atmosphere, yet everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff's hospitality is excellent. As for the meals, true to the hotel's name, there are many recipes featuring apples that were both enjoyable and delicious. However, the highlight was definitely the Onsen. The large public bath was almost always private whenever I visited, and the water quality was incredibly smooth—leaving my skin warm and moisturized after bathing. I also appreciated how they separated bathing areas for day visitors and overnight guests, which added to the special feeling of staying there. The welcome apple was not only delicious but also a charming idea that brought warmth to my experience. I would love to visit again!

The view of Matsuyama Castle was great, and it looked especially beautiful at sunset. The Room was also clean. I’m not a fan of unit baths, so having the bath and toilet separate made my stay comfortable. However, I would have liked a wash basin in the bathroom.

This was our fifth stay. The service from the international staff during meals was excellent. Their Japanese was very good, and they spoke clearly, which made it easy for us seniors to understand. The portion sizes were just right, and the dashi broth was outstanding. We will be back again.

All the staff were kind and pleasant. The bath limited day-use visitors, so I could relax and enjoy it. Every meal was delicious and seasoned just the way I like. The robatayaki was perfect with drinks. The made-to-order salt-grilled ayu was outstanding, and I’m glad I ordered it. However, I was disappointed that the delicious apple juice they used to have at breakfast was no longer available. I would like to stay again in a different season.

We stayed here for a family celebration. Although we arrived much later than planned, you responded quickly and prepared our meal without delay. The Room was very spacious and clean, and we had a very comfortable stay! The bath and sauna were also excellent! The food was delicious! When we contacted you about breakfast, you came right away. We apologize for the inconvenience during your busy morning hours. Breakfast was also very tasty! We would definitely like to stay again!!

The view through the large windows on the way from the entrance to the front desk, surrounded by towering trees, was instantly soothing. The Room was wonderful, and we stayed together with my two daughters’ families. As soon as my young grandchildren entered the Room, they changed into swimsuits and headed to the pool. Since I wasn’t feeling well, I lay down on the sofa by myself and relaxed quietly while looking out over the pine grove. The Room had been renovated and felt very clean and fresh. Since our group included three small children (ages 6, 3, and 0) and four adults, they prepared a spacious private dining room for us, so we could take our time without worrying about other guests. We were completely satisfied with this Hotel in every way. My husband couldn’t join us this time, but we would love to stay again together. Even though I wasn’t feeling well and wanted to avoid long walks, I was able to walk to Kamogawa Sea World—and seeing a show there for the first time amazed me and left a lasting impression.

We were fully satisfied with the Onsen, the room, the staff’s service, and the meals. It has become one of the Onsen we would like to visit again.

Thank you for having me again after a long time. The renovated Room was wonderful. Even a woman traveling alone can stay here with peace of mind. The front desk staff member was a lovely woman with a great smile. The parking staff are always courteous, and the cleaning staff in the morning also greet everyone cheerfully. There was just one thing that concerned me... I noticed some dirt on the base/side of the toilet bowl (below the toilet seat). It’s easy to see when soaking in the bathtub. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my third trip to Miyakojima, but my first time staying overnight here. The building feels a bit dated, as it was built during the bubble era, but it was very well cleaned and felt spotless. One thing I noticed was that the hallway was very hot—probably to save electricity. Being able to take a shower after check-out was extremely helpful, and the staff were great at that time as well. You can see the sunset and even catch a bit of the sunrise—amazing. When I come back to Miyakojima, I will definitely stay here again.

It was a truly wonderful Hotel. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt a sense of calm and dignified atmosphere. The cleanliness throughout the building, the color tones of the furniture and interiors, the beauty of the design, and the carefully arranged details all conveyed the Hotel’s overall elegance. What impressed me most was the warmth of the staff. Their demeanor and choice of words reflected outstanding hospitality, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay with peace of mind. Breakfast was also excellent—not only for the food itself, but also because it could be enjoyed slowly in a serene setting. It felt like one of the great highlights of staying at this Hotel. This Hotel is not simply a place to stay; it is a place to step away from everyday life and spend quiet time in refined comfort. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to take their time enjoying their stay while appreciating its beautiful atmosphere and distinctive world that the staff so carefully preserve. I sincerely thank all staff members for providing such a wonderful space and service. I would love to visit again. However, some guests’ behavior was disappointing. At minimum, basic manners matter—no swimming in the large public bath; no shouting by adults or children; no arguing or yelling between parents; no running in the breakfast area. Even though it was only one night, there was a significant gap between guests who wanted to enjoy a quiet, high-quality environment and those without manners. With both groups mixed together, it is true that there were many moments when I could not fully enjoy what should have been such a dignified and lovely atmosphere. The food, cleanliness, ambiance, elegance, professionalism at reception, quality of furnishings, and housekeeping (except for parts related to air conditioning within the building) were all excellent and very satisfying. This is an issue on our side as guests. Please follow basic etiquette in shared spaces: do not run (especially in the breakfast area), do not shout, do not argue loudly even as parents—and keep your voices down. Unfortunately there were many guests who did not observe these basics. I especially wish people would refrain from swimming in the large public bath. There were also children splashing water around with wash buckets—yet some parents did not correct them; instead they swam together with their children while being loud. It felt chaotic. I also did not want to witness arguments between parents. I do not want to hear shouting or yelling. If only guest behavior improved—but aside from that point, this Hotel is outstanding!

Before check-in on the first day, we went to Shirarahama Beach. On the second day, we visited Adventure World. On the third day, after checking out, we went to Sandanbeki Cliff, had lunch at Toretore Market, and then headed home. It was a very fulfilling and enjoyable trip. The dinners on the first and second nights were different, so we never got tired of them and enjoyed everything—delicious throughout. The abalone was outstanding! We traveled as three families, and our grandchild was thrilled to be able to use the pool four times over two days—it was so much fun. It was truly wonderful. The café coffee was very good as well; we used it both days.

We have been staying at Inatori Ginsuiso for four generations, ever since my late mother. It is truly a wonderful Accommodation with exceptional charm. Above all, the hospitality of the staff is outstanding. From the time of our Reservation, they carefully accommodated my grandchild’s food allergies, the number of guests in our Room, dining table arrangements, and anniversary requests, which allowed us to visit with complete peace of mind. After arriving, we received a thorough explanation at the front desk and fully enjoyed the lounge, children’s stamp activities, and the pool and Onsen facilities. My grandchild especially loves feeding the many koi swimming energetically in the clear stream in the lobby, as well as enjoying delicious snacks and drinks in the scenic-view lounge. Since what’s offered changes by time slot, it always feels exciting. With long-standing services unchanged and new ones added over time, you can really feel Ginsuiso’s continuous efforts. As it was a family anniversary trip, we stayed for the first time in a premium suite Room with an open-air bath. The Room was beautifully prepared to perfection. With ample space and a thoughtfully designed layout, three generations were able to spend time together comfortably and happily without stress. They even delivered lounge snacks and drinks to our Room—such attentive service truly moved us. Soaking in the open-air bath while gazing at the moonlit sea view was an unforgettable luxury. At dinner, they connected tables so that all eight family members could sit together. We were able to celebrate milestones—70th birthday celebrations (Koki), a promotion, and Shichi-Go-San—with delicious cuisine and joyful conversation. When my grandchild spilled water, staff quickly wiped up the floor and brought a replacement yukata. Their warm consideration went far beyond simply serving food—we were impressed again. In addition, because it was an anniversary stay, Ginsuiso gave each of us a gift; we were filled with surprise and gratitude. After dinner came fireworks launched right in front of us on Level 6 along with a dessert buffet. From 10:00 p.m., there was night-time service with upgraded alcoholic beverages—truly impeccable hospitality from start to finish. The next morning we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast buffet with both incredible variety and flavor—we were completely satisfied. After that we continued to make full use of everything: our Room’s open-air bath, the pool(s), large public bath(s), and seaside pool(s), then checked out at 1:00 p.m. The moment we checked out we started thinking about when we could come back again. My grandchild was so sad about checking out that they cried... We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

The Room was spacious, and the shower water pressure in the bathroom was strong and very pleasant. Breakfast was not buffet-style; there was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. One drawback: we were tired and ordered room service, but the food arrived cold and was delivered on a tray rather than a cart, so my spouse and I ended up eating in separate places. I hope you will consider making improvements.

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while taking in the Tokyo view and enjoy a drink meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, which made staying in the Room itself truly enjoyable. It felt less like being in a Hotel Room and more like spending time in a living room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. It offered unusually generous spacing between seats for a Hotel in central Tokyo, so I could spend time there in complete calm. Cocktail hour was excellent as well—not simply about offering more food, but thoughtfully designed so guests can enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I appreciated that cocktails were properly prepared and delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people talk about lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was how attentively the staff looked after guests while maintaining such a relaxed atmosphere. Also, although all key Facilities—such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge—were available within the property, each area felt comfortably spacious. Even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool we also ordered French onion gratin soup in our Room; it warmed us up perfectly after getting chilled from swimming, and we were grateful to be able to use our Hotel credit as well. We were also able to enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. In addition to both Japanese breakfast options and buffet selections, we unexpectedly received one of the chef’s signature dishes—it was delicious and became a wonderful memory. Having everything we need readily available—and being able to use it freely at our own pace—is what makes this Hotel so appealing. This stay has made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

Thank you for taking care of us for 3 days and 2 nights. This is a very beautiful, safe, and secure Hotel filled with a strong spirit of hospitality. We enjoyed lunch and breakfast at Restaurant Symphony. The dishes were truly delicious, making the most of fresh local ingredients. The view of Sendai from the large windows is also wonderful. We would love to visit again.

It felt like a historic Hotel, with a luxurious interior. I have stayed in various quadruple Rooms, but this one was especially spacious, with plenty of space around each bed. The bathroom, washbasin area, and bedroom were separated, which made it very comfortable. I’m very sorry to hear it will be closing soon, but I’m glad I was able to stay here one last time.
