Not only the Room but the entire property was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. If you go to the bath at 6:00 a.m., something good might happen.

The building itself felt a bit old, but it was well maintained, and the Room was clean. In addition to the bedroom, there was another Room, and the in-room bath included an Onsen bath and a separate shower room, which made it very satisfying. The meals were buffet-style, but the quality was quite high. If you went at the wrong time, there were people waiting in line. The Onsen was also excellent. It’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again.

I stayed at Zazan Minakami for two days to visit Mt. Tanigawa. I made a Reservation with the most affordable Plan and chose the mini kaiseki dinner course. At around JPY 10,000 per person per night, it was very reasonably priced, so I didn’t have especially high expectations at first. However, the staff kindly prepared a top-floor Room for us, and the view of the Tone River from the window was truly soothing. The Room was spacious and bright, and I was able to relax comfortably. Every meal had gentle flavors and was wonderful. In particular, the tempura served at dinner on the second day was crispy on the outside and tender inside—more memorable than dishes I’ve had at luxury Hotels. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of wholesome dishes that made me happy every morning. Even though it was an inexpensive Plan, we received such attentive hospitality that I’m both surprised and deeply grateful. When I visit Mt. Tanigawa again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed at Ogawaya for two nights, and dinner was excellent on both days. The second night in particular made me very happy with its full Hida beef course. Breakfast also offers a wide variety of dishes and is delicious. There are many staff members from Southeast Asia, and most of them provide warm hospitality with sincere effort and a smile. The Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The welcome sweet, blueberry daifuku, was also delicious! It would be even better if the skincare amenities were a bit higher quality. Thank you very much.

After staying at Mikazuki Hotel in Chiba (Katsuura and Kamogawa) last year and the year before, we visited Nikko Kinugawa Hotel Mikazuki for the first time this year. With the all-inclusive plan, we could enjoy a welcome lunch right after arrival and use the pool as well, and the kids seemed to have a great time. Both Japanese and international staff provided excellent service, with thoughtful attention throughout, which really impressed us. I was excited about the all-you-can-drink alcohol from the welcome lunch onward, and my wife and grandparents also loved how clean the Hotel was and how good the service was—so we would definitely like to stay again! Thank you very much for taking care of us for two days.

This Accommodation’s Onsen was simply outstanding. The large public bath is divided into “Toki-no-Yu” and “Inishie-no-Yu,” and there are so many options—including indoor baths and open-air baths—that you can’t enjoy them all in just one night. There’s also a sauna, so it’s highly recommended for anyone who wants to sweat and unwind. Another small delight is the complimentary drink (Yakult) provided after your bath. Our Room had twin beds. It wasn’t huge, but it was calm and relaxing. When we opened the window early in the morning, we could hear birds singing—an experience you don’t usually get in the city center. It was such a wonderful Accommodation that we wanted to extend our stay.

We stayed in a detached guest room with an open-air bath, and the Facility, bath, hospitality, and meals were all excellent. The Japanese garden is also beautifully maintained—truly an outstanding Accommodation. It is well worth spending a little extra to stay here.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay on August 9 and 10. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with just the right portions. The peaceful riverside view from our Room was so relaxing that we spent a long time enjoying it with our dog. The in-room Onsen bath was also spacious and very comfortable. The Room amenities were well equipped, so we could relax without any stress during our Multiple Night Stay. Most of the staff were from overseas, but their service was excellent, and their dedicated hospitality was truly outstanding.

Both the Room and the service were outstanding! I especially loved how close it is to the shopping street... I was also impressed that amenities such as L’OCCITANE shampoo were provided separately! I’d love to stay again!

We stayed here for our once-a-year trip with friends. We really enjoyed the Onsen, including both the white bath and the red bath. At dinner, everything was delicious—crab, steak, and dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients—and breakfast was excellent too, with all-you-can-eat salmon roe and clam broth ramen. The Room was clean, but it felt a bit small once three futons were laid out. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again when we come back to Hakodate.

During the Obon holiday, when Hotels everywhere were expensive, it was a great help to be able to stay at a consistent price. It was also very close to Yunokuni no Mori, which was our destination, and the parking was free, making it an excellent place for traveling by car. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style with drinks included, which was great. The dining area was also spacious and comfortable.

The autumn leaves were very beautiful from the room. There were many tourists from overseas, but there were no issues, and it was a great experience to chat in the open-air bath. The staff seemed to include those proficient in languages, showing their efforts as an accommodation. The variety of uniquely designed baths was enjoyable. The food was also delicious. However, the reservation method for private baths may need some consideration.

I debated for a long time whether to write a Review, but I decided to do so. The food was excellent, and I was satisfied with the bath. However, there were several shortcomings in how my comments entered at the time of Reservation via IKYU were handled, which left me disappointed.

Although there is no large public bath, we were able to use five thoughtfully designed private baths for free as many times as we liked. The Room, the baths, and the post-bath lounge area were all very relaxing. It was great to have iced coffee in the post-bath lounge area—it was perfect for cooling down after a soak. The drinkable yogurt delivered to our Room in the morning was also delicious. One small downside to the meals was that the portions were large. Everything was so tasty that I wanted to eat it all, but I couldn’t finish—what a dilemma (lol). On the day we stayed, there was a town fireworks festival, and although it wasn’t huge, we enjoyed fireworks launched very close by.

On October 29th, I stayed with my partner. As a Kyoto resident, I have a deep appreciation for Japanese culture, and without a doubt, Manyotei is the best accommodation. We set an average budget of 50,000 yen for two people per night with two meals included. We travel six times a year for a total of 12 nights annually and have continued this tradition into our 74th year. Looking back on our experiences, this accommodation definitely ranks in the top three. The reasons are: 1. The dinner and breakfast are exceptionally delicious. 2. The natural Onsen springs at pH 2.1 and nearly 70°C (the morning open-air bath is especially popular). 3. Breakfast starts leisurely at 7:30 AM due to its proximity to Mount Bandai's surroundings. 4. All guests were Japanese (perhaps because it’s a Ryokan or by coincidence?). 5. The staff's hospitality was impeccable. This is truly one of those rare accommodations we want to visit again! Highly recommended for retired couples traveling together. Manyotei is an ideal choice for those who enjoy Nyuto Onsen or Myounoyu Onsen. We will definitely return—thank you very much!

We stayed here to celebrate a special anniversary, and it turned out to be an even more wonderful stay than we expected. The warm, attentive hospitality from the proprietress and all the staff made us feel truly welcomed. The Room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, so we could relax in complete comfort. Each private bath had its own charm, and we were able to fully enjoy the Onsen at our leisure. Both dinner and breakfast were extremely satisfying. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes—everything from meat and fresh sashimi to richly flavored vegetables was outstanding. Breakfast also featured local ingredients, with gentle seasoning that suited our tastes perfectly. Since it was our anniversary, we requested a surprise cake, and they kindly accommodated us, making this an unforgettable trip. We would love to return again in a different season. I was finally able to visit “Ura-Kusatsu Tou,” a place I’d been curious about for a long time. Located in the Ura-Kusatsu area, just a short distance from the bustle of Yubatake, the moment you step inside you’ll find a beautifully curated space where traditional craftsmanship and modern design come together. Every corner of the Accommodation is picture-perfect. From interiors accented with traditional crafts to warm, inviting lighting, you can feel the attention to detail throughout. It was an Accommodation with a calm atmosphere—perfect for an adults-only getaway. Relax from the core with “Jizo Gensen” The greatest highlight here is, of course, the Onsen fed by “Jizo Gensen.” Among Kusatsu’s many hot spring sources, “Jizo-no-Yu” is said to be rare due to its low output. Its gentle feel on the skin and subtle milky hue were wonderfully soothing, and I could truly relax from deep within. Not only in the large public bath but throughout the building, there are thoughtful touches that create a sense of gentle “sway,” making it feel as if everyday fatigue simply melts away. Dinner and breakfast were served in a serene dining space. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious enough to make you happy with each bite. Breakfast also felt luxurious: colorful small plates lined up alongside freshly cooked rice. An Accommodation where you can fully enjoy both the Onsen and the cuisine—I left completely satisfied in both heart and stomach. The Room was spotless and comfortable—functional yet designed with a calming Japanese aesthetic. The staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness; thanks to their courteous service, my stay was pleasant from start to finish. It had been some time since my last visit to Kusatsu Onsen, but this trip helped me rediscover its charm all over again. This wonderful Accommodation lets you experience both the excellence of Jizo Gensen and modern comfort at once—somewhere I would love to return again.

I stay here when I have business trips to the Suwa area. It had been a while since my last stay, as I hadn’t had the chance to stay recently. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially like the large public bath, and even on a one-night stay, I used it twice—at night and again the next morning. I’d like to stay here again on my next business trip.

Eight of us stayed as a family in a standard Japanese-Western Room and a Japanese-Western Room with a private Onsen and sauna. The Rooms were very spacious, and even my parent with physical difficulties said the in-room Onsen and sauna were wonderful. As for the meals, I initially wondered if there would be enough, but the taste, quality, and portion size were all very satisfying. However, at the large public bath, some foreign guests were swimming in the tub and washing their faces there, and in the changing area they were using their smartphones pointed in our direction, which made me very uncomfortable (I don’t know whether they were taking photos). This is not the Hotel’s fault, but I would appreciate it if staff could make regular rounds to check and provide guidance. Even so, everyone in our family was very happy with our stay. We would definitely like to visit again.
