This was my second stay. Last time I traveled solo and used a twin room as single occupancy, but this time I stayed with my partner (my wife) for 3 nights and 4 days. I booked a twin Western-style room for the first two nights, and a Japanese-Western style room for the third night because the twin was unavailable. However, thanks to the Hotel’s kindness, we were upgraded to a very spacious Japanese-Western style room for all three nights. Thank you very much. The main purpose of this trip was the Sapporo Snow Festival for the first time in six years. With hotel prices in central Sapporo rising sharply recently, we chose this Hotel again because we had a great experience before. When comparing rates, this Hotel with breakfast and dinner can sometimes be cheaper than central-area hotels with breakfast only (depending on when you make your Reservation). This time we rented a car from the airport, but if you are not used to driving on snowy roads, taking the bus is honestly recommended. Also, at this Hotel, if the schedule works out, using the free Shuttle Service bus is an excellent value. We used the Shuttle Service one-way from the Hotel to Sapporo Station on our second day (they were running five large buses). After enjoying the Snow Festival, we returned to the Hotel by taking Jotetsu Bus “Kappa Liner,” using its last service (departing 17:00 from in front of the station). On day three, we relaxed by visiting nearby Hoheikyo Onsen for a day trip bath and their famous curry, and took an easy stroll around town in the snowy hot-spring area. As for the Hotel itself, you can enjoy various baths at both an underground Onsen area and an observation bath & open-air bath on the top floor. That said—perhaps because there isn’t enough source water volume for baths of that size—the “Onsen feel” is slightly mild. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner. Given that it was peak season at such a huge Resort Hotel, it gets extremely crowded in a massive dining venue, so it’s better to avoid peak times. The buffet selection may not match top-tier luxury resort standards, but it was satisfying—for example, breakfast included seafood bowls where you can add as much salmon roe as you like. If you’re visiting Sapporo for sightseeing, staying in central Sapporo is convenient; however, this Hotel offers great value with breakfast and dinner included plus Onsen access—and even free Shuttle Service buses from near Sapporo Station—so I may well return for a third stay. One extra note: the new wing has three glass elevators, and two regular elevators on the inner side of the building opposite them. The glass elevators have great views, but in midwinter (around -10°C), they are very cold inside, so we ended up using the inner ones most of the time.

One night with two meals (breakfast and dinner) included. The food is delicious and features local specialty ingredients, letting you fully enjoy the charm of traveling in the area. The room is spacious and clean, and it’s very relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view.

We stayed with four friends. The building is old, but the Japanese-style room was spacious. The restroom was a bit hard to find, but we were able to use it without any issues. The dining area was also large, and thanks to staggered meal times it was rarely crowded. There was a wide variety of dishes, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Both baths require taking stairs from the entrance, so I felt it might be difficult for guests with mobility issues. One of the baths had water that was too lukewarm, so we couldn’t stay in for long. The parking lot is far away, but they provided Shuttle Service by car, which was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The station was close and convenient, and I was satisfied with the service and the bath. The meals were also great—the miso soup was different each day, which made me feel they were considerate of guests staying multiple nights.

I was looking for a Ryokan with an Onsen within two hours from home. I could enjoy the sea and the Onsen, and the meals were served as a kaiseki course rather than a buffet, so I was able to dine calmly and at a relaxed pace. All of the staff were very pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay. My grandchild and daughter who came with me were also very satisfied. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.

The Onsen was wonderful, and the pool made the kids absolutely delighted. In addition, the after-bath lounge offered beer and ice cream, which I felt was an excellent service. We also enjoyed playing table tennis, and we were very satisfied overall. This is an Accommodation we would love to return to again and again.

I was able to relax and unwind without a care. The Onsen was a comfortable size, and I wished I’d had time to use the sauna as well—it made me want to stay again. The only small concern was that the shower pressure in the room was too weak, but I’m very grateful to the staff for kindly helping with item loans and other requests with a smile. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Iki.

We stayed in a TW Western-style Room without a bath and rented a crate. The bath could be used without running into other guests, and the large dog run was almost private, so our dog could run to their heart’s content. Since the beach is close by, we went straight from the Room in swimsuits, and afterward we were able to shampoo our dog at the Facility, which was great. We would love to stay again.

This was my first visit to Asamushi Onsen. Yanagi-no-Yu, with its rich history, had wonderfully hot water that I truly enjoyed. The building may be old, but it was impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay. The friendly service made me feel at ease, almost like visiting relatives in Aomori. The grilled shellfish for breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the attentive care to ensure it didn’t burn. Thank you very much!

The meals were delicious. The bath is small, but it’s well cleaned, and the open-air bath is also small, but the water is pleasantly warm so you can soak for a long time. Since it’s all-inclusive, I enjoyed a beer at check-in and after bathing. Sake during meals was also all-you-can-drink with a wide selection—this Accommodation was perfect for those who love to drink. I deducted one star because the TV was small, but everything else was 100 points! I’ll be back!

I visited during Golden Week with two dogs. The Room was a Japanese-style room, but it was spacious and the dogs could run around. There is also a park nearby, and the Hotel is right in front of the quiet inner side of Amanohashidate, so it was great for peaceful walks. The meals were Japanese cuisine, and there was more than enough—we were completely full. There is also an open-air bath, and it was quiet and relaxing. It’s conveniently located close to both Ine’s Funaya boat houses and Amanohashidate, making them easy to visit.

This was my fifth stay. I visited this time for my birthday. Because it was my birthday, they upgraded me to a suite Room, and I was truly touched by their thoughtfulness. The Room was spacious, spotless, and absolutely wonderful. As always, the meals were consistently delicious. The vegetables here are especially outstanding. It was my first time trying the egg tart, and it was perfectly flaky and very tasty. I don’t drink alcohol, but their decaffeinated coffee is excellent. When I asked for it, they even went out of their way to prepare and bring it to me, saying it’s “difficult to brew.” I really appreciated that kind of attentive service. For those who do drink alcohol, I think this Hotel must feel like heaven. All of the staff are kind and courteous. In particular, the front desk service was exceptional. Since I’ve stayed several times before, they skipped unnecessary explanations when appropriate—flexibly adjusting to the situation—which I found wonderful. The bath area was also well cleaned, and I’m happy that Sekkisei amenities are available. Before entering the bath, I heard another guest mention that something had run out, but it seemed to be replenished frequently; by the time I finished bathing, it had been properly restocked. The only disappointment this time was that because of the rain I couldn’t see Mt. Daisen, but the night view toward Yonago was beautiful. After five stays here in total, once again I felt this is an Accommodation where you’ll want to return again and again.

This was my second stay, and it was great again. The Room is functional, and the amenities—shampoo and conditioner included—smelled wonderful and left my hair feeling amazingly smooth. Of course, there’s such a wide variety of food that you can’t possibly try everything, but the shrimp tempura was perfectly fried—not overdone—and incredibly delicious. I could eat as much medium-fatty tuna as I wanted and was completely satisfied. Everything else, like the steak and seafood, was also excellent. But the best part, just like last time, was how pleasant all the staff are. The front desk team and the dining staff were all warm and welcoming, and it felt great to see how much they genuinely want guests to enjoy themselves—and how much they seem to enjoy their work too. That’s why it’s still so good!! I’d love to stay again.

We arrived a little early, but relaxed in the lobby while enjoying shaved ice. That kind thoughtfulness made us very happy. This is an old but truly lovely Hotel, quietly nestled in the mountains of Atami. The soft, high-quality Onsen is outstanding. The building does show its age, and there is also an area where the owner lives, but that is more than made up for by the wonderful Onsen and meals. Fresh sashimi. Delicious fresh salmon roe. Steak and sukiyaki, and a great variety of desserts, fruit, and ice cream—everything was very satisfying. The amenities are plentiful as well—both in the Room and at the large public bath: DHC face & hand soap, gel lotion, cleansing oil, body & hand milk, milky gel, and hair milk, plus KOSE shampoo, conditioner, and body soap— an excellent selection. There is also a pool that can be used year-round, which is great for children. It really felt like what you would expect from Livemax. Considering how travel costs have risen in recent years, this resort offers excellent value for money. Many of the staff are from overseas, but they are well trained so we felt at ease and very comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we want good hot springs water or delicious sashimi again, we will come back to stay here. I would highly recommend this very comfortable Hotel to many people. I stayed here once a few years ago. The meals were delicious then, and I was very satisfied. This time as well, both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes, including plenty of seafood, and it truly left me feeling fulfilled. Everything was excellent. The shower head in the Room bath was the latest model and felt great. The gentleman in the parking lot was very pleasant, took our family photo for us, and did a wonderful job—we were happy with how it turned out. The view from the Room is also fantastic.

About five years ago, I stayed at your Hotel on a tour arranged by a travel agency and was deeply impressed, so I returned for personal reasons. This time, on an independent trip by private car, I was once again amazed by the magnificent building that suddenly appears along the cliffside.\nDespite the rainy season, we had a clear view over the Tsugaru Strait, and to our delight the hydrangeas were in full bloom.\nThe Onsen was also excellent. The cuisine truly reflected local Tsugaru flavors; everything was delicious, and in particular the specially ordered large abalone grilled on a ceramic plate was outstanding.\nThank you very much for your hospitality.

We chose this Accommodation for our wedding anniversary, hoping for somewhere a little special this year. My husband and I are usually busy with our own schedules, and we’re often surprised by how little time we have to talk at home, but that day we ended up reminiscing about old memories the whole time (laugh). The staff were considerate and didn’t speak to us more than necessary, which made us feel they truly valued our time together. In the morning, we woke up early for a short walk and then returned to the Accommodation, and it was nice to head to breakfast without rushing. It became a wonderful anniversary memory.

We stayed here to visit Toy Kingdom. We chose this Hotel because it was close—about a 6-minute drive from Toy Kingdom. The exterior looks a bit aged, but the inside was well cleaned and comfortable. We stayed in a Japanese-style Room on the ocean side. However, since it was on the second floor, trees blocked the view and we couldn’t really enjoy the scenery. The amenities were fine overall, but it was disappointing that there were no skincare items like lotion provided in the Room. Also, perhaps because it was summer, the bath water temperature was extremely hot. Our 7-year-old daughter kept going back and forth between the cold bath and the hot bath (lol), and our 5-year-old son didn’t seem able to get in. At the buffet, they grilled meat at a live kitchen station, and it was tender and very delicious. There was also a great variety of ice cream. It felt like most guests were families, so we thought this Hotel would be very comfortable for those traveling with children.

The meal, made with plenty of local ingredients, was satisfying in both quality and quantity. It paired very well with the local sake we received as a perk. The Room was flawless, including the open-air bath. The large public bath at the sister property across the road (seaside) was also excellent, but since it was rainy that day, it felt a bit inconvenient to use. The large public bath at SAZANA was also a little small, which was the only disappointment. The service was friendly and attentive, and we were truly able to relax. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

The Onsen water quality was excellent in both the large public bath and the private reservable bath. I wished the bathing hours were extended until around 2:00 a.m., as I would have loved to soak one more time. The complimentary fondant chocolate and cold tea in the post-bath lounge were delicious. The brunch curry topped with roast beef was luxurious, beautifully presented, and very tasty. Being able to enjoy the perfect combination of Ureshino Onsen and Ureshino tea truly helped me recharge with nature’s energy. Thank you very much—I would love to stay again.
